I was reluctant to purchase my hearing aids; I did not believe that they would make much difference in my life.I was wrong; I am so happy with my purchase and the great customer service I received from Debbie and Carmen. I am much happier and no longer have to ask people to close my office door at work so that I can hear them.I am a customer for life!

Debbie is the best, we have been to many other hearing aid companies but none of them seem to work. Debbie is so patient my husband Bob and I she top in books. Very knowledgeable she takes the extra steps to help us. She stays updated on all of the technology.

Debbie in the Montclair office is the best. She always goes into detail with explaining how my hearing aids work. She always takes extra time to help me out especially for TV sounds and no one else has ever done that for me. I would recommend everyone to visit this office.

When I walked into the office for the first time, Vanessa greated me by name. This was a surprise since most places wait until you sign in. When ready, my wife and I were directed to Debras office where she took care of me. The examination was thorough and reassuring. Several situations were presented for testing which included my wife (very important person). When I picked up my aids, a verification of the settings was made to insure that everything worked. I am happy that I went to the Montclair Office.

I purchased my Genius Hearing Aids about 3 years ago from Debra Mayhew. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made and I have never had any regrets. Debra is one of the most personable, helpful, informative and caring specialists I have had the opportunity to work with. Every few months, I visit the office for a check up to have the hearing aids cleaned or modified and it is always a pleasure to spend time with not only Debbie but her staff and warm office environment. I live high in the San Gabriel Mountains and a few times I have not had the opportunity to make the trip to Montclair. On those occasions, Debbie graciously offered to make a house call which I so appreciated. I wish there was a way to give her and Miracle Ear more than 5 stars.
