Honestly, the service was terrible I was here for about 45 mins just to buy and set up a new phone. Ive gone through the process before and it only should take about 20 tops. Two employees had to try to help me. The young man was the most helpful but I noticed that after an asian customer walked in they both focused their attention to them. I strongly recommend you find a better place for your Cricket needs. I will never return.
