Kelsey was great. She helped me get it shipped off and they didnt have boxes for my package so she created a box by piling three together to form a longer box. She stuffed it all with paper and worked so quickly and efficiently that I didnt even feel like I was there but maybe 5-10 minutes. It was half the price of what UPS quoted me. This is where I will always come in the future. Thank you Kelsey for being so great! The other young lady there was very pleasant as well.

I was driving in from out of town and needed to get some printing done. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Tanya and Glenda for your kindness.

The lady at the counter was very rude to me. I came in to print a piece of paper. So I came in and she asked what she could help me with. I told her that I needed to print. Then she looks at me and says, okay....? So I asked her what I needed to do (I have never printed in Fedex before). Then she asked me what I was printing, and I told her a document. She said (in SUCH a rude way) yeah, from what? And I told her a computer. She was so rude in telling me to go sit there and do it. Her attitude basically told me that she did not like her job and did not care for customers, so difficult to deal with and I will not be back.

Rating 1 star because of this staff they had working on 04/05/18 @ 11:14 am. Very rude and unprofessional lady. It doesnt matter if you are overwhelmed with work or not having a good day. YOUR MOOD SHOULD NOT DETERMINE YOUR MANNERS!.customer service is very important and I will not return to this location. I prefer to drive 3 miles to the next location to pay for service deserving of my money.

Higher prices compared to UPS yesterday- but I was willing to pay - needed a document scanned into a pdf, and emailed to me. They said they do not know how to email, can we put it on a flash drive. The other customer in the store was having to check the address on a package - they got that wrong too. I left. Use the UPS store around the corner.

All the fedex are the worst do not use them for shipping . they say the package is going to be here at 10 am and it comes at 6 pm
