I really like Sallys beauty but they dont have a large variety of gel polish color available. Wish they kept more in stock
Went in there today wanting to try my hand at dying my own hair. Toni was very friendly and informative and helped me figure out everything that I needed! I’ve worked many years in retail, and she did an excellent job not only explaining product to me but also up selling other product. I didn’t even think about needing a nice conditioner after bleaching my hair to smithereens.It’s service like this that makes your experience memorable and will have me coming back later for my next hair color adventure.
Just left this location !When I walked in instead of being greeted or asked if I could be helped I hear a rude voice that says do you have a mask ?I didn’t even know where the voice was coming from .I said no but do you have one I could get from you and finally after seeing her she has a mask on but not over any portion of her face that is correct and her customers mask is on her neck !She stated she had no masks available that I could get one from her but on my way out of door there was a entire box so I told her there was a open entire box full and she said those weren’t for customers.I came in for a pair of oyster clippers I am a professional hair dresser and and needed them in a hurry so Thanks Sally’s for stepping up!The mask mandate has also been lifted so this is Sally’s choice not the state as well as I have had both vaccines for 2 solid months …..I will not do business with you in the future I will stick with cosmo and salon centric .I will be sure to spread this information with my fellow hair dressers and friends.I make my living on customer service and it really is a bother when the businesses I frequent don’t do the same I shop else where.This was at 12:30 on Thursday the 20thYoung African American thin female long ponytail working in your store with zero customer service skills.Thanks

The employees are very friendly and helpful. Ive never had a bad experience at this store. They do stay pretty busy so if you need one on one consulting go early or right before close.
A really good store just kinda on the high price side for me.
The manager is racist. She belittles any poc. As a former employee, I did report her to corporate but they wont do anything about it. She is beyond lazy. Well lazy doesnt describe her actions. She racial profiles customers who are not Caucasian.
I hate ever going into this sallys I’ve only been in here twice and each time it’s a horrible experience. Their customer service sucks. They talk to their customers like they are beneath them and like they are stupid. They have really rude nasty attitudes. Particularly the African American girl with the twist and glasses and the other who wears a head wrap sometimes. I went in here a few weeks ago to return some items that weren’t working for me and or I did not need. An was given nothing but attitude because I wanted to do a return without a receipt. Well I’m sorry the logo is Love it or return it. As a former sallys employee before I quit because of horrible management I know how returns work. You don’t pick and choose what you want to take back if it’s a electrical you can not return without a receipt and if it is basically no product left you can not return. Well I had a eye primer by Palladio. Eyebrow filler by real colors and the ion pigments in Auburn that she refused to take back saying they were super old and discounted however as a frequent shopper and recent employee I know they are not she just did not want to take them back because I’m not going to lie they were used well “duh” I used it and realized they weren’t a right fit for me. Bottom line I will no longer shop at this sallys and will continue to shop at Ann street the girls there are so pleasant and sweet. If I could give this sallys a 0 I would. Thanks for the horrible customer service girls.

Their elderly Caucasian cashier/ store manager is rude and lazy. I asked if I could have my refund in cash and she said no. Which I knew she could’ve gave me my refund in cash because I ended up paying for my item in cash. She was just too lazy to do it. She is probably racist as well.
