He showed me all the different features the car had and I was in love! It ended up being the car so chose to get! He was so kind and I can’t even explain how appreciative I am. He made this a great experience for my dad and I! He brought the beautiful car to my house the next day right after I finished work! Not sure where to start from, Khal helped me over the phone, then the main man of the show was Wei Wei, fantastic person, great personality, very respectful and helpful. He did explain everything to me during the process of running the credit, & he showed the car and everything in it. He will make you smile and feel that youre an important customer. Even after I got the car, I noticed a couple of things on it; he was very helpful with scheduling an appointment to check my concerns. He truly went above and beyond to make this process easy. As this is my first BMW, I can say that Wei Wei did a great job, and for sure he gained a new customer. Next, Bob helped me with the finance, he did a fantastic job explaining all the plans and answered all my questions with a smile, and he did make the contract as easy as possible.To make a long story short, BMW Monrovia did a great job, and I highly recommend them.
I’ll keep this short and to the point. Would I recommend Mini of Monrovia? ABSOLUTELY! Rocky was outstanding, full of Mini knowledge and made the experience painless. A total KO! (pun intended). Financial services were understaffed so our “check out” took longer than expected, but understandable given current circumstances. In the end I’m definitely a happy camper. I LOVE MY NEW MINI. I recently brought my car to BMW of Monrovia for the yearly factory scheduled maintenance. When I picked up my car I noticed there were scuff marks along the top of the steering wheel that were not there when I dropped off the car that morning. It looks as if someone tried to clean the leather with some sort of abrasive material. Now I need to get my steering wheel replaced because this is unacceptable. Ive never had problems with this dealership before. Im disappointed!
Amazing experience at this BMW! A totally chance meeting led us to meet Shawn and it has been the best car buying experience ever. He’s incredibly kind and patient and truly tries to help you out. He doesn’t try to rush at all and wants to get whatever car works best for you and then helps you get it with the best deal. And even after we purchased the car, he spent the time helping us learn how to use the hands free tailgate. Also, he was extremely kind to everyone who came along for the journey. He just took great care of everyone - he was even kind to our puppy who was along for the ride. Rafi was also awesome in the finance department. Super clear and honest and down to earth. My mom had always leased Mercedes and stayed loyal to that brand, but we decided to get her a BMW X1 since she talks about her very first BMW all the time. But what a terrible decision we made... My mom uses the X1 to drive herself to her church, her friends house, and to the grocery store. Its been about 2.5 years and she has about 2.5K miles on it, then her battery dies out. BMW claims this is not under warranty since the car has not been in use. So we ended up paying $400+ out of our own pocket for the battery replacement. Not only is the price outrageous, but what do you mean it has not been in use? I understand the mileage isnt much. But this never happened to us when my mom was leasing Mercedes. My mom had about the same miles on her previous Mercedes before her end of lease, and that vehicle never had a battery issue! Upon googling about BMW battery fail during 3 year lease, there are lots of posts and complaints about this from many clients, and BMW not honoring their warranty. If BMW wants to claim their vehicles are the ultimate driving machine, then why design a vehicle that cannot hold a battery charge for 3 years at low mileage usage when your biggest competitors can easily do so. BMW needs to step up their game.... Very disappointed and you guys just lost a returning client.

We Been look for new cars for months but couldnt fine anything at this post-pandemic inventory shortage crisis. Wifes lease car end few month back and couldnt extend it anymore. Went inside the dealership and met Rocky. Rocky was very humble and super professional. As soon as he realized the color and style are not her favorite(she likes a dark Green 2 door convertible). Purchased a beautiful 2018 BMW 340i M Sport from Khalil at BMW Monrovia. I have been searching for this car for about the last year. Finally found a spec that I wanted and decided to put in a inquiry for it.I was greeted by Khalil, not once had he pressured me for a phone call. I told him I was interested in the car, had time restraints that didn’t allow me to drive an hour away anytime soon. I purchased a 2021 M850xi from BMW Monrovia a few months ago and had a good experience with the sales staff. However, I learned today that their service department needs work. I called this morning and explained I had hit an object on the freeway, and had damaged something, either related to the wheels, tires, or suspension. I asked if I could drop the car off today and get a loaner car. I was advised no loaners were available. The representative said if I really needed a loaner car, the next available appointment was 10 days out. I explained that I needed transportation and obviously couldnt wait 10 days. I was simply told Sorry. Not that I should necessarily be treated better than anyone else, but there is something to be said about giving exceptional service to customers routinely buying cars well into the 6 figure range.I hung up and called Valencia BMW, who I had used in the past. I explained my situation and without hesitation was told I could drop the car off anytime during the day I wanted. When I asked about a loaner car, the advisor said, Im not sure if we have any loaner available right now, but if we dont, well take you over to Enterprise and pay for a rental car for you. No worries. Funny how they didnt hesitate to get me a car, while the dealership where I bought the car didnt offer anything.Needless to say, I wont be going back to BMW Monrovia for service, OR to buy another car.

When you shop for a car, you always dread having to deal with sales people and finance people. The endless games and tactics to get you worn down and worked up and in the end into a “deal” that really only benefits everyone except you, the buyer.This dealership is not that place. From actually quoting an out the door price on a car over email (and sticking to it), to not playing “4 square” like I’m the village idiot, to explaining various add on services and plans… it was professional and painless. I feel I must stress how professional and courteous everyone was, and when I said “no” on something, they respected that. I got a great price on a car, they got to sell me some service upgrades, and I walked out in under 3 hours.This dealership is very ouch recommended!

On the other hand, there was a Devin who was disrespectful and not willing to work with customer. He made the process very difficult and we almost pulled the deal. I recently purchased a CPO 2018 X5 e-drive. The sales rep I worked with, Ari, was knowledgeable about the car and helpful, but only to a certain point. I wanted several nicks in the paint finish taken care of, but the dealership was unaccommodating even though in the CPO warranty, it mentions paint finish. They also did not do a thorough job checking the vehicle of previous impact damage. I found out about it being improperly repaired only after taking it to another dealer, which refused to work on it since the work would not be covered under the warranty. I was surprised to find out that this was overlooked. The Carfax report mentioned minor damage reported, but I didnt notice anything on the lot, so I assumed it was repaired. I only found out after driving the car for a couple weeks and at higher speeds that there were problems, and certainly did not expect to have to deal with this kind of inconvenience from a luxury car dealership.I have had mostly good experiences from other BMW dealers in the past, so I guess now I know, not all BMW dealers are equal in terms of customer service.

Ive been coming to the Monrovia location for years now - even during the time I lived near the Beverly Hills location. The staff here are always friendly. Their communication system is clear and effective. Most recently, I had the pleasure of getting my car serviced by Tom Ryan and the experience was very pleasant. He respected my time and made sure I wasnt just waiting around for someone to take a look at my car. I had to get a loaner while my car is being serviced, and that whole process took less than 15 minutes. Even when I had to go back to pick up my car, I was able to text Tom 30 minutes before I was to arrive and he had my car ready. Overall I am very satisfied with the service BMW of Monrovia provides!
I like this car very much. But there is a new function on this new 330i to cause me uncomfortable. It is the new function of auto control or say the smart driving when someone passes my car swiftly I have few times experience to feel the steering wheel becomes to be very tough to control.The smart driving is not too smooth to handle the way they design.

We bought our mini cooper at BMW Mini Monrovia. Rocky from the Mini Cooper department assist us even during his off-work hours. We were able to do most of the communication electronically, which made it more convenient and less time consuming during vehicle pick up.

Ari went out of his way to get this car in my hands. Although upon deliver I discovered that the front passenger door sill plastic threshold was broken and had a shape edge, all I had to do was let Ari know and he got that piece ordered for me and installed within a week. It was nice that he set me up with the parts guys to get some OEM touchup paint. This BMW wagon is great to drive and roomy enough for the monthly Costco/Sams Club run!
I worked with Rocky on a new lease. Everything was done through emails and texts, had one or 2 quick phone calls. He was very helpful and accessible, answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Javier and he brought the car I was going to test drive. Quick easy and worry free. We liked the car, Rocky had our paperwork ready when we returned from the test drive. He took us to Ravi for the financing and we were on our way in our new Mini in about an hour and20 minutes total. Couldn’t have been any easier. I drop off my car last Tuesday to check up my horn. After the advisor Greg Hernandez finds a couple more problems that I declined to have it repair at this time but will go ahead to fix my horn as the primary concern. The advisor right away changed his attitude toward us. And promise the car will have it done today 8/2. However I call today he said will not be done till tomorrow. Understand that my car is sitting in Monrovia California 1 week and no offer for car loan. I also understood the advisor promised the car will be done on last Saturday if I was listen and repair all things that he advised. His attitude manner talking to customer very rude.
Monica was fantastic. Very personable and pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond trying to make our purchase experience positive and smooth. The day before (Memorial Day) we had tried to purchase the car and the salesman was rude and intolerant of our questions. He lost a sale. We were glad to make it work with Monica.

I really enjoyed my experience. My salesperson was excellent. The staff was friendly. I actually dared them to try and upsell because I was surprised they werent trying; they were completely unpushy. I feel like I got a deal. Theres no part of me that believes I should have paid less. I feel lucky. The only reason why I dont give it 5 stars is because I arrived just after 10 am, made up my mind I think by 11, ready to pay cash, and even paying cash still took 3 more hours. Half the point in me paying cash is to get out of there. But besides that, everything is outstanding.

Do NOT go to this BMW for your new car. There is a worker name, Abigail and she will charge you a lot of things behind of your back. I returned my leased one here and she said everything is looking good and I was good to go after inspection and I signed the paper. Nothing was explained nor listed damages on the paper. After a few weeks I received an invoice for around $500 for some damages and after even 3 months later, I received another one over $1000 invoice i have never heard from at the return inspection. She will say it is all good and later charge you. Do NOT go here. Worst. When I called there and asked her about that, she said she doesn’t remember and she sees some note about the damages and just charged me. She doesn’t even pay attention nor try to find the case. BMW financial eventually charge me because they do not know what happened in the field and just see the record under my name. So seems That BMW makes something up and record things after I signed the papers? The Decision will be all yours if you still wanna go there.

Mini of Monrovia’s service department is amazing. Brought my mini in for service which they did in a timely and effective way.. This is a two star review because I left my car at Mini of Monrovia and nobody bothered to call me to tell me that the car would have to be kept overnight. I had to chase down, on the phone, a manager at the BMW dealership next door, because nobody in service at Mini answered the phone. The BMW manager was the one who told me that Mini at that point had closed and my car was not done (I had started calling Mini service before 5 but by the time I was actually to speak to the BMW person it was after 5). When I went to pick up my car today, the Mini service representative was pleasant and completely avoided apologizing for not alerting me yesterday that I would not have a car to go to work in today.

Most unprofessional service center I’ve ever experienced. Somehow they managed to add 10 miles to my odometer for an oil change. They used my car to get lunch or something. They abused my trust. This will be going to corporate.

It was fast. Jaime took me in right away even though I was a bit late for my appointment. He was very efficient. The whole process was fast. Including the loaner car section. They observed covid protocol. The place was clean and tidy, very organized.

We purchased an x5 from this group. So the vehicle was identifies with some minor issues that were to be taken care of. They never were and all we got were lame excuses. The engine developed a loud valve noise when you start up. Their answer was, thats normal it sounds like that. I call B.S. it was clearly a loose valve that they did not want to take care of. We were told we would get a spare tire. We did not. The thing we just found out when we traded the car in is that the car had been in an accident and the dealership knowing never divulged or indicated at time of purchase. My recommendation is stay away from this dealership. You will pay too much for your vehicle, there policy if dont ask dont tell is B.S., assume any promises made will not be kept. You will be #1 if they make a sale then #2 as soon as you sign contract.Please learn from mistake as we will never be visiting them again.
After being a customer for over 25 years, recently parted ways with our own dealership over something very silly on their part and they lost a good customer. I searched for a new dealership and was helped by Neil at Monrovia. Really happy with service and got a great deal. Communicated entire deal via email and just came in to sign and pickup. They are too far for service appointments, but will definitely visit them again. Really happy with this experience.
