Great Service! Got me in and back out☀️

Dropped my vehicle off and it was done in a timely manner. The owners were out going, down to earth people. They were also the cheapest in town!!!

They came and got my car, delivered it back when they were done, even put me an inspection sticker on, best price in the twin cities!!!

I don’t understand how this place gets so many recommendations when the lady at the front could care less whether she gets your business or not! And why can’t workers rotate lunches and not make customers wait for them to return from lunch! Makes no sense-figure it out! Would never attempt to use them again!!!! Acme is only $15 more and way more accommodating.

Very fast and very affordable !!! My daughter and I went in to have the windshield replaced in my 05 f250 and by the time we stopped visiting with the other customers our truck was done. It seemed like no time at all. The office was very inviting to sit and chat.

Had my windshield and back driver side window replaced and they did an amazing job. Excellent customer service. I walked in and they took my truck back within minutes and had it completed shortly after. Very pleased with this company. Even the guy that replaced my windows was very respectful.

I suspect they cover their bad reviews with good ones. Horrible customer service!!! Never have I felt so belittled! I came in for a inspection sticker I got all my paperwork and went elsewhere. I really hope that lady was the owner screwing up her own business. If she’s a employee she should be fired.

The quality of work was not the issue. The poor customer service from the owner himself was the problem. We called and got a quote on a window. It was the cheapest in town, by far. They said it would be over a week to ship it. So they offered overnight shipping for $45. We did that. My wife called the day it was supposed to come in to check on it. The owner got on the phone and said it wasnt in. So we asked for the $45 back since it didnt come in on time. The guy got very rude with her and told her she can pay it or leave. Mind you the rudeness did not go both ways. The, owner or manager, which ever it was could use a lesson or two in customer service. The quality and timelyness of the job was, however, great.

I had an appointment for 8AM and was there at 7:45. They serviced my car immediately and didnt make me wait. The process took 15 minutes. The staff was nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone for winshield repair.

I have had to buy several windows over the years and Port City Glass always has the best price and service. I also got a great deal on a bed liner and floor mats !!

On 08/24/15 around 10:15am, I a black man entered the Port City Glass & Paint Business, a white woman and a white man were sitting at their desks behind their computers. I stood in front of the white womans desk. The woman was on the phone, neither one spoke to me as I stood there. About 30 seconds later, two white men walked in, and the woman leaned over looking past me, asking the two white me, Can I help you and began to wait on them. I could not believe what I was experiencing in Monroe, Louisiana. I politely took a step backward, turned around and exited the building, got into my car, drove a few blocks down the street to Acme Glass. Upon entering that establishment, two employees were acknowledging me, Good morning, what can we do to help you. It was their respect that took some of the void feeling away that was in the bottom of my stomach. This is not my opinion, but the facts, you chose your own opinion.

Highly recommend these guys they do great work. They go above and beyond to help you out.

I would ride around without a windshield or any other glass before Port City Glass EVER touches my truck again!!!!! If it was possible this place wouldnt even recieve 1 star id give them nothing. I took my truck to them around the end of July 2016 to get my windshield replaced. I waited on the truck and once i recieved it the interior was filthy from where they didnt clean up after themselves, but i didnt worry about that and went on with my day. About a week later it started raining at night and my truck was pouring water into the interior of my truck while i was driving. I immediately took it up there the next day and after going back and forth with them they finally took my truck back to fix the leaking windshield. I waited on it again and once i got my truck the interior panels were not even put back on correctly there were cracks between the panels where my dash meets the A pillar and the headliner wasnt even pushed back under the door seals so after fixing all this stuff myself i vowed never to go there again. Well it wasnt a week later and the windshield was still leaking. So i brought my truck to Acme Glass and told them the situation and they took care of the problem, and showed me where port city didnt even have the windshield sealed off all the way around they just had spots of silicone in random places. It has been over a month and i havent had a single problem from Acmes work. I would highly suggest not going to Port City Glass.
