I was sent to this place of business by my insurance to fix repairs on my vehicle after an accident. Excellent customer service. My initial contact with anyone at this business was with Maitai-she was so helpful in answering all my questions and even stayed behind after closing to wait for the tow driver to deliver my car, and even then called me to let me know it arrived. She was very communicative in all of the initial paperwork process and never once seemed bothered by my hundreds of phone calls. My other experience working with Chris who handled all of the vehicle repairs and insurance correspondence was just as pleasant to work with. He sent me text alerts at each step of the process and updated me frequently with what the statuses were with my vehicle. He had my car completed to the date and time it was promised. The whole process was extremely smooth and my car looks brand new. Although my insurance was contracted with this business I would personally use their services again and would refer local friends and family if needed. Thank you again!

Excellent service. Steven gave me an estimate for damage to my car hood. It was reasonable and the work done was excellent. Looks as good as new! Got the car back quick! Mayte the service receptionist kept me updated with texts letting me know the car status the entire time. Great service. Will definitely give them my business in the future!

Had them fix my nissan for two weeks, they were on point with the assignment in terms of fixing it making it look good as new and like nothing ever happened 😊😊Very good at communicating with their customers and updating them on their car, Only issue is that after I picked up my car from the shop it came back and my driver airvent is messed up 😭 Minor inconvenience but its alright . Overall quality of work was amazing, accurate with estimated completion dates, I would definitely have this shop be in my top choice for body work

They did such an awesome job fixing the back bumper of my car. It looks almost as if I never got into an accident. Not only did they give great service but they also finished my car a day earlier than expected. This is probably the least amount of hassle that Ive ever had to deal with. Came to get a claim done by geico and they were professional. Steve helped me out and made sure everything was addressed. Even after a hectic decision made with geico and myself; Steve Grech still took care of me and treated me right. The only thing I could say the company might need to work on is updating the customer in a more timely manner.

I’ve been to a fair share of place from 2 Caliber Collision to a couple small business car shops (where I live cars constantly get hit or beaten up) and this place will forever be my to go to! My car got into a accident and they took my car in right away! I had problems with trying to get a tow for a couple days with my insurance and as soon as I called they handled it for me. They’re extremely professional, amazing staff! They call and constantly update you if they happen to miss a update they call right away. I’m amazed at their customer service! My car looks great so far it’s only been a day since I’ve gotten it back but paint and quality is outstanding! They even take your car rental back for you! I extremely recommend this place!

I am thoroughly pleased with the excellent care we received at Fix Auto in Montclair. Steve and his staff went above and beyond in facilitating the repair work on our Honda Accord. The damage to our vehicle wasnt extremely extensive, but they did a super job removing all the dents and matching the paint beautifully, and they got it done in just 3 days (which helped to minimize our rental car expense). Everyone at Fix Auto was kind, friendly and professional and I would use them again with no qualms at all (although I hope I never have to!).

Arranged for truck to be left in parking lot to be picked up after hours when my wife can drop me off. She drops me off, drives away, I jumped in truck, dead battery. WTH!! 3yr old battery was going strong when I dropped off to be repaired. Seems like something has drained it while in repairs.

They did a very good job on fixing my car and everything, however some stuff I had in the car like my aux cords, car charger, makeup bag and my boyfriends headphones went missing and when I called them, they hd no idea what happened to my stuff. And also they said everything was perfectly fine, but the car battery is bad and they didn’t do anything about fixing it by just giving me the car back with the battery all messed up.

Fix Auto was great, from the quality of work to the customer service. I had gotten a recommendation from Metro Acura to come to this shop since they do their work and i must say i was more than satisfied with the time and quality of work. Fix Auto had told me that it would take about a week and a half to do the repairs but they were so fast but so neat that it didnt look one bit rushed. their communication was OUTSTANDING and they also make sure you are aware of everything that they do to your vehicle. it was so nice knowing that their was a place that was so honest and upfront. i would HIGHLY recommend Fix Auto Montclair to friends, family and anyone who needs a great shop!
