I love the selection of cologne that they have. I always get nice compliments from women on how good I smell! I would recommend them to anybody. The owners are very nice and I enjoy going there every chance I get!

Customer Service is lacking. I usually find what I need but if you’re looking for superior customer service this is not the place for you. No greetings when you walk in just a stare down. You would think the black lady that works there would be less rude she’s just as bad as them.. disgusting

Rude. Customer service is lacking tremendously. I spoke to the clerk twice and she never acknowledged me or uttered a Hello...as I checked out with her. When shopping here its a feeling of entitlement on their part. As if their arent other Beauty supply stores to spend your money with. This trip was very unsettling to me, which is why I will no longer patronize this business and take my business elsewhere. Where Im acknowledged as customer at the least. My group of consumer is the majority of their business base. Shameful.

I’ve been to this store a handful of times. The employees never speak. The store is quiet no music or anything, and the employees just stand at the cash register and watch the customers walk through the store. As I went towards the door the man at the register stood up and looked me up and down still didn’t say anything to me. I don’t like to shop where I am not welcome, and where I’m watched. What’s the point of having security cameras? Also the store is very overpriced for no reason.

Just moved to the area and it’s my first time here. No one spoke. Not even a “Hi”. This immediately turned me off. I walked around a few times looking for a particular brand. No one asked if I needed help. The items are definitely overpriced here, I’m coming from conyers and I will do my shopping back where I was use to some level of decent customer service. Something I would pay $5.99 for elsewhere is 9.99 in there. That’s ridiculous.

I was at the store fixing to buy some stuff but was told that if I didnt have no mask I had to leave but they where 2 other people in the store with no mask and let them stay in the store and get what they needed
