Great beer selection, seafood is some of the best price fresh and anything cooked in house is really good. Always deals going every week and nice staff. Royal cookie are the bomb along with the muffalettas.

Freshly cooked chicken and freshly good fish wonderful try it if I had to do it again I would do it all over again.

I came in contact with a women I believe her name may have been Melanie . She was VERY helpful is finding the products I was looking for . She did not seem to be upset I asked her to stop what she was doing to help me and she was very informative with all the questions I had . I normally shop at Walmart but decided to do rouses this go around and because or workers like her I will continue to shop at rouses ! Keep up the good work !

They dont have grocery stores like this where I come from! The baked goods were delicious, the hot bar was awesome, the salad bar was yay beyond any Ive ever seen, let alone the first time I saw a salad bar in a grocery store! It was valentines day or the day before and they were making chocolate covered strawberries right there up front to entice you. It seemed to be working quite well! I love this store and I will become a regular customer.

Fresh produce was a tremendous hit for our college sophomore. He said he believes he found his new favorite market!

Love shopping there. They are doing work on the outside of the store so there is a mess in the parking lot but other than that its well worth shopping there.

Very nice store. This was Brunos not so long ago and really still looks like it on the inside. The exterior is undergoing a major face lift. Not sure if just the left side is open through the fence or if it was time of night to where just that side is accessible. I was there about 35-40 minutes before close at 10:00. Was meeting someone to purchase off Marketplace but went in and decided to shop for some things I was originally going to buy at Walmart. Well, apparently this particular location caters specially to the near by residents, who obviously partake quite a bit in the wine and beer category! I forgot to count but there were at least 4 or 5 aisles, or so it seemed, to the far right of the store, just past the produce section strictly dedicated to wine, mixers and beer, yes, along the whole wall were beer coolers all the way to the meat department! I tried shopping. Got a bag of cereal, close to what I usually pay, walked the store, every aisle, 2 and 3 times, but just didnt have wat I wanted. Mostly name brand, store brands were still a bit high in my book, anyway, I decided I wasnt purchasing just 1 item! I put it back and left. Very quiet, compared to Walmart, very clean, straight and organized. Just seemed to me the Saraland location had more variety. Definitely not feeling in my element here! Not snobby or anything, just a hard to describe mood setting. No complaints. Very nicely kept store.

Reminds me of my home in Jefferson,LA.Good cooking, excellent tastes, smells of all the good cooking happening at our house, especially on Mondays, wash day, red beans and rice with sausage,they would cook all day long, while you washed all the clothes including sheets and towels. Best meal starting the week.

Avoid the deli at all cost...spent 8 Merican dollars on cold mac and cheese and baked chicken that was also cold .... tasted like rubber...management needs to be notified of their horrible deli asap and get it fixed

The produce at this market is terrible. Ive bought a grey rotisserie chicken from there. Absolutely horrific. And yesterday my brand new half and half had lumps in it. Clearly no quality control at this store. And their security officers are creepy and rude.

Charles in the deli was the rudest employee I have ever came in contact with. Not the quality of employee that Im use to dealing with at Rouses. It was over gloves at the deli bar, which I am more than happy to utilize (if theyre in eye sight).I get food from this deli multiple times a week and have never had an issue like this.He was very rude and unpleasant and shoved the gloves at me and told me to put them on. While a Rouses employee (in uniform) is directly infront of me getting food WITHOUT gloves. When I asked why I was called out and she wasnt his response was I didnt see her. As I walked away he continued to yell at me about it.I work in management and this should never be tolerated. Horrible customer service and has me very displeased as a regular and faithful customer.

The wine and beer is out of this world if you cant find what youre looking for then you had your eyes closed. Clean well stocked and customer service was great

The store and bathrooms are clean as always. Employees are great and helpful. I have to say I have been shopping here since we moved to Alabama 2 years ago and it just seems to me like they are sneaking their prices up. If I want to be ripped off by a big corporation I can go to Walmart. Its closer and cheaper. 2 examples, I went to buy kraft macaroni and cheese. At first I grabbed the 5 pack. I checked the price, $7.99. Then I checked the single packs. Same size as the ones in the 5 pack, .99. ok so you want me to pay you $3 for the convince of not having to grab 5 single packs????!!!! What?! 5 boxes separately is $4.95 but a 5 pack is $7.99?? Second instance, we camp a lot on our camping trips we bring the idahoan buttery homestyle mashed potatoes in the package. We normally get the bigger pack. After my run in with the mac and cheese I looked closer. A 4oz package is $1.09 not bad, Walmarts is .99 but I dont have to deal with the Walmart atmosphere so an extra .9 is worth it to me. So the 8oz pack which is equivalent to 2-4oz packs is $2.59. So instead of paying $2.18 which would be the price of 2 Im just supposed to give the store .41 cents so I can grab one pack instead of 2. Used to when you bought the bigger packages they were a tiny bit cheaper or at the very least the same price. I feel like now I have to check every single thing I buy. I have to do that at Walmart and it doesnt take me 30 minutes to get there. I am disappointed. We really liked Rouses. I would still recommend shopping there if you can afford it but watch your prices.

I go to others rousses more but this one was in the area I was near. It,like the others are great stores. The people there are helpful and friendly. You can count on the meats and produce to be fresh. It is a very clean store like the others. I’d hope that I would never have to choose between them. They are all great stores comfortable to shop in with a very pleasant atmosphere

I love rouses and as far as rouses goes this one is my favorite. The staff as always kind and helpful. The shelves are always stocked. They have a good selection for most everything. The produce is always fresh and the store is always clean. They also have a wide and varied selection of beer. The deli section and hot bar have good food and Ive never had to wait more than 7-12 mins in line even on a busy day.

Clean restrooms and store. Customer service is extremely good. Always a pleasure going to them.

Rouses is really good. They have a corporate culture that values being nice and helpful. Their sausage is especially yummy.

I watch April and the Chef on Studio 10 and they introduce me to new foods and recipes. Also they have a varieties of items other stores dont offer. I shop their sale items also. The employees are helpful and kind. Great place to shop!

Rouses is always clean, have what I need.

Rouses is always like shopping in another city. I can always find something interesting to try and its always fresh! Their deli chicken salad is to die for and their hot bar and salad bar are excellent. Its certainly not Wal-Mart and I never regret spending a little more for their quality and selection. Wonderful meat department, too!

Great staff. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Also have a great selection of wine, about three isles and a long isle of craft and domestic beer. Hot plates, sushi, and even floral this grocery just about has it all. Locally owned and operated with 3 locations in mobile, they are fair priced and easy to navigate.

The product line at Rouses is a refreshing change of pace and more along the lines that you might find in a store in New Orleans. The place is clean as a whistle, the staffer outstanding, the bakery is outstanding, the wine selection is outstanding. Prices are definitely higher than Walmart but that corresponds with the quality service and products provided. Theyre not my regular go to, but only because of location. If they were next door I would be there are more often. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Love Rouses. It is a supermarket chain based out of Louisiana. They offer a great variety of items. This particular store is in the heart of Spring Hill- so it carries some higher end items. Love the meat department. Great place to buy gulf seafood at a good price.

Always enjoy visiting Rouses. So excited they have spread their wings into AL, Mobile and Baldwin County. The stores always have fresh and high quality products plus the products we are looking for.

They are great. Employees are friendly, everyone is always willing to assist you if you need it, there is always a register open, theres plenty of parking and everything is always in stock. My only problem is I dont care for the music. Im only 48 years old and I like just about all kinds of music but today they were playing something that was loud and aggitating and made you just want to get out of there. First time that had ever happened.

Gotta love Rouses. This particular location seems to have the widest selection of wines of their stores in the Mobile area. The beer selection is broad as well. Of course they have all the variety of Cajun & Creole foods, sauces, condiments and spices Louisiana is famous for.

Rouses has exceptional sales from time to time but you can always count on their deli and easy to eat section. I like them because they have some different items and a bit more variety than Wal-Mart Marketplace. At the Spring Hill store thru seem to have a ton of wines and beers from which to choose.

Love Rouses meat department. They have affordable pork loin. Love their pimento cheese spread.

The location is convenient for me and the staff has always been very nice. However they need to be better at stocking. Youve got to check the expiration date on everything you buy at Rouses because they leave expired items on the shelf all the time.
