I drive and old truck and it is hard to find anyone with the skill and knowledge to fix it anymore. Seriously, even the Ford dealership wont touch it. David knows his stuff and he isnt gonna run you around with nonsense like some will.

Reasonable priced repairs from a stand up mechanic.

He fixed our car in a couple of days.

When I picked up the invoice from David, I noticed he over charged me over $300. We got that handled but it’s still a red flag. I picked up and and soon as I got home that day, I noticed my blend door actuator was grinding gears (he tried to cover it up by starting the truck alone from behind the shop) and my coolant bleed valve was left open (I didn’t noticed till I got home). I didn’t ask him to touch anything that pertains to the cooling system. He also failed to bleed my fuel of air properly, throwing an injection pump code. He put marine injectors in my truck when I asked him not to if he had the choice. That’s not all. Behind a picture of my mom and dad (good luck charm), I have a parking brake light. I noticed the light was on due to the glow from behind the picture and realized he had left the brake on knowing I wouldn’t know. My new harmonic balancer I asked him to install wobbles a great deal (if you’re unaware, that will kill you’re engine forever if you drive like that for a few days). I really want to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I don’t like that kind of business. He could be plain forgetful or deliberately malicious. This doesn’t seem like he’s after my money. This is the type of stuff you do when you’re trying to kill someone’s engine as quick as possible. I just wanted you to be aware of what I’ve noticed since the last time I’ve done business with him.
