My son needed black dress shirt and vest and we found exactly what he was looking for plus it was on a really good sale. I was disappointed the dressing rooms were closed due to covid social distancing but luckily it did end up fitting him.

Ive gotten some great deals at JCPenney, Im glad to be a regular customer there. Ive had the opportunity to score some really nice things and I plan on being a regular shopper there in the future.

This is very good place to get clothes at, including school uniform pants, which we couldnt find ANYWHERE else. I would definitely recommend for buying clothes

Went in to buy a pair a pants and got help from one employee and she helped me select a few out and was kind and patient. At the check out the cashier said that she’ll get me a coupon and gave me 25% off. So thankful for them and their dedication to their customers, always love shopping here!

JCP in Monroe, LA is not bad and nothing was wrong. I was looking 👀 to price luggage on wheels and they are sooooo expensive. The luggage 🧳 was so cheap like the look and feel for the cost. I will keep 👀 looking.

I had an amazing experience with my cashier a day ago, her name was Celina, and the other lady Sierra (both in mens) did an amazing job with their customers! Celina personally had me and helped me with my problems. I didnt know how to apply my coupon to my purchase since I couldnt change it from the online price. And she did such an amazing job that day. I wanted to hug her. She told me that was her third day there and out of all workers Ive experienced there she has been the most kind one Ive ever had. I wish there was a way to bring it to corporate! I hope she gets the pay she deserves because minimum wage isnt enough to deal with the rude ladies they dealt with in that long line. And most of the time the lines are long because you have about 20 items you want to buy and expect if to be done in 30 seconds. Thats not how it works. Now on upstairs and the way things were scattered everywhere was chaotic and I know these two ladies cant just leave the lines and busy registers and go everywhere to clean everything up. You need to hire more people or find some new positions to make it to where they clean and sort everything out. It looks like someones kid just came running through throwing everything on the floor. But you know its people that dont like folding the clothes once theyre done looking at them. Thats why I rated four star. The missing star is on the clothes being everywhere and the four stars are for those two kind girls at the mens register around 3 pm on 06/26/2021!!!!

Store was in complete shambles. No one to help you. Line at cash register was way way to long. No pricing on anything. I looked online and they said they had plenty of big mans swim trunks. I found 3 pair. No dressing rooms open. I just walked out and went to Kohls

Couldnt believe how chaotic the mens department was. Attached photos. Of course we always accept a few things out of place in a store, but its like this store just stopped caring about their mens section. Afraid to shop any further...so I left.

I went in to find a suit jacket and pants with my boyfriend. We went in and he tried it all on and went to check out. Next to the clothes rack was a big sign that said 40% and full detail of the brand of suit and even a barcode. The woman rings it up full price and we walk her and show her the sign and she brings the paper to the register. She makes us wait 30 minutes to check it and never scans the barcode of anything. On top of that ignores us and doesn’t let us know she’s done and let’s us sit there. She tells us they don’t have enough people to take signs down and it’s invalid. We leave and I check the website and it was in fact 40% off and I could order it and pick it up in store. I don’t know her name but she knows who she is.

JCPenneys used to be the place to go buy clothes I found out yesterday that they must be struggling for help there were clothes on the floor the clothes on the table werent folded and very disorganized very disappointed

I only go to visit Sephora for my birthday gift.

Started in Mens dept. No way to find anything. Went upstairs. Picked out a gift upstairs. Verified upstairs 6 for $30. Was told to take downstairs to checkout. I did. Rang up $46. I told clerk should be $30. Did not offer to check. Repeated $46 to me. I said I guess I wont get. Clerk threw it aside and walked off. Sad, Ive always loved Penneys.

I used to love shopping in here but as of late it’s like total chaos with clothes scattered everywhere, no one in sight, no prices on several racks so you don’t know what items cost. I tried to use my Christmas gift card yesterday and couldn’t handle how unorganized it was so I left.

I heard that the company was bankrupt and would be closing, well, seems fitting... I was there looking upstairs in the Childrens Section and my family and I were the only ones there. There were no employees, no other shoppers, the escalator was not working, and it made me feel a little weirded-out and uncomfortable. This place has really declined.

Store had stuff just piled up. I thought I was at Dirt Cheap or a garage sale. It was a hot mess. Couldnt tell who worked there. Half the stuff didnt have prices and no one to ask. As long as it had been closed, it should have been spotless. My cashier was great though. She had a great attitude.

Waited around for a cashier for 15 minutes but noone showed up. I asked the staff and requested a call over the PA system but still no show. I left my merchandise on the counter and walked out. Truly a good brand store being phased out by bad management. Would not suggest shopping here.

A friend of mines ordered a ring online last month and he received notice that it was delivered. The next day he went to the store and the associate in jewelry said it wasnt there and that he should get an email. After waiting a couple of weeks, he went today and the ring was there the whole time. Poor service

I used to love their active line but sadly they just discontinued it. It used to be my favorite store, but they have gotten so cheap with the help. No one is around, thd store is a hot mess. The salez are often confusing. Buy 2 save 40%, why ? Get back to the basics that made you great, customers service, and stop tfying to bd like WALMART.

Went BUY mattress pad and a pillow, they only had full mattress pads and no pillow like I wanted. Had a hard time finding a clerk to ask if they had back stock and was told if I didnt find it, they didnt have it. And they wonder why sales are down! Came home and ordered online items instead that will be shipped to me at home!

I found what I was looking for quick and the cashier helping me helped me find an extra discount using a mobile coupon from Retail me not!! JCPenneys should reward their employees for their Awesome service. KUDOS to the young lady in the boys department. She helped me tremendously.

Good store decent prices. They have men and womens clothing, appliances, jewelry and cosmetics. Would have given a higher rating but some of the employees are less than friendly and act as if they are being bothered when asking questions or for help. Definitely need to work on thier customer service

I like Pecanland Mall in Monroe, LA. A good variety of stores, and there are no empty and closing store, like a lot of half empty malls you see in todays economic climate. Nice place to shop.

I have not been shopping at Pecanland in a decade. It was sad to see the state of the mall. There was truly only one or two sales-people on the floor that evening and the store was hot. I picked up some items that were supposed to be BOGO .5 off, but the sign above the merchandise was for other merchandise, so I ended up just paying full price.

Selection of item is horrible 😫! No items on the shelves and no associate was in the area to assist.

Nice store, not nearly enough checkers, same item in different places in store with different prices. Takes away from the experience. Visit the one in Lake Jackson, TX for a great experience.

We always seem to find something we didnt know we needed when we stop by Pennys. My only real complaint is I wish they carried a bigger variety of home goods. Last trip, out of 5 things we asked about, 3 things we were told we had to order online. Brick and mortar stores should avoid THAT issue if they want to stay relevant.

It is one of my favorite places to shop. I just love JCP so much.

The store was nice and neat but the ladies bathroom was horrible. No paper towels. The toilet paper was on the floor because the holders were broken. Tissue was everywhere. And it smelled bad. When I asked where the bathroom was the clerk says over there. She points to the wall where the employee only sign was. I ended up finding one upstairs. Luckily my 4yr old held it that long.

I love their sales! They run seasonal clearance sales and mark down the prices quite a bit. Nice bright, clean store.

Friendly staff. Great variety of things. The price was a little high for me BUT!!! They were having a sale, a 50%-90% off!!! So I bought a ton of new clothes for me, my husband and our kids. Im so excited about the shampoo and conditioner that I bought last minute at the register. Its exactly what I have been looking for and not able to find anywhere else.

No longer like it. Not many registers, none.... no where near mans department. And no one there to help you.Tall department is now just a big mans. Most tall people are not fat! They use to have a ladys tall and even ultra tall department you could order... But not anymore! I cant find tall clothes anywhere, not even on the internet. JCPENNEYS you were my favorite store but now you are just like all the rest! You need to be better not the same.

If it was for the reasonable prices I would not shop here. Due to lack of regiaters and employees. The employees you have are on the phone with personal phone calls and not attentive to customers at all. If I didnt know some of them by being a regular customer for decades and received assistance from them when they work I just wouldnt come in.

Ladies have gamble of options.Shoes,bags,clutches,perfumes, comfortwear, shoes and flipfops,jewellery,kitchen utensils,linen, ties,wallets,mattresses, godiva toffees etc on large scale display. They offer periodical discounts for dedicated customers though. Good fitting rooms,neat rest rooms. But need more seating inside for elders. At checkout holdup for quite long may be less staff. Parking full on weekends.Asobservedby many, higher pricing evident.
