Spectacular dining experience great fir the family. They have all the great Michoacana delights. The cheetos especial and corn cups are amazing.The best treat is the decadent ice cream the serve. Banana splits, ice cream sandwiches, and fresh fruit sundaes.Family-friendly, great staff, clean, colorful, and inviting. It was worth the 3 hour drive and I will surely be back soon.

Great variety of Mexican ice creams and snacks, but the must to try is the Mangonada

It was busy. The order was filled by one person, wish she did great, but I wish that staff could all work with the one order if theres more than 5 orders in one group. It would speed things up. Rather than just having one staff per order.

Well today I got mango and strawberry ice cream with a chamoy stick and it was actually quite nice. My friend got a horchata fused with strawberry and it was good as well. Ill sure come back to try another flavor of ice cream.

Been stopping by everyday for the past month. Their ice cream are amazing and refreshing, they serve all the new trends. Micheauga its chamoy and tajin rim with a lime and your favorite augafesca. They have corn in the cup regular are with hot cheeto. All ice creams are home made.

Expect to wait for 10+ minutes even if you’re the only one in the store and there are 3 employees just stocking, cleaning and checking products... the drinks are good though.

They need to take their tvs out of shop display I cant see the menu because it always shows advertising about the tv.

Very bad experience in this place, no prices, very bad costumer service. When I asked the lady to provide me the manager or owner Phone number to make a comment about prices on screen she was on total denial, she call the other lady and yielded at me saying that cannot provide me with owner phone number.So ...you owner down there! Take care you costumers well, put the prices on screen or wall.Stop hiring lady’s that will make your business an ugly place to consume. A $7.00 dls 32oz fruit is very expensive. Never coming back!!!

Good place to get some ice cream and more i like the mangonadas

This place was absolutely amazing! It was my first time going and I had a wonderful experience. Its very fresh and clean inside. They had so many delicious things to choose from. They also had musicly playing. For me personally, I would have liked it if they lowered the music just a little. Other then at; I highly recommend people to go.

Worth the wait!!! Great ice cream, friendly staff, and so much variety!! I’ve been there a couple times and the line was out of the door! Obviously that means it’s good!! Did not mind waiting at all! All the girls are very nice, margarita was especially friendly, took my order quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be back!

Wow! The ice cream here is delicious. Great quality. Prices are very fair for what you get. The options are endless. A very fun place to eat at too. Long lines due to popularity and being new but I think worth it. They do need to add another cash register to deal with the high volume of people. Other than that this place has definitely filled a demand for quality Mexican desserts and snack foods.

Worst customer service by Mary. I went there a couple months ago and that was my last time going there because she was just so rude to the people in front of me and also to me. She was basically trying to hurry us up in picking what we wanted and she was been so rude to her staff in general. I’m a manager a restaurant and that’s not a good way to treat your crew. I guess that lady was their last option to be manager because she obviously doesn’t deserve that spot hopefully they hired someone who carries about their customers and crew will not be returning to this spot thanks to her

Food was ok service was not so good 3 ladies attending people but only one actually serving people another one only walking back n forth to the front n back of the store the other one working like she didnt want to be there

Ice cream and customer service was technically great but music is so loud and it’s very busy! Please turn it down so you can improve customer service even more, you almost have to shout your order or repeat yourself A LOT! which is annoying.Otherwise a fun experience and worth the wait in line.

First time trying this ice cream parlor and let me tell you it was worth it. They have so many variety of ice creams you can choose from and really delicious!!

For my very first time I was very disappointed. I ordered a Micheagua de Limon & huge mistake, it was too sour, not enough sugar, and too top it off the way they rimmed the cup with chamoy was just really messy. I mean Im not trying to exaggerate I know what they look like, but by the time I arrived to my house (5 min away) estaba choriando to the bottom I couldnt even hold the cup without getting dirty. I ALSO ordered the nachos & cheese with jalapeños and it was um okay. The chips were stiff, not fresh, not quite crunchy which was a huge turn off. It seems as if they just make n serve & dont even taste to see whats acceptable or not. The ice cream is good, Ill give them that but as far as aguas frescas & Micheaguas HUGE NO. I will be taking my business back to my other ice cream parlor. Very disappointed 👎

Great ice cream servers attitude was so bad margarita was very disrespectful rolled eyes at consumers several times overall not a great experience and very unorganized.

Really good ice cream but very poor service went 2 days in a row and got the sever margarita and both times she had a really bad attitude no just towards me but to other costumers as well.
