I wanted a particular pillow in King size and they didnt have it in stock. They did offer to order it for me and have it shipped at no cost to me. There was only one salesman in the store, and he was busy with a couple trying out mattresses. We had a small wait until he could get to us.

Cedric was absolutely the best. He made the sale supper easy for us. We went in only to look but we left with the purchase of an i8.

My experience at the Montgomery store location was on point. All of my questions were answered and the sales representative named Cedric Johnson took his time showing my husband and I different options. We left smiling with our decision to purchase.

Cedric (our mattress matching associate) and Phil (the manager) were both excellent to work with in finding our new mattress. Cedric was very attentive through the whole process. Cedric was extremely knowledgeable on not only the mattress but the medical expertise behind its benefits (as he has a medical background). They made us feel comfortable and welcomed during our entire stay (which for finding, discussing and buying a mattress was extremely fast). Would definitely recommend sleep number mattresses to all my friends and family, 10/10 would recommend asking for Cedric when finding your mattress.

Cedric was informative and helpful. We did not have to make a second trip to the store to decide on the bed right for us. A pleasant experience.

Salesman didn’t tell me I needed brackets to attach headboard. The don’t stock in store and my only way to get is to order them. 3-4 days to get and my bed delivery is next day. His only solution was to transfer me to cooperate which is closed on Sunday and of course didn’t tell me that either.I’ll call and cancel my order tomorrow. Lost a $7000 sale because according to Cedric (salesman) it’s my fault since I didn’t order them.

The staff was fabulous! Everyone was so helpful and I never felt pressure to buy. Sarah helped me over 3 visits and knew everything possible about the products. Cedric was so sweet and helpful. Lexie was a pro at helping me find the right pillow! Thank you!

I already had a bed that lifted your head up, but not the feet, it made a big difference on how my back felt when lifing my feet.The settigs you can change is also a plus to make it feel like you want it to.

The Sleep Number staff were professional, fun, and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and we were happy and satisfied after the visit. As we wait for our bed to be made and delivered, we were able to bring home the pillows and mattress pad/cover. We noticed a huge difference between the Sleep Number pillows and our My Pillow pillows. We absolutely love our Sleep Number pillows. Im already getting better sleep with the pillow. We cant wait to have our Sleep Number bed delivered. Looking forward to years of restful sleep.

We have had our sleep number bed for at least 20 years and still love it but was disappointed with Montgomery store when I went in to buy new pillowcases. I kept saying pillowcases and the sales person kept showing me the ones with the zipper. Finally bought four and thought that maybe they had made changes since I got mine years ago. Decided to go online after I got home and they do have regular pillowcases so I went to store the next day to return. A different sales person was there and he did have enough knowledge to tell me that separate pillowcases were not sold in the store. I was returning the ones I bought and I was in the store for over 30 minutes while he read the manual to try and figure out how to do a refund. Then when he finally got it done, he only refunded 3 and I had bought 4. When he tried to do the other one he messed up something and couldnt get it done. Asked if he could get his manager to do it when she came in later and I said yes. I finally get the refund for the 3 but almost a week later, I am still waiting on the refund for the remaining 1. I will order what I need online and will not go back in that store ever again.

Jennifer was excellent! We walked in and she made us feel at home. No pressure and tons of knowledge. I can’t wait for my new bed!

I purchased a C4 less than two years ago. The worse purchase ever. It has made my back pain worse. The air chambers are not holding, needs repair. Donating to charity. Hate this bed. Waste of money.

Employee could not work after 7pm and asked us to leave!

I am looking forward to purchasing two to three sleep number mattresses. The customer service was excellent and I truly appreciated them taking the time with my family and I to demonstrate how great these beds and accessories are.

Glorified air mattresses! There is nothing to these beds. Outragesly over priced and will not work with you at all on the price.They state they offer military discount but only 2 days a year. What about the rest of the year people are still in the military? I purchased a nice tempur-pedic from another bed store down the street for almost half the price and got 2 free pillows.

Superb customer support...she took the time to discuss all options and when we returned with additional questions (after the sale), she discussed with us again, after receipt, she contacted us to see if all went well. If needed, will purchase again!!

Most horrible experience of shopping that I have ever had the young woman was in her phone laying on a bed and smoking some kind of contraption, I came in to purchase two mattresses but I will never come into your montgomery store agian please hire competent employees I was the only one in the store and she was too busy on her phone.
