I moved my service from t mobile to AT&T and the team went above and beyond to help me. They walked me through every step ! And saved me money also! We went there cause I got the service from a third party. Once there we discovered that the guy (contractor) lied and used our name to connect more lines. Good thanks we decided to go to this store instead of Sams club were we made that contract. The employees at this store went the extra 5 miles to help us. They let us know that they wont going to let us go without resolving our problem and they did what they promise.the manager and a young man called Misael work hand to hand to resolve our problem. The manager even pack our items, print a return level and tape our return for us to take it to the postal office. Thats what a real costumer service is. Thank you guys you make us believe that there is still good honest and good costumer service.
Great customer service. I went in to help my sis with a phone. Made an appointment Sat at 10am and was helped as soon as I walked in. Anthony S. is a no nonsense rep and was very honest. Told me about the best deals for me and my sis. The best part..., my existing phone was good but the port wasnβt charging as it should. Anthony knew what was wrong with it before I finished telling him about it. As he was helping with the purchase, he asked for my phone and cleaned out all the lint out of the charging port. My phone is working like a champ now.Thanks Anthony and AT&T. I would recommend this store.

Had at&t through my moms account. She came in by herself to do something to her account and mustve been signed up by 1 of the sleazy salesman to At&t direct. She was getting charged $70 a month and couldnt cancel. Everytime wed call At&t they would stonewall me. After having canceled our accounts for 1.5 years she is still getting charged. Im pretty sure this is fraud and qualifies for a class action lawsuit. My mother also went to the east L.A location so Im not sure who signed her up for these services, but either way this is an unethical and horrible thing to do to a customer.
Customer service at this location is thee worst ever!!!!Davi the sales rep seems to have a problem with customer service. I walked in polite and courteous I greeted him. He greeted me. As I explained to him that I was returning a device that was ordered incorrectly. He said there was going to be a restocking fee, even though the device was ordered incorrectly by an AT&T agent. I agreed to proceed with ordering the device, however, he made every single excuse not to proceed to order the correct device I wanted. He kept wasting time looking at other stores that had the device when he could have simply made an online order for the device, returned the wrong device and proceed to make me happy. He continued to make excuses why he didnt want to order the device or take back the device I wanted to return, which is brand new (never been opened) and wasnt even my mistake.....it was a mistake by the AT&T agent that ordered it. Highly recommend doing business at a different location, which I ended up doing!!!!
Very helpful workers, they dont let many people in at the same time due to the virus. They wear mask and have sanitizers around the store

I donβt know if this store got this problem or question all the time, or if they are frustrated with COVID, that they have just become insensitive, but I do NOT have a laptop or a computer with itunes, and only own a Chromebook, but my cell got disabled, because my baby daughter was playing with the phone and managed to disable until connected to itunes. They didnβt even say sorry for my problem, they were just fast to get rid of me. βWe canβt do this or that... You need to connect to itunes... Go find someone...β Like rude much! Whatever. If they donβt care about me, they wonβt care that I gave them a low score then either.

Avid was very professional n great attitude. I am 70 yrs n he took the time to assist me without making me feel dumb for being a senior. Wasnt able to remove my password n was not able to open all of my 675 emails.
The employees here are awesome. Now, I dont agree with the whole greeting customers then waiting to see if a tech thats available. I do understand its based off comission as well but people dont want to wait. In and out quick.

Savvy salespeople, not pushy. Busy place and long wait but they use a sign-in system with an overhead screen so you know how many people are ahead of you in line.

Came into the store ready to purchase a new Iphone7. Was put on a waiting list, I was 6th in line. With nowhere to sit and wait, I decided to browse the Iphones and their accessories. Upon stumbling across a spy screen protector with a tint, I was curious to see if I could open the box without causing damage. To see the product firsthand. After visually assessing the box and checking for an opening. I realized I couldnt open the box without damaging the package. So I put it back. I didnt even leave a scratch or anything close. Then I was approached very politely and was told that I may be of suspicion for theft! The woman I spoke to was very courteous and not at all offensive. But whoever it was that told her to check on me. Well they made me feel like I was guilty for a crime I didnt actually committ. After the discussion, which was 7-10 mins. in duration. I realized THAT I LOST MY PLACE IN LINE! And was put back at the bottom of the list. This was at 10:30am or close to. On March 8th, 2017. So I left and purchased the Iphone 7 from another ATT STORE. In Montebello on Whittier Blvd. It was there that LETICIA A. provided me with 5 star service.

I came to this store last May 2015, and it took them 3 hours to activate my new phone, ridiculous! well today I found out my phone that I purchase was not a new phone it was a certified used phone, be careful when you go to this store and buy a new phone, they might sell you a certified used phone, and what is worse is that they claim all their phones are new, blah! NOT TRUE...
I want to give the 0 Star for this store. I been there 5 times and I want to add line to family plan. I did everything that they asked me to, and then they told me I cannot add the line to my plan because Im authorizer. If they told me this at the first time, I can understand. But they did this after 5 times I been there!!!!! Every time I need to wait 1-2 hrs at waiting line. They are wasting my time and money!!!! The manager knew my situation, I even talked with her once about my problem. The manager never showed up even when I argued with the server. She only hid in the station!!! This is the worst service I had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! During those days I missed the iphone5S $99 for sale online. They waste my money!! I called ATT number 611 to complain. The answer gave from the online manager is Thank you for your feedback. I want to tell you every customer is important for ATT balabala. He even didnt ask me the detail and where was it happened!!!!!

Never buying a phone here again...they rush to close the sell and the guy never explained me the plan and never spoke to me about the insurance ...Two months after I end up paying a useless phone after my child broke it and they didnt even wanted to connect my line with another phone because I needed to finish pay that phone please 900 in one pay...definetly they seem like their helping you but they all really care for they comission...never coming back

Absolute horrible customer service! I will never step foot again in that store. Doesnt matter if the store is busy, there are not enough employees to assist customers for many years! Extremely rude if a question is asked. I do have complaints about one specific employee, but will not reveal name or such. I just dont go to this store anymore. Person who checks in customers doesnt even pay attention as he put 2 people in front of me. He was too busy to notice when I entered store. Being a loyal customer since they were Cingular, I feel I have the right to complain. Just overall, a bad store with horribly mean and inconsiderate employees.
