Great experience. Friendly staff, and most importantly they had a large selection of appliances on site to choose from. Unlike the box stores that use a separate company to store and deliver, Cohens handles all the interactions from the time you purchase till you get home.

Friendly staff. Howard Stern helped us look for refrigerators that met our unusual space & entry requirements. He knows his stock & brands, which was reassuring. We are especially interested in service after the sale if ever needed & are happy to find that Cohens does have in-house repair staff. And they price match--cant beat that!

I purchased a 55 Sony 4K TV and a console a few days ago. Mark was my sales person. He was very helpful and professional. I dont know of anywhere else in Montgomery where you can get personalized customer service like this. Tried Best Buy but couldnt get the help I needed. This place has good old fashioned customer service. Highly recommend.

Installed new Samsung TV and Bose sound system. Installers were extremely good and knowledgeable. Took away our large old TV. New system is amazing and only wish we had purchased it sooner.

Our washing machine quit working mid-week last week. My husband and I immediately said Cohens. We have bought our last two appliances from them. I went on Friday and purchased a top loading. Maytag washing machine. I was told it could be delivered around noon on Monday. They called first and arrived almost to the minute. They installed it very efficiently and quickly. Cohens installers are experts. Prices are good. You cant compare apples to oranges, which you are doing when shopping at a big box stores. My husband worked at one, so he knows.I called Cohens this morning and spoke to a manager telling her how the Salesman, prices, selections and gentlemen who do installation are what keep us coming back to Cohens. They know what they are doing and really want to help the customer. Thank you, Cohens! My Dad has bought so many appliances from them over the years and suggested several years ago that we try them. My Dad is a huge Cohen fan, too! Congratulations on exhibiting good old fashioned customer service!

Cohen may be okay to buy from, but never, and I mean never have them try to repair anything you buy from them! We called them over a stove when the oven went out. 4 visits later (one visit each week, so a month of no oven), the oven worked but in their repair attempts they caused every single burner not to work. Repairman left and never contacted us again. We called another repair company and they came out and fixed it for $250 labor and parts. THEN!!! We get a bill from Cohen for over $1000.00 for a stove they not only did not fix but made worse and caused us to pay someone else to fix burners that were working before Cohen came out! Call someone else to fix anything you have!

Cohens Electronics and Appliances is my one and only electronics and appliance store in Montgomery. Cohens delivers a pleasant experience all along the way, from visiting their showroom, to sales and delivery, customer service before and after the sale, and dependable repair service, all under one roof. So glad I listened to my friends advice and shopped at Cohens!

Cohens is the only place that we shop for appliances. Its family owned (which we appreciate since we have our own family business) and locally owned. Customer service is great! They also have their own repairmen, so if something breaks, its not some random guy coming to your door. My last purchase was a french door refrigerator, their sales representative compared prices with other stores for the same frig., and gave me the sale price of the competitor. You cant beat that!

Excellent variety/selection of electronics. Staff are very available, knowledgeable and accomodating. Financing available. Installation is available. Ask questions, they are patient and understanding if you are not up to date on latest toys. I will be going back in the future. Also I have been given assistance on the phone.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. It was a hot day, I was very thirsty, and they actually offered me a drink!!! I had been to two other stores before coming there without that simple courtesy. The salesmen were very helpful without being pushy. Prices were comparable. I will be returning.

Very pushy. When they didnt have the refrigerator we were looking for, the salesman tried to insist we purchase one that was nothing like we told him we wanted. He got very rude with us because we wouldnt give in and purchase the one he wanted us to and just walked off. We will never return or recommend Cohens Electronics. I wish I could leave zero stars.

Bought dishwasher several years ago. After one year stop working. Cohen came out several times, never fixed dishwasher. Stopped responding to requests. Will never patronize again. Not trustworthy. Bought dishwasher elsewhere.

In less than 30 minutes after I walked in to the store, I had purchased a refrigerator and walked out. This was about 1030ish, and a delivery is to be made between 1400-1700 TODAY! This is what I call first-class service for the dollar spent. Mr. Raymond Cohens (the founder) took his own personal time to make this happen-- I THANK HIM! He was congenial, considerate in his pricing, and really showed his concer for his customets. His staff responded in like fashion. As a consumer, I find this type expedient service to be almost nonexistent in America of today.
