Ive never been helped so good yet intimidated so much at the same time. The guy who helped me (Dean? Or Jean?) Was very helpful and answers all my questions and got me new lights. My girl was with me and said he looked like he could kick peoples butts in 12 different styles... Not sure but l think I agree. Id go back but I would be on best behavior. Over all great experience yet terrifying.

Very helpful finding the car I needed and even gave me a print out showing all cars and their location. Extremely hot that day and was given free water. Employee offered to stay after closing so I could get what I needed and to top it all off on my second day there as I was leaving at 5 I was given a free snow cone from the snow cone truck in the parking lot. No joke. Ill without a doubt be back.

Although the part we were looking for was hard to pry off the car, the place was easy to navigate and as organized as could be. The staff was so helpful and I cant help but be grateful for the sink at the exit where we washed up before leaving.

They are very knowledgeable and organized concerning there parts. The part I needed wasnt available. However the employee took out time to go online to locate it else where.

I called to find out if they had a single rim to fit my 2012 dodge ram and was told they only inventory vehicles not parts so I drove 2 hrs from Coushatta in an effort to locate a rim. The staff was very unfriendly and not willing to assist or help. I found a rim and was able to get gat allbut one lugs off and I had to go buy tools to get it off. Price was good

This is a gold mine for auto parts. Need tires, spark plugs, rims, etc, come here. It is outside so be prepared to face the weather. Also you must have your own tools.

This place is under new management. All of the old good people are gone. All new folks here. Full service tells you that you have to wait days for them to pull a part for you. By then you can get it from Amazon at the same price or less most of the time and get it quicker with Amazon being right there in Texas. I went there today and one guy told me I could go pull a part then five minutes later when I unbolt some things some fresh noob comes out and tell me that I cant. I like the old crew better. Dont want to get to know these new guys. Plus they raised the price for membership from $3 to $20. They dont even have any good up to date cars that you need. Only old junk thats overpriced now. This place makes it worth it to just go to Westgate and dumpster dive fighting mud, snakes and everything else out there. Amazon and eBay marketplace is a better buy if you can wait like I can. This place acts like they have good stuff like pull apart in Jackson Mississippi lol might as well make the trip and go there to get what you want. They also have better pricing no matter what year the car is. Pull apart in Jackson Mississippi ftw!

Excellent place to find used parts for our older pick up!

My experience was mostly positive. They had inventory I needed, with a couple of options (was looking for a 5.4L engine). But, I wish things could have been done a little better such as:1. Customizer service on the inside could have given me a better listing of which vehicles on site had a 5.4 so I didnt have to wander around inventory.2. Better timing and communication from the staff when having an engine pulled. While this could be debated, and viable reasons given for going beyond the time frame, let the customer at least know, because sometimes things are time sensitive.

Big place, the salvage vehicles were pretty much stripped. They have a decent inventory in Monroe La. but cant tell you if they have the part youre looking for, only if they have the make, model, and year of specific vehicle or vehicles youre looking for. Other than that you are on your own. Can be a waste of time.

Why do they tell you a vehicle is there on the phone, but when you get there, they dont have it. I dont have money to waste on gas when I live an hour away.

Needed a trans for my mustang. Every upullit told me that I could use up to a certain year except this one. Brandon was quick to check the computer and tell me I could use the newer version, he wasnt sure if Id have to swap anything out.Best advise ever. Just swapped the speed sensor and we were good to go.We shop here regularly. Anytime Ive been in a bind and needed parts cheap. Ive gotten them here. And its good parts. The guys know not to bother marking our parts as we never return them.They are always friendly and always awesome.Out of all the yards Id recommend this one. The guys up in s-port and bossier can be well you know.Sometimes I do think things get labeled as the wrong part. But its okay. Who knows how they actually determine what some parts are.

This place is well Captain Wilmington which makes it easy to find things theres usually tools available if needed I believe you have to buy or rent them and other than some of the other guys they check you out being super grouchy you are all Ive had a pretty great experience just wish they got more 4runners

I have never seen a more organized salvage yard in my life. All the vehicles are well situated and up on stands so that you can access every part of the vehicle. Counter people are helpful and there is even a place for customers to clean up.Outstanding business!

Mostly have what youre looking for and for very good, reasonable prices that you just cant find anywhere else. But DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT pay for them to take it off. I promise you you will be very displeased. No consideration or single care for the customer in terms of your priorities and urgencies for the part. I promise you will be better off bringing your own tools and getting it off yourself. I was charged $67, $60 of that being the labor and $7 being the part. It was in a difficult spot, but they promised to have it off that day. Well.......Im still waiting on it. And labor is nonrefundable.

This place is kinda hit & miss on used parts. To be fair I guess it depends on how popular a certain vehicle is in your area. If what you drive isnt the most popular ride (like a Subaru for example) you may have difficulty finding what you need. If you drive most any late model truck they probably have a host you can pull from. If youve never been here, dont hesitate to try this place out. It could save you some big money if your capable of pulling the part yourself. Ive tried many times but have found what I need only about 30% of the time. Sometimes what you need may have already been pulled, isnt compatible with your model or may have been damaged in a wreck, etc. Make sure to bring some gloves, tools, flashlight, and a wagon if your parts / tools are too heavy. Sometimes you may have to walk quite a bit to look at several vehicles on the yard. Probably need to be certain of your make, model, year, engine size just in case there are any compatibility issues. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Great place I dont go much but my husband goes every chance he gets he has not pulled one part that has been bad and even if he does they give u 30 days to bring it back cant get much better then that and it is very organized and it is pretty nice that they have all the cars and trucks off the ground very easy to get to the parts so u can pull them yall have to get a auto up pull it members ship only 10.00 are yall will never know what yall are missing Saves u tones of money

A really cool, fun, and actually affordable place.

I would recommend u - pull it over any of the local salvage yards. I was in search of a door for my truck and called every local salvage yard that popped up in my Google search. I got prices that ranged from $100- $250. I visited the junkyard that quoted me the $100 price in west monroe to find that it was horribly nasty and the people that worked there were not very organized at all. I left and went to u - pull it easily found the door I needed and got them to pull it for me and paid less than $100 for it. This is a clean, organized place, with lots of vehicles to choose from. I will go here first from now on if I need any parts. The prices are terribly reasonable and the employees are very helpful. Its worth the short drive.

Called looking for a passenger door. Said he had the truck. I would have to come see if it had the door, ask him if he could look it would be a 200 mile round trip for me if the door wasnt on it. Told me they would not send anybody out for anyone if I wanted to know iif they had it I would have to come check myself.The sorriest service and a smart ass to boot. I would buy a new OEM door from the dealer before I gave that piece of crap 2 cents for his even if it was a perfect match
