Not sure whos fault this is (Oak Ridge Medical, Insurance or Womans & Childrens ER), but my son was given a nebulizer after an ER visit last November (2019). Apparently, the insurance company didnt buy the nebulizer, but rented it (we werent informed of this till later). They covered Nov & Dec (bc we met our out of pocket), but I started to get a bill each month in 2020. Called Oak Ridge and was informed that its a rental. I asked if I could return it and they said that returning a nebulizer is against company policy. So if you cant return it, why is it classified as a rental. End result is that I am forced to buy out or continue to pay this rental for 13 months.No matter who is at fault, the end result is that all parties involved point the finger at someone else and I am stuck with the bill that was essentially forced on me. At the very least, either Oak Ridge, the ER or insurance needs to be more upfront with how this works.

POOR Customer/Patient Service. EXTREMELY unprofessional over the phone service. If you are alone, PLEASE do not allow this company in your home.

The owner was so very helpful and super nice!! Look forward to doing business with them in the future!!
