I would say bubble tea from Icy Bubble taste yummy than some bubble tea shop in Chicago. Roll ice cream was good too. Definitely come back for more.

One of the best bubble tea places Ive ever been to. The summer drink was excellent, a perfect mix of flavor and not too sweet. The employees gave great recommendations and service.The rolled ice cream is good too, though they make it to order so it does take some time. Its cool seeing them make it right in front of you though.

This is an absolute must for our family, the staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful every time Im there, almost everyone is serv-safe certified, super amazing boba teas and the cutest rolled ice cream (I love the avocado flavor), and great atmosphere.

Excellent service. We were treated with genuine kindness and enthusiasm which is great. It was memorizing watching them make our rolled ice cream! The mint chocolate choice was amazing. Bubble tea was also wonderful. Looking forward to visiting again. Wish I hadnt waited so long to stop in!

I got their rolled ice cream and a milk tea with boba, and both were fantastic! Ice cream is very creamy and as someone whos never had milk tea before, I think Im addicted. Will definitely come back

I absolutely love this place and how they cater to those who have different sugar level needs in their diet! I ordered via Grubhub and I love how they took care in additionally wrapping the drinks in a stapled bag so that they wouldn’t spill! I got the sugar free and I couldn’t tell the difference, it was absolutely yummy still and didn’t have that Splenda taste sugar free things normally have ! I can’t wait to explore more of the menu!

Tried Icy Bubbles for the first time today and it is wonderful. I had a honeydew milk tea and my husband had a tiger stripe milk tea and both were delicious. The store is decorated so cute!! The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

The staff was friendly. The variety of menu options is impressive. There are so many options to try out. I love that you can place your order and pay online as an option, too. All staff had their masks on in the proper way while I was there. I tried something I’ve never tried: avocado ice cream. It was absolutely delicious! I will be back and plan to tell family and friends about Icy Bubbles.

The first time I came here with my fiancé it was great had no complaints. Today, however, is a different story. We ordered the new Tiger Stripe Milk Tea, it came out oddly fast, looked nothing like the modeled pictures (it wasn’t striped with brown sugar or anything), and I’m convinced the drink is sugary milk and boba. Kinda disappointed. The two stars are from my last purchase, if this time was my first time I would’ve given no stars.

Had never seem ice cream made this way. Its an edible art piece and very delicious! So glad we tried it. Will definitely go again!

I LOVE ICY BUBBLES i live in dav. so i use to go to bubble tea in North park but they’re just filthy and never have mask on, so i went to see if we had any other bubble tea in our area and then i found icy bubbles. I love it sm the staff always has they’re mask on and greets you when you come in the door, even if they’re are a few ppl in line your order comes pretty fast. I havent tried their rolled ice cream i usually just get a matcha smoothie with bubbles. I also love that they have instagram so you know whats going on with them and if they update their menu or anything.👍🏾💕🧋🧋🍦

My kids went in to get drinks on Saturday 9/11 and after they placed and paid for their order they were waiting for their drinks when they saw a ROACH 🪳crawling across the counter. 🤮 We threw the drinks out & won’t be back.

I wish they were open on mondays. Ive driven up atleast 5 times totally forgetting theyre closed on monday and tuesday. Please

Amazing atmosphere! The bright colors and bubble wall were absolutely breathtaking! This frozen dessert was fabulous! Milk tea was delicious as well! Staff was extremely friendly and personable! As first timers, definitely recommend and will be returning soon!

Me and my sister went last week for the first time and it was amazing! The workers were very kind, the ice cream was the bomb, and the place looks so unique!! Many people say its pricey and I can agree BUT you get a lot for your money and its worth it! Will be back again to try other things on the menu. Keep up the good work!!

Nice atmosphere, cool place. Not so awesome service. A group of 3 of us went and ordered 3 drinks, after 45 minutes of waiting (with no more than 4 small families in front of us) they only prepared 2 of the drinks we asked for. Condescendingly yet indirectly implied that it was our fault the order wasn’t placed correctly and asked if we wanted to purchase the order wasn’t placed. We said no and continued on with our day, will most likely not return.

AMAZING!!!! The first time I walked in there I almost fell. The ice cream rolls and boba smoothies are THE BOMB. The only problem is they need more workers. The last time I went in there there was only 1 guy working there, and a girl who only did toppings and drinks. The seats by the bubble wall (Which is very beautiful) are very dirty. The work hours arent that great either. But overall, this is the best place Ive ever walked into!!!!

Great service and amazing product however the hours are awful. Its 1pm on a Friday. I have my extended family in town. We headed over from davenport and you are closed!!! The hours say you open at noon. Extremely disappointing

Today, I took a good friend and my sister in law here !We had a great time! eEverything was beautiful!The ice cream was so good and a lot of choices . Lil pricey, but kids could split one, because they are so big. You get a lot for your money! For as many that were in there on Sunday, they were fast and people were having a great time !We will be going again, this time I am bringing my grandkids!

Heck yeah after a long day Im dealing with everyday life its nice to just sit down and cool down with a gourmet drink or maybe you prefer coffee or maybe you prefer ice cream no matter what they got you covered I personally like the smoothies the banana Laffy Taffy as a die for you should try it and you know what the price is cheaper than you probably think dont forget to tip your servers I recommend this place to anybody thats looking the wind down or anybody thats looking for a good start on their day they open at 9 which is just early enough to get there before work and get your morning coffee

A great place to get bubble tea! This time I got Thai Iced Coffee with boba and it was definitely a sweet treat. I will admit I wish the boba were a touch firmer, but I know I can be picky about texture.

Excellent. The rolled ice cream is fresh & not frozen. Unlike Whiteys where their ice cream is made with artificial flavors & preservatives, Icy Bubbles is NOT!!!! Some people may say its expensive but what about Whiteys? Whiteys is expensive & its not as good as this. You also get what you pay for & Im picky about my ice cream.

Their bravo avocado was amazing!! Campfire, cookie monster and candy were also delicious. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome experience, getting to watch them make the ice cream was super fun, you dont see many things like this coming into our area. There was a little bit of a wait but like all good things it was well worth it! For the work that goes into the process and for the novelty I think it is well worth what we paid, and I will definitely be suggesting this place to friends and family, because I think they will enjoy the experience as well. Also the mini mochi is so good.

Walked in here the other day, 2pm ish. Me and 3 of my friends came in and patiently waited for over 10 minutes and not a single time were we acknowledged by any of the 6 employees (all children and teenagers working). We were very obviously standing in line patient and they were not busy either. Ill stick to Whiteys or Country Style. This place obviously has extremely poor customer service and needs whole new management. I would suggest hiring adults with a decent work ethic as opposed to the ignorant children they currently have running and operating the business. Would not reccomend either because its overpriced.
