Renting was a nice and painless process! Cliff communicated with me to ensure that he would be there when I arrived. The lease signing was electronic and not confusing. He was friendly, thorough, and quick to ensure I would get to the airport in time. My unit was ready and clean when I arrived. The space between the drive up storage buildings is wide enough for a truck to back into. It was a good experience and I’m a happy customer.

Mr.Clifton was a great help at Life Storage he assisted me with all my needs for my storage unit and found me the perfect size!

Been with Cliff since 2008. Robin was there soon after. Both are Super people to deal with. My rent has went from 79.00 to over 200.per month. I know it is not these 2 but the greedy Life Storage. Wasnt like that when it was Uncle Bobs.

Reasonably priced for the size I rented plus the first month was free.... They do have spiders tho and there was a small leak somewhere in the unit. A few of my things had water stains and mold.

Clifton and Amy (I believe is her name) are amazing. I can’t say enough about how accommodating helpful they are. I would highly recommend this Life Storage facility.

We used this storage place to store my parents furniture while we downsized them to a one story home....Robyn is awesome. She is very informative and point on with any questions. Both trips to store and then to move furniture out...we used their moving truck...it was easy to drive and easy to gas up when returning. The units are clean as well as the property. I recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.

Great Experience!

We just moved back to Mobile after living in Denver for 8 years. In the process, we made the decision to downsize. Where oh where to put all the stuff we had stored in our Denver basement? We looked at several storage facilities close to us in West Mobile. We were drawn to Uncle Bobs because of the great reviews on Google. Well, we went to see the facility and unit. Clifton, the General Manager, took us on a tour of the grounds, the building, and our storage unit. We chose climate controlled due to our stored items. Clifton was super kind, pleasant, polite, patient, and informative. The facility, grounds, and unit were extremely clean. The price was better than any others close to our subdivision. Uncle Bobs also offers the use of a truck to help bring your belongings to the facility. What a GREAT service!!! Security seems very adequate with CC cameras, a locked gate, and of course, locks on your unit. Were very pleased with our decision.

My Unit was spotless when I first stored my items and there were zero bugs or mold when I took them out of this non-climate controlled unit 7 months later. The entire facility is well designed and maintained. The drainage system is the best I have seen in any storage unit, this made me feel at ease about the protection of my belongings. The people who work there were always courteous to me. I thought I had locked my storage unit but I had not, they called me at home to inform me that my unit was not locked. I also felt safe going to my storage unit . I had my unit for two years.

Robyn Curry was super helpful and even stayed a few minutes longer to help us out. We were running late getting out new RV to the coverage storage center and Robyn was kind enough to let us in and get us set up in the system. If she had not done this we has absolutely NO WHERE to store Big AL and the only place we could think of was a nearby Walmart parking lot.
