Every step in ordering my kitchen counter/sink combo went without a hitch, and the final product arrived in beautiful condition, exactly as I had specified. I am thrilled with the end result. I bake a lot of bread, and kneading dough on the stainless surface requires less flour as it doesnt stick as readily; thus, creating a better bread altogether. It is also a dream to clean. Stainless Supply was great to work with, very professional. We designed our counter with sink on their web page, received a drawing for approval a day later, and the counter shipped before the date estimated. The counter was received in perfect condition and we could not be happier.

If you are in the market for a stainless steel kitchen- cabinets or countertops, this is your company! We ordered a 135” countertop with a built in sink, cut out for our stove top, 5” backsplash and turned edges. We took a chance, but I couldn’t find many places that would take an order on line! Their webpage is very easy to navigate as you design what you need. Well, we were more than pleasantly surprised when we got our countertop. It was perfect and fit like a glove! The stainless steel was pure “gold” quality. The workmanship, specially the welding, was superb. It was really well made. I would recommend this company for any project, from small to large. I can imagine a kitchen with their gorgeous cabinets…. Also, the company went above and beyond in making sure nothing was damaged in transit - which explained to me the shipping costs which surprised me at first. Well worth the cost. Last but not least, communication with Stainless Supply was great. Responses to my questions came right away. They checked and double checked the measurements. (BTW, I would suggest using a laser to give them those dimensions. ) I sure hope this company gets all the good business it’s earned!!

I spent months looking for custom cut stainless steel sheet metal, and finally happened upon this site. The ordering experience was very complete and straightforward, I was even able to specify some simple customizations that werent available on the ordering page, and these were incorporated at no extra cost. Prices were lower than anywhere else I could find online, and available options were much more complete.The shipping may seem a bit on the expensive side, but the packaging was top notch and more than justified the cost. There was zero chance of any shipping damage, and the packaging material is worth saving for other purposes. Its that good. My order also arrived over a week sooner than had been estimated, which was a pleasant surprise.The final product is perfect, beyond anything I was hoping for. Its cut exactly how I needed it to be, and everything looks better than I expected. Descriptions on the site did an excellent job of explaining what I was ordering.My only hang-up is the minimum order amount. While I understand the reasons for this, I wish the extra cost items (like laser cutting setup fee) were included in the tally toward the minimum amount. As it is, I was forced to buy a bunch of material I didnt really need just to get to the minimum order amount. Ill find a use for it, but it made for a much larger order amount than I was comfortable with and will make me delay any future orders. This issue isnt worth removing a star, and does not apply for anyone whos planning to order more than the minimum order amount anyways.

Great people to work with. Even with all of the insanity in this world, they stayed on schedule. Countertop was excellent. Crating and shipping also done with professionalism. Highly reccomend. If youre the middle man, They will make you look good to your cutomers!!

I ordered the bottom plate online to match my stove. Perfect size, perfect fit. I found all the tools on the site really helpful. Attached with epoxy. Its 304 stainless, hemmed with rounded corners at the bottom. Good price too.

I am absolutely delighted with my new countertops! We ordered an entire set of custom stainless steel countertops from Stainless Supply, including integrated sinks. The whole process from start to finish exceeded our expectations. Bart handled our quote and order and was professional, pleasant, and responsive to our questions and edits. The workmanship is outstanding as well. All measurements were dead-on accurate, and the tops arrived very well packaged and ahead of schedule. I love, love, love these countertops! One of the reasons I chose stainless steel is the durability and lack of special care needed to keep them looking good, but they are so beautiful I just may have to polish them anyway.Naturally if you choose to get stainless countertops as well you’ll need a professional to measure for them. Ours fit like a glove. We provided sketches of what we wanted and SSS turned them into drawings, which you’ll need to review carefully. We had some special conditions in our kitchen that required special handling, such as a backsplash finished on the backside, and they made it all happen. We couldn’t be happier.

We tried to get our countertop made locally, but it was too big for the average artisan and larger places that handle commercial projects didnt want to deal with an individual. I sent pictures and dimensions of what I was looking for & they quoted a very reasonable price that included shipping. We paid 50% down and a day or two later they provided drawings. It was EXACTLY what I wanted. We signed off and 3-4 weeks later we paid the other half and our bespoke countertop was on the way!We made sure we had five guys waiting for our shipping window for the driver to arrive. Our 132 x 40 x 2 countertop (huge!) weighed 542 pounds with the crate, so we figured getting it uncrated was key. We had screwdrivers ready and the driver let us uncrate it in the back of the truck. We lifted it out and between the six of us managed. Were also responsible for the used crate - some people dont know that. I live in an artist district, so someone wants the crate, or at least the wood from it.The counter is PERFECT. Because they ship it with the wood already part of it, I dont have to glue the metal to the plywood like local places were expecting me to do - and since its part of the cost, imI actually saving money compared to what the local places because they wanted me to provide my own plywood base.But most of all, I want to say how easy it was to deal with the folks at Stainless Supply, even though were two time zones and more than 2500 miles apart. I was really hesitant about ordering something so expensive and so precious, but they were patient and helpful. I highly recommend them.Let me say it again.
