I just bought some packing supplies here. People that work or manage this store are real nice and they went beyond their role to help me. I would recommend this store to anyone. I think the person who helped me was Austin. These hardworking people deserve more than 5 stars for their excellent customer service.

I have a glass shop and stop here regularly for boxes, packing peanuts and packing paper as their prices and quality are the best that Ive found. This U-Haul location isnt the closest one to me but the staff and service at this one is the best and well worth the drive.

The best customer service! If you’re renting a truck, would highly recommend just picking up keys from the store instead of online check in. We did this, and Alana fixed our reservation, so the process was much more efficient.

This U-Haul is the best one in Mobile. their worker, Gina, deserves a raise and makes this U-Haul better than anyone in Mobile. She is glowing, friendly. kind and so helpful. She made sure I was getting exactly what I want for a reasonable price. She called me back as soon as she wasn’t busy & followed up with me right away. She made me feel like the top priority there. She made my experience there so enjoyable and made me want to come back. i highly suggest using this storage center/moving company for anything you need.

Super friendly staff! Clean and well maintained facility. Gina checked us in to our storage unit. She offered us discounts that were not offered when we set the reservation and even switched the location of the drop off for the U-Haul truck so we wouldn’t have to return it to another location. Top-notched experience!

We rented a trailer from this location and had an issue with our lights on our truck working. The general manager Davis helped us tremendously with trying to figure out what the problem was. Davis and Steven was able to get the lights fixed for us so we could get our trailer and continue our move to our new home. We are extremely grateful for the helpful staff at this location.

Rented a van to move some stuff out of storage. The van was ready for me, the staff was friendly and the prices were fair. The van was in great shape and i had no issues.

I do not recommended this store to anybody. The service is terrible and the individuals working there have a disgusting attitude. All the employees there are rude and disrespectful, especially the lady with orange hair and the guy named Leon. My parents cannot speak English very well but they can be understood; however, they were treated like crap just because they wanted to ask a few questions in order to make sure they dont do something incorrectly. Its extremely disrespectful to treat customers like trash the way they did. The employees there almost always are just hanging out together not doing their jobs and when I arrive for service, I have to wait about 10 minutes just to ask a few questions when they arent even doing anything in the first place. To the employees working there, you will be seeing me very soon and I will show you what its like to be treated the way you treated my family.

Uhaul helped me in more ways they will know it srarted kinda rocky due a customers ignorance but afterwards they made me feel like i was at home an the customer service was great everyone had a wonderful attitude one of my greatest experience since ive been in mobile
