The staff at this location need help from Management or someone to help them better assist clients.I requested a package to be deliver with no signature required and guess what they did?Now my package for what I paid some good money to be deliver today will not be delivered till tomorrow and signature is still required and of course no one home to sign for it again tomorrow.Now I called the 800 number to get assistance on this issue and they send me back to this location A NEVER ENDING LOOP with FedEx.I will have to go with UPS next time
Carmen provided OUTSTANDING customer service and assistance with my oversized printing project. Her technical knowledge and expertise enabled her to print out my project quickly and efficiently. I had struggled at home trying to print it out in segments and after an hour, gave up. Thanks to Carmen for being patient, knowledgable, personalbe, and efficient. Shes the best!
A large location where they have everything you need. I will say you should know what you want and the amount you want to pay for them. its very easy to increase your cost.
The guy who works there wasnt very helpful. I was able to get another staff member to help me to use the computer and print some stuff for work. She was patient with me and very helpful.
Great service unfortunately clueless staff. This office has charged me $200 for an express package to be sent to Europe, totally disregarded the fact that there are custom taxes to pay once arrived at the destination. My package never arrived. The FedEx in Monterey Park, Atlantic Square was notified of my problem and nobody knew what to do except apologize. Well that didn’t solve my problem. Bottom line, I gave them $200, my package never arrived at its destination, France is holding it waiting for custom taxes to be paid... FedEx Monterey Park has no clue how to handle it.. the main FedEx office says to contact FedEx Monterey Park... word of advice to FedEx Monterey Park: please stop sending international packages and taking peoples money if you don’t know how to process a delivery and give the necessary info to your clients. Train your staff and get a clue when people call in to ask questions.
This is where I come to pick up and ship all my packages. The employees here are friendly, courteous and professional. Even when the store is really busy, they always remain friendly and professional. Thanks for all the hard work you all do.
Dont ever ship FedEx. Expect the packages to arrive late and damaged. Horrible company. Never again. You lost my business.
98% of the Staff are Very kind & helpful been coming to this FedEx for 10+ years. I know how to use the machines & direct myself but once in a while still have questions. I will not leave a bad review if there is that one person that’s not having a good day. Overall great service here 👍🏼 with Covid they don’t come around to you like before but I don’t take that personal just follow the public health guidelines & stay safe.
I went only one time, and I didnt have any problems with any of the staff members here hmm, I wanted to print out some forms and one of the staff members were actuly pretty helpful. I dont know why it has such a negative review
Ive been going to this FedEx for quite some time since I was in highschool and when I went to Elac when I was a student. Ive never had an issue with them. Ive seen alot of bad reviews. But Ive never been treated like this myself. They are helpful even when Ive used a printer before and its jammed, I have asked for help and they do so right away and helped my printing process. The only think that I understand which they do have low staffing which cant help them accommodate everyone waiting in line, so people get inpatient. Other than that I go to this one all the time still even for my job which requires me to print out stuff.

Since there was no drop off location near by, google suggested this one. The location was in the little plaza with Chipotle, Starbucks, Big 5, etc.There were plenty of parking spaces around the building. The facility looked clean. When I went in there was no welcome from the staff like other locations that I go to. Staff were doing their things by avoiding communicating with customer.I was in the store waiting in line with a package to drop off and the lady seemed not wanting to greet or help me and she chose to help the guy behind me. That was totally rude and unprofessional. No wonder this place has low ratings. Like my friends said, FedEx is the worst and lowest in services.
Every staff member who has helped me here has been more than amazingly helpful!They show kindness and genuine care for you as a customer and the service you need. I’ve shipped out multiple items here and they’ve gone above and beyond to help me do it and save a couple dollars too!This is my go-to spot from now on!Only downside is the parking lot can be kinda hectic/crazy during peak times.Located right next to Chipotle.
The staff are so rude, keep making excuse to complaint about my package. The person to take the responsibility for the package is me not you, why you care about the box? (I did enough job to carefully pack my box, and the other Fedex receiving my box). Dont try to rob my money out off my pocket, come on man! Pandemic time, no easy money!
Terrible service at this location. Not gonna try this location anymore. They refused my package and try to sell me new box for additional $10 while the other locations would accept my original package.
They refused to accept my drop off package because i used the old box. What? Why you forced us to buy new box when everyone wanna save box for environment. Thats very bad experiment. End up i had to call fedex to complaint. I encourage you guys also call fedex to against their rude environmentally unfriendly store policy.

I used to come here quite often but the few last times I did my packages were being denied due to how they were packed.. to my knowledge they were fine being that I sell things online and I do this quite often and elsewhere I never had any problems . They told me that I can buy a box from them and they can do the packing for a price . First time I went ahead and did it . Second time I was not so happy about it and took my package somewhere else and had no problem . After that incident I went one more time and same thing happened ..they refuse it and told one of the people in charge if there was new regulations on the packing and he just told me that he could get in trouble if he accepted my package ..unbelievable! I was so upset and left . I took it to the nearest location from there and had no problem at all.
Great service. The manager repacked my packages for free! Very nice person. Due the the new policy, fedex can only use their standard shipping box, just ask to speak with the manger and he will help you out.

This place have the hours that closes at 10pm and is 8:00m and is closed no sign about change of hours only one sign says no more then 10 people at in the store very upsetting that they are closed with out a notice

Im at this location almost every week for shipping services. I always get quick, pokite, and friendly service. Although they often try and tell me my packaging is incorrect and try to sell me a larger more expensive box, I simply point to their sign that displays accepted packaging that shows that my packaging is fine. LoL.But this is the best location Ive ever used and I do enjoy giving them my business.
The India guy all the time make you feel difficult, same package any location accepts except him. I am as a customer I also will pack my packages perfect before I ship.
If i can give this place zero stars i would. Dont come here! beware of bad customer service and lazy people.I came in on 4/24/18 for a couple sheets of clear paper with lazer print. had them done with no problem under minutes by a good guy. The guy told me that normally people dont print on clear transparent paper, and only had 30 sheet left. I told him if he can save me 15 that i would come back the next day, the guy told me sure i can do that.I come in the next day, with 12 files ready for print.Guy on the counter made a lazy face at that fact that he had to do 12 prints, guy goes over to the back then comes back to the counter to tell me he doesnt have clear lazer paper, i then tell him yes you do it right their (as i pointed to the package) he then slightly rolled his eyes at me for calling him out. he walks to the back, 5 minutes later comes back out telling me that the paper jams and he cant help me, i was like how? i just got some made last night by your co-worker. He hated the fact that i kept calling him out. As im asking him how is it that it gets jammed when his co-worker perfectly printed for me in minutes with no problem, manager (Christine or Christina) comes out telling me its not the paper thats the problem but the ink on the printer that gets smudge when printing clear paper, i then called the manager out on her lie once again by telling her that its a lazer printer it doesnt use ink. At the end of the day they never made my prints, lied not once but three times about different issues. These people are super lazy!Dont come here they are lazy and no good for business.
Very clean and the Print and Go is Awesome, the only problem I have is when using the computers. The internet for the computer rental Is very slow and we get charged per the minute.

Terrible service. Everytime im here they make me repackage everything.... Tried to charge me $3.99 for their packaging even though my packaging is oerfectly fine and tapped. I ended up walking to the fedex truck outside. To drop it off there. If this is how Fedex does business. They wont be lasting long. There is a reason why return packages from Amazon go to UPS....
I hate this I never see this kind of worest service. I gave correct address but they sent wrong address. Unfortunate I lost my tracking ID I asked them what we should do if We lost my tracking ID then said we cant do anything. In that bag I have some valuable things the cost is almost 10000$.

I have been sending packages at this FedEx location for many years. Lately it has getting more difficult to ship any item. It appears there is a new policy within Fedex, that almost every box I ship that is perfectly boxed need to be “RE-BOXED” because my box isn’t standard box for Fedex. So now I get charged additional fee for staff to “box” for me. That means I have to open my package, take everything out, repack everything into another Fedex box that is larger, so I need to pay for additional stuffing. I had my items all packed with enough packages that doesn’t allow items shifting. FedEx staff also says if it is “Premium” then it’s fine the way it is, however he never mentioned what that means or explain anything about it. If this is the direction that Fedex is going, having to box everything using their box and at their facility, I may just recommend my company to pull the account and no longer use FedEx in the future. UPS never had problem accepting non-standard boxes, as long as the box was undamaged.
Trying to return an item in their original package and was told the to purchase additional box because the original package is not acceptable. How can it be when it was shipped to me that way? I have not done anything to the box beside open it up and repackage it back the same way and slap on the return label. It took me 10 mins to wait in line. I end up going to another FedEx store and they accepted as is with no question ask. Will never go there again.

I go specific to this fedex office in Monterey park, whenever I have to do a express courier.Staffs are friendly and helpful.Other reasons are, there are plenty of other shopping options Ralphs, rite aid and Chipotle nearby. Have got diaso across the street.
They knit pick your packing boxes, want to shove their packing service down your throat. Their intent is not to serve the customer but to sell you their packing service and boxes. Truly sad wasting peoples time and money.

Got triplicate copies made in Monterey Park location in minutes one time, when copies were almost finished, went to nearest location in Down town location and I was the only customers there, Guy said it would take too long, when I said I would wait he then said he would have to place as an order. I was upset at his laziness and went to the Monterey Park location and they had the same laziness. Finally after explaining to them how it was taken care for me the first time they seemed to have gotten upset and proceeded to make copies for me. Luckily I found a local print shop with people without attitude. Thanks for nothing Fedex

Would not let me drop off a package being returned to a major online retailer in the same box they delivered it to me in the first place (this retailer only uses FedEx for shipping and prepaid return labels). I was told I could only ship it if I purchased another box. They are just trying to sell more packaging supplies.

I went today just to scan a sheet to send it to my email I spent 10 minutes I spent 4 dollars and I could not do it I asked for help three times and his response was read the instructions there were 3 people to attend and two clients who were attended by contact I just think that bad customer service even if they are told that they do not help to spend more money at some point they have to do bad customer service completely
