Delicious cookies!...We were visiting Alabama from California and decided to go here for dessert. They had a buy 5 and get 1 free deal, which was great for our family...The variety of cookies will delight the pallet of any cookie lover!... Glad this cookie shop is no where near my home because my waistline would be in trouble!🍪

This place has a generous deal, and the cookies are decent. It is nice that they have diverse flavors. However, I am not going to order them from Uber because without asking me, they randomly gave me 3 sugar cookies instead of two white macademia cookies that I ordered, because they were out of stock.

They never disappoint! Ive been to this establishment many times. Cookies are always fresh and delicious. I ordered a cookie cake from this location and it was absolutely perfect!

On September 18 at 8:15 I pulled up at the great American cookie out at East Chase to take the kids in and grab cookies the worker turn the lights out once they saw me pull into the parking space. I sat there in my car to see if this was done out of spite and it was once the worker walked out she looks over at me like she had did something wrong and sits in her car for 15 minutes and pulls off. Could u all please give an accurate time of closing on the website we are from millbrook and drove the kids all they way out here to be turnaround. Thanks

Me and my family love this place! The cookies taste great, and the other options like pretzels are amazing. There are little table you can sit at and the employees are very nice. Sometimes the line can be a little slow, but other than that it is a very good place to go.

HIGHLY disappointed! I ordered a large cookie cake from this “establishment” before leaving my house. I stay at least 30 mins away. I was told that it would be ready at 5pm but by the time I got there the employees were acting lost and confused. They saw the receipt for my order on the counter and later said that they “ran out of cookies” and that it would be another 30 mins. This caused a birthday party delay so it should be unacceptable to treat customers as if we do not have other obligations. I had to wait an additional 42 mins.

We ordered the birthday cake pallet paint for a birthday party & it looked like a ratchet butterfly! Hated to take it to the birthday party but didn’t have time for another one!! We ordered this cake 4 days before & gave them the item # so they would know what we wanted. Won’t be ordering from Eastchase Montgomery, Al.

Excellent job on cookie cake for my daughter’s birthday!! This was a last minute decision and the Montgomery Eastchase store took my order the morning of the party. The design was perfect!

When we ordered pretzel bites we were told it would take them 5 minutes. No problem- a little wait would be okay. Almost 30 minutes later and we are still waiting. Nobody has said a single thing to us, and all of the employees are in the back laughing and goofing off. Not to mention about 20 people who ordered after us already received their food and left before we did.

I would give this place a zero if I could. The employees have gloves on and touch everything including keys from an outside employee and then proceeded to go back to making the cookies. I had to ask her if she would change her gloves!!! Calling corporate immediately to report this as this is not acceptable especially with the fear of spreading COVID-19

Management should consider retraining staff on proper dining room conversation. I do not want to come here and have to hear about how dude is still friends with all his exes. Or have to see them wait for the new guy to walk out so they can downgrade his performance. He assisted me and was very pleasant. Needs work on customer service. Gave a 3 because the young black kid you hired and think needs work is hopefully the beginning. Oh yeah, cookies were good.

Always wonderful experience and cookies. Have ordered over fifteen cookies with never any problems!! Highly recommend for sell delicious alternative to birthday cakes. Beautiful designs as well ☺️

I came in needing a cookie and this sweet blonde girl helped me out. I kept changing what I wanted but she was very patient, super friendly, and never showed any signs of getting irritated. She greeted me with a smile and kept that smile the whole time. The cookie cake out adorable and my daughter loved it. Only problem was it didn’t last long at our house because of how delicious it was. I will be buying every cookie/cake from here in the future.

I love this place! I love to take my daughter here when we are around Eastchase for a nice treat! The only downfall on this place is the cleanliness of the bathroom.

This store is amazing and has such a friendly staff. I have gotten cookies cakes from this store and attend as a regular customer. They are always friendly and never fail to surprise me with amazing cakes. 10/10 would recommend!

Hadnt been in a long time. Got 6 cookies. Told the wife I only got 2 when I got home. Would go back....

My pretzel was hard it probably was sitting there for awhile. The place had an odor. I probably wont be going back because every time I go there I have an issue.

The cookies here are SOO good and always fresh! They have lemonade, Cookie Cakes, Pecan Chocolate Cookies, Doozies, Red Velvet cookies, cheesecake brownies and others. Theyre my fav place to get cookies and theyre open 7 days a week. 😋😋

A young lady there had a horrible attitude...she was so mean..instead of handing me the bag..she put it up on the counter and walked away..i love the cookies but her attitude omg..i was so nice to her..guess she needed a cigarette break..but lawdddd

TERRIBLE!!!! We waited for 20 minutes in this place for three things of pretzel bites and one soft pretzel. They did not make our soft pretzel and their response was you can have a cookie instead. The guy cooking the pretzels wasnt wearing any gloves while handling our food and he was too busy flirting with a girl in line to pay attention to our order which is why we didnt get our pretzel in the first place. The girl working the register was extremely nice but I was very displeased with everything else and they will never get my business again.

Bathroom is nasty. Only reason the place is still open is because other fast options are lacking in the area. Overall bad hygiene.

I waited until, of course, the last minute to order a Birthday Cookie Cake for my husband. Literally the night before his Bday! I got online, attempted to order the cake, went through all the steps & finished. After I was done, something just didnt feel right. I was never prompted to pay & I never received an email confirming my order. The next morning I called The Eastchase location. A nice gentleman answered the phone. I explained what happened & he stated that if I had not paid then they did not receive my order BUT he said that is ok, I can take your order right now & have it done by this afternoon. I was blown away!! Most places would probably tell you that it was too late but NOT Great American Cookie Company! Thank yall so much! I can not wait to pick up the Cookie Cake & surprise my husband at work this afternoon! Thank you for understanding people are human, we procrastinate, we make mistakes & yet yall know how to put a smile on this wifes face!
