I love the new interior renovation of the store! The aisles are wider and less cramped, and products can be found with such ease. The only thing missing is Renee....she was the sweetest, and most helpful employee and knew which products were needed for particular hair styles and extensions.

They greet you at the door with hand sanitizer, which was cool!!!!! Although they are friendly, I felt like I was followed majority of the time. I did end up spending over $150 and they gave me something free from my purchase, which made up for it. All in all, They have nice stuff, but its a lot and very crowded.

I love that they renovated and expanded the store. They did a wonderful job! The owner and all of his staff are really nice and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Do not use your credit card at this place again do not use your credit card at this place it charged me $133.85 and my card is still pending meaning I cant get my money back until after 8 days. It is US Black people who spend money with them and always get walked on and get disrespected. By them and they act like they are so right when they dont know what theyre doing.If Im showing you on my phone with your store name saying purchase was made . WHERES MY MONEY??? PENDING!!

Running from Hurricane Florence, I forgot my gel. The two owners were so helpful and nice. One went to their back stash of supplies and found the braiding hair color I wanted. We immediately connected after They shared that They are wives of two retired, Army service members. And they had everything I needed.

They have a great selection of merchandise, store is played out well so things are easy to find. Clerk was really nice and they always are willing to help.

The lady was a huge help when I needed her and she even gave me a better choice of hair for a better price .

Was followed around the store while trying to browse and see what they had it was my first time there. They definitely dont follow the 5 feet rule the lady was too close to me

I LOVE this beauty supply store! They have a variety of natural hair products and the prices are reasonable. I truly appreciate their current COVID guidelines and requirements, it gives me peace of mind while shopping.💙

Top notch Hair concierge! This was my first time coming to a hair shop since I moved to the Charlotte area. The staff treats you like family - they’ll give you the run down and details of each type of hair that you inquire about. Though I was expecting to see a section for little girls (bows, ties, and barrettes), it was at a minimum. A bit of a tight space. This is still a great place to suit your needs. I’m not going to another place unless Ms Rene tells me too! Lol.

Great place. What I mean by great is it has a big variety of quality hair, it has a person with experience in all hair questions there to help you choose and get what you want. The plus to this place is that it even opens on Sunday!
