Came here cause i thought these guys we’re “professionals” but after experiencing what I did here i will never come here again and you shouldn’t either… unless you want poor quality work then go ahead but these guys overcharged me and not only that work was crappy… my truck could’ve gotten in fire that’s how bad! The owner of this is very unprofessional came back to tell them my situation and told me to come back another day plus he wanted to charge me more for what they messed up… 🗑 trash place!

I had to take out the system. They drilled through the firewall, left it exposed. Wires were also exposed at the connection area. Was not safe whatsoever!! Use at your own risk.

Stereo RPG, tried to charge me 280 for 2 front windows then he said ill hook you up for 150. Sounds a little fishy who hooks you up 100 bucks??? So I call tint masters and they said 105 for ceramic both windows, Tint masters straight won my business!

Theres no other place to go! Ive been going to Auto Image Plus for about 20 yrs. Customized Stereo set up, tint, car alarms. Never had any problems with anything they installed. Frank will never push anything on you, he will give you advice and work with your budget. I send everyone I know here, and never had any complaints, nothing but positive feedback.

My friend went there for speakers for his mini truck. Tried to over charge him . No bueno

Poor quality work, rude staff, wires everywhere stuff popping off. I spent a lot of money on my system for it to constantly be blowing out. They dont even try to fix it or talk to me about it!

Damn Carlos hooked me up with a bad ass System, sorry for my ignorance at first I didnt know about Focal but now that I did some research and have it in my car its hands down the best system Ive ever had, and I had quite a few! Thanks again!

So happy with the work done on my car, the radio came out perfect, took my car to two other shops and they didnt come through with the Camaro kit I needed the had it in stock and installed it the same day, also got me a Viper with engine start alarm also installed same day with no issues, they have the best installation crew from all the shops in the area, always been wanting to stop by here cause the have a lot of nice cars parked out side so I figures my Camaro wasnt a big deal for them and it wasnt they knocked it out like nothing! Got a great estimate for my escalade

To be honest they moved my due date twice which in my opinion is very unprofessional. I noticed other cars that Werent there before being worked on and not mine which means they took priority over others instead of my car.I guess I was lucky cuz the worst that I got was a cracked center console and a few missing bolts. It specifically says in their contract that theyre not responsible damages on cars 5 years or older so its no use fighting it.To me honestly this place reminds me of of just a bunch of guys installing stereo units for fun with no seriousness.With that all a side my stereo and speakers were all installed and it sounds good

These guys are quick to take your money. They ask customers to pay first b4 any work is done. They gave me a price a stereo install. I agreed and dropped off my car the next day. Paid 1st (mistake). They called me while I was at work told me the car was done. I went after work to pick it and was shocked at what was supposed to be a finished product. The stereo was sitting under the console with 2 inch gaps all the way around. Amazing they told if I wanted done right then I need to pay more. To top it off, they did not install the module I paid for. Supposedly they didnt have it in stock. Why would you ask me drop my car and pay for something you did have and was not gonna do? They told me to bring the car back the next Saturday, I did. They did not touch my car at all the day. And again another. Four times for them to just finish what they started on the stereo. I still dont have my module that I paid for. NOT RECOMMENDED

I got my windows tinted from my truck there. Same tint percentage all around(heat won’t be felt form the inside). Had problems with the two side door tint and took it back to get it fixed. Long story short truck got the tint replaced either with a different percentage tint or a different quality of tint. Witch you can quickly notice the different type of tint when you compare it to the tint I have on the front which is supposed to be the same as the one they replaced. I told them and also explained to him The difference and all he said was that it was the same percentage. Was a little fishy because I came in the morning and they said they had three different kind of tint. I guessing the quality when it was replaced they didn’t even ask the type of tint I got. Which makes me believe they just put a different quality tint.

Got a rear camera from them 10 months ago after they ruined the one I had in it before. Now their replacement stopped working. Would go back but had a horrible time with them trying to replace it when they damaged the previous one.

I’m sad right now . I left my car there on Saturday @9:15 am I got it back Sunday 7:30pm & it wasn’t completely finished. To top it off it’s not working properly. I really hope this issue is taken care of promptly. I had to take take day off work to address this problem. Not cool . I hope you can make it up .

I walked into RPG´s shop and i was surprised. After getting my system installed i knew i had to come again. This is the second time i come and the service is perfect, they are friendly and answered all the questions i had. i really like this shop and i highly recommend coming here for a sound system and much more. They are fast with what they need to do. Ive been to different shops and they didnt attend me as well like they do here.

It was great, I got system installed quick rite after I paid, they answered all my questions and my car sound loud... it kicks.

This place is not straightforward on pricing called to get a car alarm with installation quote and they gave me the price with guarantee over the phone. I took my car in to get the car alarm and they dishonored the quote pricing. They wanted to charge me almost double the price they originally gave me on the quote. I decided to go somewhere else. Also after reading all the reviews it seems like this place has a 4.9 / 5 rating because all the reviews are fake and paid for. Also the place doesnt look nice like in the pictures on google it looks perty badly maintained.

I live in Utah, about a month ago I came to visit family here in the IE, during my visit my radio went out, Auto Image was highly recommended by my brother who has purchased & had work done here before. Frank was an excellent adviser on what I needed replaced & done, he worked with my budget & still gave me great quality. I am highly please with the radio, speakers, & hands free blue tooth he installed in my vehicle! He also went out of his way & replaced all lighting inside my car! 👍🏻👍🏻My drive back to Utah was the best of many now that I was able to listen to my music list & not just static or what ever radio station I picked up on the way! This shop has been here like 40 years or more!!! Been coming to this place since I was a little girl and my dad used to bring me with him to put systems and window tint to his cars, they have always done a good job, been respectful and their prices are great! Their staff is always nice and help you on what ever questions you have on your radio. This is the best shop hands down :)

They did a good job, honest service, and support after the sale, i bought the recommended gear and now my ride sounds great, the install did take a while, so be patient, drop off your car, dont expect a quick turnaround, it doesnt work like that, dont be cheap- buy the good gear. Thanks RPG!

So happy I found this place, they are friendly and very professional with their work, did my LED lights, Alarm and window tint. Went next door to Audio Vision and cant even begin to describe the owners attitude, he was high as hell and very rude, any way Im glad I found this spot, very clean and have nice waiting area with TV with Netflix and other movies to watch 100% I will recommend this place to all my friends

Crooks and thieves that’s what they are. I have been disputing a charge for $1500 worth of merchandise I never got or even seen for more than a year and to top it off they lied and said I had a friend pick it up and they never asked for an ID or a signature really!! I work across the street and everyday I feel that they took advantage of me and I know in my heart that they have done this to other people. I will post my situation with these people with all my family and friends about being cautious of merchants like this. The owner should be careful of the manager he hired because I know that Carlos is the one who took the merchandise

Great customer service in the business. Professional and courtesy, most of knowledge of the industry. We have been taking our cars and truck there for 2 years now. Car stereos, amps, rims and tires, tint, lowering, etc. They do it all, and an excellent job, very pleased. I recommend highly.

Helped me like there is no tomorrow! Carlos was such a help when it came to fixing the problem with my sound system. I went to 3 other sound system shops around the neighborhood and they couldnt get it fixed, Audio Vision next door charged me $45 for a check out and didnt do anything when I told the owner for a refund he said pretty much have a nice day! I was so mad so I came here to Stereo RPG Plus, where Carlos treated me good, got to my car really quick and noticed that my amps were not connected correctly and that one of them had a bad channel and was mickey mused by the others shops at this moment I dont know why one but the last one that touched it was Audio Vision. Carlos then went to show me different amps for different prices and sold me what was within my budget now my system sounds amazing. I will take them some drinks or lunch on my day off!!! Thank you!

I have tinted 2 cars and put an entire system in my car here over the last 2 years, the quality of work is always amazing, they have lifetime warranty on their tint and its great quality, its now under new management but the new management is amazing as well, Anthony and his team did an amazing job on my stereo they wired everything neat and organized and it sounds great and for what I feel was a very fair price, will be coming back and bringing others here they deserve the business 100%

BEWARE BEWARE! Terrible management. Workers are unprofessional. They dont know what they are doing. Wires to my stereo were completely wrong which is very dangerous. It can cause a fire and damage to your vehicle. You will end up with more problems then what you came in for. They will rip you off and take your money and not do the job. Staff there is very knowledgeable, I have been going there for years and have not been disappointed. Only place I would go for any auto sound or tint needs. I recently went back on a work truck install they did years ago and was having problems with reception, they found a bad module and made repairs at no cost where I thought I was going to need a new radio. Always a good experience.

So I called to get a quote for my 2018 Honda Civic hatchback Window tint and the first time was 189 so after calling several places this one was the cheapest and had 4 1/2 stars so I called again to set up a time to go get my windows done and I happen to ask again and then the person who answer the phone said those are hard to do so it’s 249 and I said oh I’m sorry I had already called and was actually calling back to male an apt for it but now the price is different and he said it’s because u didn’t say it was a hatchback and I said no I’m sorry but I did and he basically just said ok like I was lying super horrible customer service I would never ever go there

I Brought my 2015 Nissan Altima to upgrade my speakers since the originals even though they were Infinity they sounded muffled, I asked what was better and I got offered Focal by Carlos the owner he put them on their display and I was amazed of how good these Focal speakers sound like literally Ive never heard anything better than that I was sold! They did the install in a few hours and my car was just perfect, Thank you Carlos and I will be back for a Subwoofer system but something small :)

Do not go here for business!!! The guy behind the counter is VERY RUDE!!!! And UNPROFESSIONAL!!! all he has was smart remarks...I bought and got a system installed and the fuse burnt out on the amp, causing my entire car to smoke. I went in for assistance just to check it out and not once but twice he told me I have 4 cars waiting. He couldn’t even take 2 minutes to look at it as he was just standing there not helping anyone. So guess what I did I came right across the street to AUDIOVISION were I bought a brand bee amp, great price, and they took care of me right away. Please go do not take your business there. Go support a real professional shop!
