I love coming here but yesterday there was a long line and 2 girls one with blonde hair in a bun and another girl were just chitchatting and not helping the other two girls. There was only two other girls actually trying to help everyone else . This happens often as I come in, there’s always girls just standing on their phones or chitchatting instead of helping customers. There has been other times when I come in and the girls attending us are always rude. I wish there was name tags so that I can thank the girls helping out yesterday. It would be nice if all the girls who are behind the counter can help when the line is that long. I love the place but the customer service is not the best.

I’ve been coming here for many years and have always loved the place but when I came in today the two employees on the clock were too busy on their phones this evening and had mean straight faces while they served us. First time here, while my mother and I were looking at the menu, we felt rushed because the employee kept asking what can I get for you even though we said one moment.While ordering she kept saying ok anything else too many times.She was more focused on the tv than being nice and patient.Ice cream was good but horrible customer service. Never coming in again!!!

The girls are kind, they just have the store very badly unattended, everything was dirty and the time I was there they had time to prepare and clean and they were both on the cell phone and gossiping among themselves. I came here for the first time and all the snacks. They were rich and again I say the friendly girls but the place was very dirty and they do not use disposable gloves to attend to each order with different gloves and orders.

They charged me $ 13 dollars for a bionic and a pork crackling with cream only I think it was always a boy there and it is always less and I said to the girl and she said that she cooked the same as if the pork rind was with everything but it was not good for me .I will not go there anymore better I go to the jungle by Michell and hacth rd
