My favorite parts store. Staff genuinely helpful

Top notch advice and parts from normal guys who drink a beer while changing oil in their truck after work. They also have alot of farm equipment parts at good prices. They have spent many hours for me trying to find a part they are sell for 5 bucks. No project too big or too small, too new or too old. I had a fuel pump overnighted so I could pick it up on my way from Bismarck to Pittsburgh. They will do everything they can to help out.

Great new store front! Looks fresh and updated with new inventory. Complimented by a staff who was willing to help me find what I was looking for.

We have been a long time fleet customer of the store. and in the past have had a great relationship with the manager and staff unfortunately after the long time manager moved on. we have had nothing but problems. they are understaffed and lack experience. we have had constant issues with bad or failing parts it has become a constant fight to get parts warrantied if they will even at all. and the worst is they dont seem to care to improve the situation we have moved our business elsewhere

They need more help, waited 15 minutes to get what I ordered, and then to find out it was the wrong one. Wasnt happy when I got home!

Terrible customer service, went to return parts I didnt use, and was told he would not refund the purchase and to try to sell it. Highly suggest taking your business elsewhere where they are actually show courtesy to their customers! Prices are terrible as well vs their competitors, 10$ shipping on a tiny box less than 1lbs!!! Lost my business for sure!!
