They never answer the phone, the staff has limited knowledge on the products they sell and they are lazy and incompetent. The store needs to fire the younger staff and hire older people who know what they are doing.

I had a female employee, it was mothers day, and she really really helped. Not only did I leave with my purchases she helped me find, but when it seemed I needed human contact, she asked if she could hug me. It was a wonderful experience, if I knew who she was Id send her a Christmas card. Will definitely shop there again
