Very dissatisfied with Apria . I have spoken to one person that was nice and knowledgable the other 2 gentlemen were rude and not knowledgable. They didnt seem to know what I was talking about or needed. I will be looking for another company to purchase supplies from .

Very deceptive company. Stating information that is helpful on our end to be able to take my daughter out to stay with relatives on O2, but failing to inform us until we need it most that we cant keep getting tanks refilled. Before we got the concentrator delivered we ran out of tanks before the delivery date and was informed we could always come trade them in. Disturbing.

I tried for a couple of years to get my wife an oxygen concentrator from lincare . Even with a doctors orders they refused . I changed to Apria, and they brought my wifes oxegen supplies right out including the portable concentrater . Im extremely please with this company

The nurse ordered very important trach and wound cleaning supplies on Friday to be overnighted and drop shipped for Saturday. The supplies did not come Saturday or Monday, June 18th. Had to call and check on order and was told it was a mix up on their end and it will be here tomorrow. We will see! They were quick enough to take money out of my account and not send our supplies.

Not a good place to try to get ur supplies from Ive been waiting for almost 2 weeks n havent heard anything from them so I canceled the order
