Very HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. You have a Karen working for you at this Monroe location. I have been a licensed stylist and hair instructor for well over 30 years and have never been treated so rudely by anyone at this location until recently. Blonde hair Caucasian female who doesn’t do hair in a shop but apparently bootlegs at home and dispenses unsolicited hair advice. Would not provide a sample of a new product that I was planning on recommending and retailing to my customers. She has prevented this location from generating revenue by being rude and refusing to comply with the PROFESSIONAL HAIR STYLIST/CUSTOMER.Fire her NEOW!!No 🧢
