I am sorry to report this review on Ace Hardware. However, your location is within Greers a neighborhood store on Cottage Hill Rd. I have tried to support this store. From the time I walked in to the time I left; this store smells like URINE. The smell has lingered in my nose that I had to return home and clean my nostrils with vinegar. Normally, I would have my mask on but I quickly walked in without it this time. Please clean this store.

The ACE Hardware store has Great service, Great products, Reasonable prices and very handy. They have always had what I needed. Highly recommend. The grocery end is too expensive. They say they sell at cost + 10% then 10% more for tax. I can assure you they are not selling this stuff at cost, its well marked up. ie. Sanderson Farms chicken thighs are $10,, At walmart its $5. Im supposed to believe that Greers is paying $10 for a pack of chicken thighs?? There are other examples like Tyson chicken nuggets are way marked up. One thing I will give them, their meat dept. is good, but Winn Dixie has the best meat dept in town.

Reasonable prices for meat, convenience of Ace hardware store section, family tee shirts for $1.00 deal, self checkouts, deals on many products in the store.

Great food in the deli! Great customer service at self checkout. Such a good thing to deal with someone with a positive and happy attitude.

Great prices, selection and service. I needed a spare smart key for my Toyota Prius and checking at the dealership they wanted over $80.00 plus an appointment. One locksmith in town wanted $45.00 but had impossible hours for me to get to with a normal job. My wife said she thought Ace does them, and Matt at Ace programmed the new blank smart key I bought on eBay for only $20.00.It pays to check around.

Be ready to OVERPAY!!! If you cant afford the heavy markups then the staff is friendly and helpful.

Love this store. I use the one on DI PKWY. The prices are good and so is selection. But the best thing at this Greer’s is the meat dept. they always have the best and freshest. Love their meat cutters they are always helpful and willing to help when I need something special!

They have most of the tools, hardware, and plumbing supplies of the big box store plus all kinds of parts and supplies for lawn and garden equipment you might need like weed eaters, chainsaws, riding and push mower parts you wont find at the big store.I have rarely went there and not found what I needed and saved myself the trouble of searching around the big store.

Nice little grocery store to pick up a few items. I dont buy all my groceries there but I love the pick 4 and 5 deals. I love the hot and salad bar. (Peach cobbler is my favorite). Very clean and well organized. The staff are friendly. They are currently in the middle of a store reset and its looking amazing in there. Stop by and see the changes.

I go here to get my meat here. They are a cost + 10%. Meat well worth the trip! Be mindful of other items & those prices. Price might be worth it but the + 10÷ will go over the acceptable difference.

Where is is a great Supermarket where you can run in and grab the small things that you need for a great quality food and products this is not the place. This is for run and grab what I need get out. The parking is easy at this location but Greers as a whole needs to step up their appearance of exterior one great thing about this location is that it has a small home Department that has tools, Plumbing, AC, paint, and any other small household items that you may need that a normal grocery store does not have.

Excellent selection of groceries plus Ace Hardware in one stop! I visit this store many times a week and the staff is top notch! At this store the price is always great!

They always have what you need and theres great assortment of stuff in the hardware section. This is a great store. You can always find something to take home from the deli. The food there is great.

This location is a very clean store with good prices. There is also an Ace Hardware inside with basic home improvement needs like hardware and paint supplies---they even have a few push mowers,weed eaters, and seasonal plants. If you like local beer, theyve got a great selection for sometimes half the price of larger stores. The employees are friendly too.

Prices are reasonable. There 5 meats for 19.99 is a great deal, with lots to choose from like hotdogs, lunch meat and meat to fries and biscuits. Check for discounted products over in the dairy sections too. All in all it was a good deal and cheaper than most stores I have been to here.

For those from out of town, this is a Ace Hardware located inside of the Greers grocery store located on Cottage Hill. Excellent customer service. Example: I needed a replacement coping saw blade. They helped me to locate the blade. Also, they installed it for me (I could not due to some hand trouble). Thanks!

Ace+Greers good combination

I try to go local as much as possible even though its generally more expensive. I just ask that theyre more friendly and helpful. Tonight the cashier was a bit more engaging.

10% added ro bill at checkout. Standard grocery store. Several in my area, can be convenient. Offers some items I dont see in other grocery stores. The store on Cottage Hill Road has an association with Ace Hardware Store in the same building, four or so aisles of hardware. A neighborhood association I belong to buys Fried Chicken here for some of our meetings and a picnic. It is very good. But I quit buying bananas here. They seem to ripen and ruin too quickly.

This place does not save you cash it is a rip off and the selection sucks. The vegetables are rarely fresh. I just refuse to spend a extra 10% on items that are not best quality and the prices are already jacked up ridiculously high.

Hometown store with quality products at great prices. Ace Hardware inside store is handy for everyday household repairs too! Employees are also my neighbors, love that!

I had no idea what a Greers was until I was driving down the road needed to pick up milk saw this little rinky-dink grocery store so I went in and purchased milk. Its a very odd set up in the store and there are a lot of people just standing around not doing anything so Im not sure how this operation Works maybe they were performing at high levels and I just couldnt see it but ask somebody where a product is and they point in a general direction and send you off on a wild goose chase I did not appreciate that.

Last Christmas I bought a ham. I opened it up Christmas morning it was bad! The next day I took it back the manager told me there was nothing wrong with this ham. I had him smell it. He gave me back my money. I had the receipt. Don’t buy anything from the bakery it’s all stale! And what is this 10 % surcharge! Are you kidding me. Our bill from today was app 62 dollars. We walked out of there spending all together 74 and change. 2 more issues. My husband bought the little sponge cake cups for strawberry shortcake. I made them. I ate 1 and he ate 1 then I noticed they were all moldy! Watch what you buy from the freezer isle. I’ve taken more things back because of freezer burn. Oh my I could go on and on. But I think you understand. Today was our last day to walk through Greers’s door. And we spent a lot of money there. Should have stopped a long time ago!

Go here often, its close to house.... I buy bird food from the Ace and grocery from the Greers....they could spruce it up a bit....The deli food is hit and miss but they have everything I need grocery wise.

The Old Dutch ice cream is delicious and Greers is the closest place to home for me to get it.

Ace Hardware can cut and program most automobile keys. They do guarantee keys not purchased there, but will still cut and attempt to program the key, which is FAR more than what the so-called locksmiths will do.
