I was passing through a foreign city in a foreign state when my cars front driver side tire lost 3 of 4 lug nuts. In a moment of desperation, I called J&J who promptly visited me on the highway and helped me avoid a costly towing fee after determining my car could be driven the short distance to their garage on the one remaining lug nut. James was completely transparent with me during the entire repair process (which he let me observe through its entirety) and kept to his promise to have me back on the road that same day. He was incredibly hospitable towards me and did his very best to save me money wherever possible without compromising the quality of the repair. In case you needed further convincing, you should know that this all took place on Fathers Day; James took time away from his family to help a stranger in need which is perhaps the best testament I can give regarding this mans upstanding character. I wouldnt wish a highway break down on anyone, but if it had to happen somewhere I am glad it happened in Moline, IL.

Great mechanics. Took my car in for timing chain and had it replaced within 24hrs. Will come back for the service and hospitality.

Took my girlfriends Chrysler PT Cruiser to have water pump and timing belt replaced. Took this clown over a month to get the car ready for pickup only to find out that it was in better shape when I dropped it off than it was when I picked it up. Very shotty mechanic. Over priced labor and breaks things that werent broke before he got his hands on it. Spend the money and go to a real mechanic. Just because he has nice tools doesnt mean he knows how to use them. I wouldnt take a toy wagon to this guy to fix.
