I couldnt have been happier when I found out Harbor Communications offered phone service in my area. I was finally able to dump that other company for one that doesnt raise the amount my bill every month until I call and complain. Harbor has been great and their customer service is awesome. You get a real person every time you call!

We have been with Harbor Communications service for business for several years, with two phone lines, fax, and high speed Internet for our law office in downtown Fairhope. Whenever we have any type of issue, Harbor has been available 24/7 to help us with any technical issues that may happen to arise. Recently, our entire system - phones, network, and Internet all went down when Hurricane Nate passed through the area, and within 24 hours, service technician Fritz was in our office and had us up and running at full speed. We highly recommend Harbor for their affordability, quality lines and high speed Internet and amazing customer and technical support. Thank you Fritz and Harbor - you all are lifesavers !

Harbor Communications does a great job handling our phone systems and fax capabilities here at The Shoulder in Spanish Fort, AL. Their customer service has always emphasized a personal touch, and our requests are usually fulfilled within a matter of hours, or less. Years ago, we discontinued our internet services through Harbor and switched to another provider, but weve recently been hearing good things about their fiber optics and are thinking about converting.

Hoods has been using Harbor for a good while now, and I can vouch that their customer service is excellent. If we have any problems with our service they are super quick to get back to us!

Boys & Girls Clubs of South Alabama just began using Harbor in November 18. I had thorough, in-person training, and any requests or hiccups have been promptly handled by customer service. They are extremely responsive and Ken has been a great point of contact with service questions/issues.

I had a billing question on 10/19/2017 and called. Taylor was very polite and said a supervisor would call me back. On 10/20/2017 I spoke with Taylor again. Her supervisor was in a meeting, but she would give him a message and also send him an email regarding my question. On 10/30 Taylor put me through to Jennifer how promises me shell get back to me as soon as she talks to her supervisor. I paid the bill on 10/30/2017. Today is 11/14/2107 and still no call back, but what a surprise to find a $13.08 late fee on the bill that arrived today! Will be looking for a new communications company for my 14 commercial buildings in Daphne soon.

Worst vacation internet connection Ive ever experienced. My work is online at all hours. I should be emailing and messaging with a client in Romania right now, but I cant because the internet doesnt connect at all. I am aware that I am on the beach and internet connections may be slow, but I should be able to connect to the internet to reply to clients, and still enjoy my vacation without having to stress out the entire time.

Excellent service, customer service and company. Always prompt and thorough. Glad Harbor is our internet carrier.

Support is ok but service is spotty. Changed our rental property from the pay by the drink renter plan to high speed wifi plan. Although faster, it does not seem to play well with Apple devices.

Weve been happy with our experiences with Harbor Communications.

We came down to the beach for three days and paid for the weekly plan. We got maybe a few solid hours of uninterrupted Internet.We were getting booted off the network constantly!, and had to keep reconnecting. As Im writing this review (from my handy reliable smartphone), the network has been down for HOURS now.Oh, and there is no way to call about your problem because the office closes at like 7pm.Looks like were not watching game of thrones tonight. The only thing on worth watching and we cant now.Only positive part of all this, was the friendly tech support guy we talked to days earlier.The only possible reason I can find is that their infrastructure simply isnt up to the task of providing decent wifi.**checking wifi on the ipad once more, and still nothing. Ive been getting the loading signal for over 5 straight hours now. **Wasted my money and wont be using it again.

This company is horrible, even to thier own employees.
