I love everything about this office. Dr. Medina is amazing and her staff are courteous and professional. My 9 year old even enjoyed coming here so that says alot! Bravo!!

Terrible treatment of children. Dr. Brandie Medina is rude to children and has no patience or understanding of how to treat young children who have never been to an eye doctor before. I get the impression she hates children. Dont take your kids here.Perhaps you should consider putting a higher priority on your patients individual needs than you do your ticking clock. In other words, quality over quantity. But I understand the more clients you can squeeze into the day, the more money you make. You are a business after all, therefore making a profit is the top priority.

I am only going to give it a one star because I have too, but in all honesty the staff were really great! Dr Brandy Medina on the other hand was absolutely not! My daughter is very nervous about going to doctors as it is and this was her first visit ever to an eye doctor. She got scared of the eye machine and Dr Medina was not comforting at all, and when she wanted to try to use it, she (my daughter) grabbed it to pull it to her eyes to try it, dr Medina quickly grabbed it from her and suddenly scolded her with her finger pointed right at her about touching it in a rude unfriendly attitude, totally way beyond “boundaries” in front of me (her Mother) so that shot down my daughters confidence, now thinking she got in trouble for wanting to try it. She totally takes over on trying to be the parent and is just not friendly for kids. Medina is also good at comparing kids to others if they do not act “normal” as other kids would at different ages. I would not recommend bringing children here especially if they’re nervous with doctors as it is. All in all, Medina is unprofessional when it comes to children from my experience and with that said we will NOT be returning!

My wife was a patient of Dr. Medina at her old practice. She says that this office is so much better. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they have great waiting room chairs in the office. Dr. Medina is top notch and a great eye doc. Definitely recommended!

Dr.Medina and staff definitely deserve 5stars, they are attentive, courteous and great with kids. Loved the way they interacted with my 6 year old. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Medina was helpful in addressing other issues I didnt think had anything to do with my vision . She and her staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and explain things thoroughly.

This is the best place to take yourself or your family to. Ive grown up with a rare and difficult eye disease and its been hard working with eye Drs who actually know whats going on since now Im going blind from the disease. Most eye doctors think they throw a pair of glasses on your face they can fix you. Dr. Medina has done an amazing job working with my issues she actually understands and has given me the best care Ive had in years. She knows exactly what Im going through and she doesnt push you to do unnecessary things that some doctors like to do just to make a dollar. Dr. Medina truly cares about you as a person our visits are amazing I try to see her once a year and when I have my appointment its like weve just seen each other the other day. We laugh we tell stories and we give each other a hard time, she brings you in like your family not just a dollar sign. I drive 3 hours round trip and pay cash to see Dr. Medina and shes worth the traffic and the money I pay to see her. Im telling you that you will not be sorry at this office I have several family members that go to Dr. Medina. My cousin was losing sight in one of his eyes he had seen several doctors trying to get answers but it wasnt until he seen Dr. Medina that he was able to get answers and get the help he needed. If you need to see a low vision specialist this is your office. I know we all have different opinions and you may try this office and it may not be for you but Im telling you it is totally worth your time to at least schedule a visit and see for yourself the things I have spoken about. I could go on even longer but Ill stop here Im telling you give her a try, even the office staff is amazing here all the ladies Ive interacted with are so nice and friendly. The staff will actually talk to you not at you even share a laugh with you and they make the exam as fast as possible. I cant say enough about this office thank you Dr. Medina.

Love the new office and love the staff! Dr. Medina is our favorite! I only wish we would of been offered some lense cleaner for my existing glasses especially after spending quite a bit in new lenses for my husband and myself. We were told our new lenses would come with some, but it’s nice getting some at the time of your visit as well. Great location!

It took one week from my order date to arrive and I absolutely love them.

Friendly staff. Options to keep kids busy; like movies, toys, books. The Doctor was very kind to my son and interactive with him (the appointment was for my son). The assistant was also friendly to both my son and daughter. Overall, we felt comfortable, and our appointment time was reasonable. We were there less than an hour. Definitely recommend!

They were friendly and all. They were helpful with the tests and paperwork too. However they told me my glasses would be ready in two weeks and its been a month already. Every time I go in they say its still not ready and to wait a few more days. They havent had any kind of explanation as to why its taking so long either. I suggest getting your eye exams done here but get your glasses elsewhere.

Dr. Martinez is so personable and easy to talk to. The staff is friendly and efficient. My husband and I had our first eye exams, and it went great.

Dr. Medina really explained all the ins and outs of contact lenses for my particular vision and she was very thorough with the exam and did not rush through it.

This optometric office is fantastic. My boys have both been seen by them. They have taken care of my boys above and beyond any other optometric office. They were patient and very kind. My oldest recently had a visit and he wasnt even scared to be seen. It was his first time seeing an eye Doctor and they made him​ comfortable and I would highly recommend them for both adult and pediatric care.

My appointment was at 8:30am. walked in and was greeted courteously.Filled out forms and was seen immediately.Even in choosing a new pair of glasses. I was given an honest opinion.In two weeks I should be receiving a call that my new glasses are ready.Cant wait for the call.I would recommend to everyone.

When searching for an eye doctor for my daughter I was kind of at a loss as to who to choose. I came across dr. Kramers office and decided to go with him since it was the same name as the doctor I had as a child. To my surprise he was the same doctor. He was an outstanding doctor then and he still is today so very glad I got to reconnect with with his office.

Fast and easy exam, friendly staff and the doctor was amazing! I would recommend AOS to anyone who treasures their vision and wants a quality choice of designer frames.
