I bought a Sealy hybrid. Suppose to be cool but not. Sleeps pretty good. But if you’re paying to be cool did not happen for me. It’s pretty & feels good. Just not cool. So I’m sending it back for a less expensive mattress that may not be cool but I don’t want to pay for cool and it’s not.

Since January 2019, Better Business Bureau has received several complaints and customer reviews for Mattress Firm exhibiting the following patterns; According to numerous complaints received Mattress Firm sells merchandise of poor quality, fails to adhere to their own guarantee, and lacks transparency in relaying their polices.This germane thing happened to me too when I made an online purchase August 14, 2021; and, Mattress Firm charged my credit card within hours. I was promised a 2 weeks delivery date, but that date never came as promised until one day prior on 9/01/2021 with an extended date then when reached out again on 9/02/2021 to ask why, then the computer response extended date even further. Their excuse lately has been Covid, it seems when ones has a pattern like Mattress Firm they use whatever excuse they can to avoid the customer asking questions while they benefit from your money. Later I get a call from someone who referred to himself as Matt, but left no call back number, no way to locate; so, there was a good sign of a very unreliable business.I cancelled my order the next day, filed a dispute with my credit card company, which theyve contacted Federal Trade Commission. If you are thinking about buying a mattress from Mattress Firm then beware; and, do your research prior to giving anyone your money. A mistake Id not make again by relying upon Google My Business, as this proves their rates are false.Last place I purchased house mattresses was Sams Club, and believe it they lasted 12 years, with no complaints, and was E-Z pickup that day. Something to think about when you can touch and see your purchase without excuses.

I definitely give the place 5stars. There was an employee there who helped me named Reggie, and he was so skilled at what he does. I ended up picking the perfect mattress due to him offering me the chance to try at least 5 mattresses. That was very considerate of him, and he was sure to ensure my safety, in regards to COVID 19 while I was doing so. Love my mattress, the delivery guys did a great job too.

The manager and this company were exceptional to work with. My fiancé and I are getting married next month and he worked with us during the pandemic to find the perfect mattress for us to start our marriage in a new house with. There was a slight mix up with delivering the box spring and instead of us having to wait a week for it to come in, the manager took steps that went above and beyond to make things right. We are highly satisfied with our experience with this company and will be giving them our business and will be sending our friends and family their way if they are ever in the market for a new bed.

I havent received my bed yet so I cant comment regarding whether the bed I get matches what I was shown. But I have little doubt that it will. They seem to only carry solid, well known brands. Ill update this later when the bed arrives. I just wanted to immediately note that the salesperson, Johnny, is great. First, hes extremely knowledgeable about the beds they carry and can guide you to what youre looking for. Second, and most importantly, he was not pushy at all. He knew I wanted a particular brand. So he showed me that brand, and even encouraged me to come back a few times and lay on them and do my research. Again, no pressure. Very pleased and would highly recommend making this your first stop if you need a new bed.

Recently, I purchased a new mattress from Mattress Firm. Upon delivery, I discovered, though the right size I chose and advertised, it sat way too low on my bed (was an 8.5), which was my fault, because I didnt realize my original mattress and box spring are 9 inch and thicker. After discovering my error and calling the store, their representative Louis was a great help. Not only was he kind and patient, but he was understanding and worked diligently with me to sort my problem out. Id highly recommend anyone to him, as he does a great job and works with and for you versus many other companies I have interacted with!
