My family has been going there since I was younger. They are always fast and friendly. They offer new and refurbished (?) tires. I started going once I owned my own car. Their prices cant be beat!

By far the best shop i have been to. The mechanical experience these guys have is second to none and the price was very good. Replaced the differential with new axles and only took them a few hours.

The service here is great! I had a flat tire and only an hour to drive to CLT Airport. They patched the tire and had me back on the road in 10 minutes.

The owners and the staff are very polite. I was greeted before i was even able to step out of my car. They are extremely fast and precise with their work. They value their customer! I was very surprised at how fast I was in and out considering how busy they were. I will definitely be going back.

If you just need cheap used tires theyre great. my wife took our own TPMs and they claimed they couldnt program them. They would have been more than happy To sell her some for 60$ a tire. They ended up charging 10$ a tire to put mine in WITHOUT programing them. That was the last dollar they will get from this family.

NEVER again will I go to this place .Why they would have compressor so high Is beyond my realm of thought ??? they Put my rim back on so tight that I had stripped all five Lugnuts and had to get a special socket to get lugs off after charging me way too much for a used tire $48.04 i can get a tire just as good in Gastonia at any one of many locations for 30 bucks or cheaper but I had to have a tire that morning because it was raining and I was hydroplaning. Also they close at 4 o’clock they call it Covid hours are you kidding me it’s an outside place mostly that’s ridiculous they close at 4 o’clock- a tire shop.

Great tire shop. My wife and I had an emergency and needed an uncommon sized tire for her car and thankfully they had a brand new one waiting on us when we showed up. Quick, good prices and the manager is very helpful and wants your future buisness. Ill drive out of my way for that type of customer service.

These are hard working people! They are very friendly and knowledgeable! They replaced one of my tires for a very reasonable price! I wasnt there twenty minutes probably. They move quickly and get you back on the road fast. The owners are very friendly and helpful. One of the owners said she will call me when they get more of my size tires in stock, which is very helpful! I highly recommend this company to everyone!

The service was pretty fast. I was only getting a tire plugged but I was only there for approximately ten minutes. I would give them a five but the tire they plugged went flat in two weeks. I was assured it would be as good as new but it did not last very long. I have to take the tire back to get it plugged again. I think I will just buy a new tire and save the plugged tire as a spare. Their prices are the best in town.

Alan helped me get tires on my truck, explained all the used and new options and what would work best depending how much I used my truck, and was patient while I deliberated. I almost hate to tell people about this secret!!! You pull up and park. The guys come out and do what they do. Within minutes you are off to your next adventure and while you’re mind may not be balanced, your tires sure are and at an honest price.

Great service and prices on tires! (My previous review with 5 stars and first visit)I will like to update and say the prices are great for used tires. The used tires look good, but I have went on 3 different occasions and all the tires belt (the middle) was worn out. Tires lasted less than a month or month and a half. 😢

They had mechanics standing outside ready as you pull in. I didn’t get out of my car yet before a friendly and personable employee came to the car. He was empathetic, effective, and fast. The price was certainly affordable as well.

This was my first visit to Small Brothers. I needed a good used tire. The price was fair, not low, not high. The young man who waited on me was very pleasant, knew what he was doing, and explain a few points to me that were very helpful.

Grown up in this town, this company always great for quick tire repairs or used tires. Worked in marion NC in the mountains, hit a dead animal and got a bone in my tire, when i returned to monroe, they fixed it in 10 min and was back on the rd quickly and happy. $10 for repair and put the spare tire back under my truck. Great talent and personalities! Wish there were more places like this

DO NOT GO TO SMALL BROTHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to small brothers to get 2 used tires put on...i had a nail in my front tire on the drivers side.....they replaced both tires.A couple of days later i look at the tire seems low at the bottom....i go to quicktrip & pump it up 2x. It still looked droopy. So by tht time i had already threw away my receipt when i had gotten the tires put on.I goes bk to small brothers n the guy tht did the tire exchange asks me wats wrong n i told him about my tire. He looked at it & guess wat the hell he said?????Ummm...mam this tire has a nail in it .Soooooooo either they put bk on the same tire or thry put a messed up tire on my car.So im out of $80 n im out of a tire.DO NOT GO TO SMALL BROTHERS IN MONROE,NC!!

Fast fix for a leaky tire. They can get busy, but the wait isnt usually bad. $20 to fix want I couldnt makes me happy.

I have been coming here for about 4 years when I came last week I asked for 2 good tires to go to New York on the way up I half a fly wich I found out it was the stam valve not only I paid for tow truck never went to New York I plan on putting new tires but I have to take my busdiness elsewhere I have 4 cars that I bring here Im not asking for anything for free just good honest device you r.
