I have been dealing with United for over two years now and have had great customer service from Hunter Ellenburg out of the branch on Laughlin Rd in Mobile AL. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure our needs are taken care of.

Rent somewhere else! They bragged about their equipment being better that others and theirs still messed up. Man lift Would periodically stop working in rotation. Caused a huge delay in the job. Returned back, explained the problem and they did a 1 minute test... How thorough can you be in thaybtime frame. They said its working fine. Didnt put a man in the basket, didnt raise it up and check much at all. A joke. Waste of 380. Going to Sunbelt to get a decent piece of equipment. But hey at least they said thank you.
