Better customer service would be appreciated....even for people thats not dressed in suit and tie......I walked into Kay’s and the sales associate looked at me and didn’t say anything. Not even a minute later a older gentleman walked in and she said hello, how are you. It wasn’t until the short Latino lady walked out, thats when I was acknowledging, and asked how may I help you. She assisted me with paying on my account and looking at other jewelry as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. The people I have talked with in the Eastdale mall store have been pretty nice, however corporate and their bank genesis are horrible. I have been fighting for weeks with this company. I have a contract with you, Kay Jewelers, if you can’t keep up with your end of the deal why should I? I just want my money back. Hopefully it will be solved today.

Absolutely horrible customer service. It is definitely worth the drive to Prattville to not have to deal with the incompetence at this location. Please save yourself the trouble of going to this location multiple times hoping it was a bad day to just be disappointed yet again.

Wish i could give them 0 stars cause my service wasnt even close to a 1star. Went through so much with them i cant even type it all. The employee i dealt with needs to go back to training because her goof up costed me money and stress and the company did not want to own up to their mistake and fix it. I will never do business with Kay again. I should have went to Zales.

The staff doesnt badger you into a decision and they are very helpful and understanding about price range.

Return a item before holidays even came and the lady said they got to send me a check to my house and its been passed 25 days and I havent received no check yet
