Great coustomer service. Some one on the floor to help you with anything you need all over the store. Reasonable prices so if you just need to get a couple items you dont have to walk a mile for just one thing. Just a good place to shop.

Dont bother asking for a legible receipt workers are incompetent. One register printed a faded receipt and all 5 employees said that was normal. When I came back the next 3 time I asked them to use the other register and printed like new. The customer is always right. No good customer service at this place.

I have loved this store since I was little, shopping with my grandmother. They have a great selection of plants. Staff very helpful and treat customers well. They also sell a variety of items for crafts, home improvement and outdoors.

Ace is a just a good, old fashioned hardware store. The workers are always helpful.

The opposite of lowes and home depot. Lots of employees waiting to help you. Surprising amount of selection in that area.

Neighborhood hardware store, locals within a 5 + mls radius love it, seasoned friendly and helpful staff will make you feel welcome, everything for household repairs you can pretty much find it here, including Bejamin Moore paint, YETI products, yards and lawns ornaments, plants and flowers, kitchen ware, Razorback hand tools, etc.

Just like Ben Burgers on the island...they have everything. The staff are really awesome in helping you find what you need.

Very helpful staff

I bought a Weber grill on or about August 21st 2014. After using the grilll twice with no problems I got ready to crank it up for Labor day weekend. To my disapointment I smelled gas. After checking further into it I could feel gas coming out from between the part that screws into the tank and the modulator valve. I contacted the store manager and he refered me to Weber. I wasnt shopping at a big box type storebut I went from a customer to a number at the first sign of trouble. Good luck with your store if you treat all your customers with the same lack of customer service that I received. No other options were offered to me. Ace hardware Home of the helpful hardware man. Not at this location!!!!!!!
