This place provides great service, explanations and cleanliness standards are excellent. Right now they are allowing one person in at a time, sanitizing and masking so everyone feels quite safe. The staff is courteous, caring and easy to talk to- very understanding of the multiple questions a family might have. The technical staff is quite competent and the Medicare standards are clearly explained. Very caring and competent.

I highly recommend Micro Instruments for perspective purchase of hearing devices. The services here are such as Ive NEVER received before. Terry, the secretary is a tremendous blessing. Shes VERY warm, friendly, professional and welcoming. The Hearing Aid Specialist, Efrat Sullivan is ABSOLUTELY second to none. Shes extremely courteous, caring, professional as well as knowledgeable in her field. She ordered a set of hearing aids that didnt fit properly. She immediately suggested that I get a more suitable device thats more conducive. She made sure I was comfortable with this information and the impressions that were needed to send to the mfg for proper fitting. In closing, if you or anyone else is in need of a caring, professional company, Mico Instruments is definitely the place to visit.

Been with Micro Instruments since 1980. Everyone treats you here as family. The store has changed hands, but the new folks are just as nice. Effi and Terry and Tom were knowledgeable, courteous and patient, and when asked, repeat information with a smile. Tom took the time to try to motivate me to wear the aids on a daily basis, not just when I am out and about. He was honest enough to say that he would not offer new and better aids, because no matter how good the new ones might be, they wont help me if I dont wear them! He heard my complaint about the old molds getting itchy after long periods of use and offered me a new mold to try. Looking forward to my next visit to this friendly place.

Routine check-up on Signa hearing aids worn about a year and a half was performed professionally with advice to wear them daily even if confined inside residence. Terry and Effie are very pleasant and competent.

As always I was greeted with a pleasant welcome by the receptionist followed by meeting with the audiologist shortly thereafter and she solved my hearing device in only a few minutes reminding me I had coverage and did not have to pay. Both Effy and Terry are a pleasure to work with. I had an emergency ( lost hearing aid) and I was seen quickly and fitted with a “lender” to hold me while the search continued.All questions are answered fully and I have never felt rushed . Effy is very knowledgeable and offers helpful suggestions.

I can no longer put off giving my review of services at Micro Instruments. They are first rate. Ive been recently fitted for a hearing aid for my left ear. Prior I was wearing a cross-over. With frequent visits to get the problems resolved for my particular hearing challenges, Ive been given an enhanced % of hearing. I told Effie that she sure doesnt have an easy job. Her reply was, I love my work! I believe that is their success. Terry also reflects this. Ive been a client here over 30 years. Always very kind and professional.

I have been going to Micro Instruments for over 10 years for my hearing aid needs and highly recommend this office. I have always received expert, caring, and individualized service both from Kim OConnell, the former owner, and currently from Effie Sullivan, the new owner. Both women listen carefully to me as I describe my situation and hearing needs, and respond with a solution or choice of aid that will best suit my needs and circumstances. Excellent customer service is their motto! Thus, I have always been very satisfied with the hearing aids I have purchased from Micro Instruments and when there was a repair issue, it was handled efficiently and with ease. Office hours are ample, it is easy to get an appointment, there is both on street parking and a lot in the back, and Teri, the office receptionist, is always pleasant, friendly, super helpful, and efficient.

When I first went to Micro Instruments, I was a little concerned if I was going to get what I really needed. Effie and Terry put me at ease with their thorough explanation of how the technology has excelled in the areas of hearing aids.Effie was excellent in her testing and was very thorough. Kim O’Connell the owner of this business is mean, rude, vile, and just an all around NASTY human. She has a miserable disposition and once she gets your money you will no longer be a priority. She is horrible to deal with. Beware!!!!
