They rarely have whats on sale in stock, even though the website says they do. Always short staffed. Better off going to the Daphne store or ordering online.

They always have a good variety of garden, mechanics, and household tools. They also sell motors for yard equipment. They also have tarps, generators, electrical and battery yard tools, and all kinds of different types of things. I love this store.

For low price tools they cant be beat. They also have the large variety. From welding machines to gloves they have it.If youre rough on your tools they may not be up to the punishment, but cheap enough to just buy it again.Ive owned quite a bit of their tools and equipment and when treated right they wont let you down.

They have a huge selection of tools and very good prices, but Didnt have what we needed. And the nearest one that did was in Foley. However they told us Daphne. If I hadnt looked it up for myself, we would have had to go to 2 more stores to find what we needed.... Over an hour away. We ended up not even purchasing from them. It was very aggravating. Do better with customer support please.

Great if you need a tool quick and cheap and dont expect it to last for more than six or seven uses. The crowbars and pry bars and things of that nature are pretty solid. But if you think youre going to go in there and get you a battery impact driver that last...... Think again. The people are always kind and help you with anything you need in the store. If you buy the extended warranty😳 they will replace the broken item no questions asked.

Always love harbour freight. Even during the memorial day sale this staff was trying to help customers. They were sold out of a lot of things but that was expected. Still everythings easy to find and staff is great and very patient.

Sign is small, not lit during the day, difficult to see. Parking area is adjacent to Burger King so LOOK OUT!! the Burger customers come barreling out of the drive through into the lot as youre trying to find this store and a place to park! NO EMPLOYEES on the floor to assist. I had to wait in line only to be directed to the incorrect item. PLEASE NOTE: great prices make this store enticing but many products indicated ONLINE for purchase ARE NOT AVAILABLE or NOT IN STOCK!

Harbour Freight is an I need it right now tool store. You might not need whatever tool you buy to be a high quality item that will be handed down to your grandchildren, but you do need to get a job done right now. Thats the kind of tools you will find here. Of course if you need a socket set for your truck or boat or quad or some applications where you wont be using it every day, but might need it wherever you are right now, you can find something to fit your needs here.

Went to get something that showed in-stock on their web site, item was not in stocks. Manager said would be in the next day. Went back and still not in stock. Lots of wasted trips. If you call to check something, you get put on hold forever most times.

Very organized. Had no issues and found everything I was looking for! I change my mind on the bad merchandise reputation I held them to so many years ago!! Ill be back!
