Good customer service and had the shoes I wanted

Good customer service, except the employee was very pushy about buying from there which is why I’m giving it two stars. I kept saying no, she kept pushing and even said I would be lame if I bought shoes from any other store which made me feel a bit embarrassed. I understand you have to try to sell products, but for me after repeated times of saying no she kept going and made me feel guilty for not buying there which I didn’t like.

Excellent customer service. The employees are WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL.

Employees are rude and uninformed in person and on the phone. When you call they answer saying “Hello” and they don’t even have an answer when you ask for a product they basically told me to call a different store
