Great Service Department. Son in law had used my Stihl chainsaw and said it didnt run properly. I assumed he knew about chainsaws. Fortunately the Wilson Dismukes Service department checked it first thing when I brought it in for repairs. Lee Jones started it up and checked the chain brake which my son in law apparently had activated and kept the chainsaw from working properly. I received fast and professional service and wasnt charged anything. I should have checked the chain brake before I took it in for servicing.

This is the place to buy all of your lawn care equipment. The best staff by far. Im just disappointed that I had to pay for a manufacturer defect when I brought my HRR push mower in when it wouldnt roll backwards at less than 2 years old. Honda warranty should have covered it.

The parts desk is always helpful and willing to do the search for the old parts I needed. Every time i have came to the parts department for assistance they have been very helpful.

Purchased a Stihl chainsaw, great product and outstanding staff. The service department has been outstanding, most recently Hank helped me through a minor issue with my saw, he was courteous and knowledgeable, corrected the problem and I was on my way real quick.It was without any hesitation that I returned and purchased another saw.

I was in Mobile for a few days and decided to work in the yard. I had purchased a weed eater in North Alabama (as that is my primary residence) and attempted to weed eat for the first time! I was doing pretty well until I had the bright idea to “let more string out” and I dismantled the attachments . After 1 1/2 hours of trying to read directions and watch YouTube videos, I came to the conclusion that I had NO IDEA WHAT I WAS DOING!I picked up the phone and googled “lawnmower repair shops”. Luckily, I found Wilson Dismukes. The nice young man on the phone told me to bring my weed eater to him and he would see if he could help me. I loaded up the weed eater, direction manuals, and other paraphernalia and took off to his store. I was greeted by the owner and the young man I had spoken with earlier. I am sure they were busy but they patiently showed me how to properly replace string on my weed eater. He even showed me how to attach the guard! I offered to pay them for their time but they declined. I am very appreciative of their efforts and will be back to make a purchase when I need lawn equipment. I have already been show how much customer service means to them.

Had thepleasure of meeting the owner. Wasnt impressed with him at all. He practically looked right thru me when I asked for help. Lee in repairs and Gaines in parts were awesome. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Gave me their complete attention. I recommend Lee or Gaines. Not so much old man Dismukes

Unbelievable customer service! They stand behind their products 100%. You won’t find better quality products or service anywhere else in Mobile.Also, my Honda self-propelled lawnmower starts with one pull every time. I truly believe that Honda is the sports car brand when it comes to lawnmowers!

Wilson Dismukes in Mobile is the best. I took my Honda lawnmower to a Honda certified dealership in Daphne, Al. and they told me it would take 2 and a half weeks to service it. I went back the next day and picked up my mower because I cannot go 2.5 weeks without it. I took the mower to Wilson Dismukes in Mobile they serviced it in one day, one day! Not only that the service fee is $35 dollars less than the other place. Wilson Dismukes is an honest trustworthy business, I recommend them highly.

Part was in stock and the store was immaculate! Knowledgeable staff and prices that are only slightly higher than those online. Totally worth it for a face-to-face transaction.

I have bought Stihl saws and products in Mississippi, Alabama and Florida! I have owned a tree service for years,and have spent tens of thousands of dollars on Stihl products, the service at willsons dismukes is deplorable.The polesaw I bought for a lil less than $800.00 simply fell apart in my hands.I took it in (to wilsons)and was told it would be 7-10 days.I called over and over and finally after 3+weeks I call and was told they ordered the wrong parts!Lee at the service desk(who by the way was at least kind) said this type polsaw is new and they were having trouble w these saws and getting parts was tough.I ask Lee if I could swap for a saw without these problems and he said maybe so,I would have to speak to Kevin! I pick my saw up and use it less than 2 hours and it quits working again!So I call this morning and talked to Kevin(service mgr.)he sayes he can put me to the front of the service line.....I guess another week or two or three.....But here is the kicker! He tells me and I quote:Im not about to get involved in someones elses burden.....meaning I didnt buy this saw at his location. I called JBT IN Daphne spoke to the service.gr. Tony Tillman and he said bring it to him and he would get it fixed asap. I drove to another town (30 mi.) Tony took my saw,said they had NOT put in the new parts to fix it properly. Thank you Tony Tillman for hearing my frustration....my saw was fixed in less than 10 min.Goodbye Wilsons Dismukes.we are 100% done w you!

Stopped in with my Bobcat in crisis mode. Thank god for the service manager - Lee. Not only did he stop what he was doing to help, he did it with a great attitude that made me feel like I wasnt burdening him at all. After about 2 minutes of him looking at my unit, he found the issue and had me back up and mowing in no time. If you want solid service with a side of friendly banter then Wilson D is the place - Thank you guys for everything.. Lee you are my hero!

I just dropped by to get my chainsaw tuned up, they were not super busy and the serviceman offered to service it right then if I had a few minutes, which I did. He not only got my saw running great, he taught me a few things about my saw. A really nice guy and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend these folks

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the lady wasted no time sending my equipment to the back. In the back is where I was greeted at the register by Lee . Lee was very helpful what I thought was a serious issue was nothing more than a missing pin. I was in and out less than a hour. I went in to buy a backpack blower because they had a sale on them. I had missed the sale by 2 days. They still made me a very agreeable deal on a blower. I will definitely be coming back here for future purchases.

I have had a Stihl blower for several years that I bought from a dealer in Tillmans Corner. I needed warranty work done and they had no idea how to fix the blower. Later I found out that Wilson Dismukes sold Stihl equipment and did warranty work. I took the blower in to Wison Dismukes on Airport Boulevard on Tuesday. They called me back on Friday and said it was repaired. They replaced the carburetor and it runs great. I would rate their service as A-1. Thanks to the manager Ricky Rice. Tom Sullivan

Part of the staff is knowledable(lol the females know more than the males here so ask the ladies they know!) Ask every question you have before leaving my dad bought a part that wasnt threaded and even though they had self tapping screws they dont look like they are she literally had to turn the screw upside down and show us the v design!
