I sent package to my brother in Dubai and it was easier than i thought. The guy that helped me, was great every thing went smooth, and it was received when it was suppose to be there.

The faded location can’t scan a fedex QR code? Don’t waste your time with fedex, use the post office or UPS.

Service was quick, they only allow one customer at a time inside the building so please read the instructions on the door and wait outside until your turn.I needed to send a document internationally and the person that assisted me was not very friendly or particularly helpful but she got the job done I hope.Better customer service would be much appreciated especially during the holidays.

Absolutely agree with the customer service reviews and the “Karen” mentioned in other reviews. I went in with my wife to help her box up her package and got told I couldn’t be in there. No one else was in there and the customer service agent only put on her mask when she walked out to help us and told me it didn’t matter that my wife and I were together and to go outside.

I went to this location after reading the reviews as I didn’t have any other choice in town. I interacted with Don. As soon as I got there attitude started. I had a prepaid shipping label that needed to be printed. I learned the label isn’t accessible from their systems. I needed to email. That’s fine and was told that I couldn’t get cell data to send in the store. That happens it is a large metal building. I tried to send it outside without any luck. Then I asked if he could use my phone and login to WiFi. Again that I was a no go. During this there was attitude as the other reviewers said and I will be choosing another competitors service in the future.

Worst customer service in Montrose...these people are so rude and uneducated...I have moved 90% off my shipping to UPS since they are so nice there, FEDEX in Montrose is horrible! From the supervisor to the front desk clerks, these people are RUDE RUDE RUDE.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst customer service hands down, definitely agree with other reviewers about front desk staff. “Karen” aka heavyset redhead, is absolutely terrible. Actively encouraging people to not do business there. I have tried multiple times to pick up a “signature required” package and have been unsuccessful. Their current COVID-19 policy restricts more than 1 person inside. So you’re required to stand in the parking lot. Every so often an employee will peek their head out and tell everyone “it’s gonna be awhile” before disappearing back inside. How this location is still operational is baffling.

Rudest people in Montrose. These front desk clerks, both women and the man, are super rude. Meanest people during Covid also...terrible customer service...they will yell at you if you dont have a mask on, EVEN if you are disabled and have had the Vaccine. Very poor customer service!

I meant to post this earlier. Around mid April I tried to send a package through this center. It was a parts kit which was legal to send without restriction. The lady behind the desk started to pull fake policies out of her rear saying it had to be shipped overnight or not at all. I tried explaining the policies regarding non firearm classified items but she wouldnt hear it.This woman should have been fired ages ago.

Got half of my delivery and when I talked to someone they were not willing to try to get ahold of the delivery person to see if they missed the other box. Service could be a bit better.

I went to the center to pick up a delivery that was supposed to be there. When I got there the driver wasnt back yet. Instead of telling me to come back the next day they called the driver and let him know I would be home again soon. He was able to then make my delivery. It was so nice to get actual customer service. They did everything they could so I could get my package.

The counter person is probably one of the most sour non customer service individuals I have run into in a long time, probably go to UPS from now on!

Fedex discriminates against medically challenged people who cant wear a mask.

Package delivered safely and on time. Only thing is they do not provide anything for you,you have to buy tape,the box etc..so bring your own stuff ready to ship.
