I went in to get some oil for my Lawnmower. The young lady behind the counter helped me immediately and answered all my questions. Also the prices are generally Okay. Stopped by this autozone just on a whim for new windshield wipers. I normally use one across the river but needed to kill some time. Received STELLAR customer service! Associates were friendly & knowledgeable, good & honest recommendations (for us non-car people, this is important), and quick service. Darian then put my wipers on for me as well as filling up my washer fluid! Highly recommend this store!

Was a great experience as a single female, I have to rely on the parts peoples knowledge and definitely found it at this store when Oreilys had told me the part I needed was a dealership only part. The computer at Auto Zone also showed that they could not get the part I needed but the staff here had the knowledge to know that the part was right there in the store and helped me find my other things needed like oil and complete gas treatment from my whole fuel system including injectors which saved me money buying a one in all product and even though sales price buy one get one free had expired and we couldnt find my membership is they still have me the discount also which all total saved me $10 instantly and with finding that part for me saved me possibly $100 more dollars!

Been buying parts for mutiple vehicles at this location since the first one down by Sunny Days car wash first opened in the eighties. Mask mandate, or not, a long time employee, Donna Kirby, was extremely rude twice about my choice not to wear a mask. I respect a businesses right to refuse service, and that is why i did not cause a scene, like she was antagonizing, but rather just walked out. I also respect my choice to take that $675 front end rebuild last week, and $725 air conditiining job using oreilly parts, and will, from now on, until Donna Kirby is fired, or until the attitude of mangement changes, and they remove the fake authority they have given their employees over their customers. Donna Kirby, if youre reading this, you have no authority over anyone except your own minor children

Tech was extremely helpful and courteous. Tested and replaced my battery. Give them a try for your automotive needs!

My review is in regards to a phone call I made checking prices and warranties on parts for a vehicle. Phone calls and price checks from potential customer is a part of YOUR JOB. Being rude is NOT. Using a condescending tone of voice is NOT. If you dont like answering the phone, answering questions about parts or checking prices on parts, if youre dissatisfied and unhappy with your job, if you havent the patience for the female gender, then you need to find another job and lose the chauvinistic attitude.

I needed to borrow a tool and they offered to do the work for me. Service was fast and knowledgeable.

Excellent Customer Service. My battery died on me last night. Called Mr. Willie at about 7:30 and explain the situation, he helped me get the right battery and get it installed quickly. So quick, that I was able to have breakfast and make it to work on time. These guys are amazing at what they do; going over and beyond to provide quality customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone. Truly gratifying after an experience I had at another location. Five Thumbs up gentlemen.

The manager is very rude. He lacks customer service skills and is very condescending when you ask him any questions about anything. I must also say that the rest of the employees here are very nice it’s just that when I see Willie-the manager I cringe, leave, and head to O’Riley’s or Advance Auto-parts; anywhere but here!

Gentlemen was super nice and helpful . Id rather make the 45 min round trip from Bastrop than the 2 min drive to the store in Bastrop where the employees are rude, inconsiderate and just no help at all .

AutoZone has a decent selection of parts & accessories. Their prices are about average. If you watch their sales, you can get pretty good prices on stuff. You can also buy tools here. They are not the best quality but if you are in the middle of a project their tools will get you out of a tight. If you need specialty tools like for strut compressors or cv joint tools they will rent some tools out. I rented a large socket for pulling hub on a 4wheel drive. They can also check your service engine soon codes for free then sell replacement parts to fix. If your car battery is dead they can test & will replace for you if necessary. I would recommend this place to others.

I understand that theyre not a mechanic shop but I needed assistance putting a light bulb in, just some direction and they were rude when I went back in to ask for a little bit more instruction because I couldnt get the light bulb back in the headlight assembly the man behind the counter was rude and walked off. I understand they were short-handed but there was no one in the store at that time when I went back in begging for help and I was discarded and sent on my way. Thank goodness there was a young gentleman that helped me. I will never go to them again...EVER!!!!!

My husband and I bought windshield wipers here. We sat in the parking lot, searching YouTube for instructions on how to remove the old wipers and replace the new. Normally its easy but the vehicle we were driving was new to us and we couldnt figure it out. Just as I was going to give up, Andrew walked out of the store and helped us. He was kind. Even though it took him about 2 seconds to complete the job that we were struggling with, he wasnt condescending and we didnt feel too too stupid. ( Well, maybe a tiny bit foolish. ) ;0) Thanks Autozone

They were very helpful. My initial issue was corrected and they helped me to find the right part which wasnt easy and required some hunting through multiple similar vehicles to find a match. They also printed out some detailed repair instructions for another job Im considering doing.

You dont even want me to say what I actually feel. I understand my 12 year old picked up something he shouldnt have (back scratcher and was scratching my back with it). A worker named Darren was very unnecessary rude to him and I. Said we dont do that in this store. That people in the store is germaphobe. Why cause we the wrong color? He acted like he expected me to pay for it.

I would’ve only given 1 star but there were 2 white employees that were kind, courteous and helpful! I did not have a good experience here! I had a simple return and then a few items to pick up while I was here. I literally stood in front of a man at the register for six minutes. The man at the register noticed me and looked at me several times without saying a word. Of course the man was not the same color as I was so I’m not sure if that had anything to do with it or not. I finally asked where I needed to stand in order to do a return. The man finally spoke and said, over there. I have shopped at AutoZone for over 30 years and have never been ignored like I was today!
