Might explain how customer service works on this continent ups before you sell a franchise.

Missy and Dinesh are wonderful. Missy always has a sweet word and her kind disposition make shipping enjoyable. Everything is run smoothly here. They are efficient and helpful. Two thumbs up for these guys!

Not very good. Went in to have a couple bill of sales notarized and the notary wasnt very pleasant about the whole thing. Told Me they werent legal at all. Couldnt be bothered to even point Me in the right direction for the correct papers I needed. I wouldnt recommend them for this particular service. Will not utilize them again.

These people are great and fast. If you have a package and just have to drop it off your in and out just like that!

No help at all called and there was a girl that answered 2/13 at almost 11AM. SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Never will I ship through you guys again!

Extremely poor service

I have had a personal mail box and have been using this UPS Store for over 10 years and I have to say that my experience has been outstanding. The main reason for my high level of satisfaction is due to the employees who have been with the Store for all of these years, specifically Desi. With the employee co consistency I have been able to get on the phone and get information and packages forwarded which has helped me and my companies function at the highest levels. Outstanding.

Always delivers my packages perfectly no issue ever

I go into the UPS store at least 2 times per week. The staff is amazing. Jordan always remembers my name and is always smiling and super friendly. It’s nice going into a place where they remember you and have great service.

This was such a great experience!! I came very frustrated from the post office who wouldn’t let me use any tape for my label and had a 20 min wait line. Your staff (Dihne?) took care of me immediately and took extra time to help me secure my package! He even gave me a clear adhesive sleeve for the return label! This was such a great experience and I will definitely be coming back!! My only suggestion for improvement is to make your sign more visible from North Townsend. I was originally looking for you and drove right past it.

Spent 2 months in the area and had several UPS and USPS packages (Amazon) delivered here... at $5 p/package (not p/pickup). I wish they would have told me the first time I stopped in that as an option I could rent a small mailbox at $55/3 months and not been charged the $5/pkg pickup fee. I could’ve saved 30 bucks during my stay. Perhaps they assumed I already knew this. I do now.I ended up talking to the helpful folks at the UPS Customer Service Center (UPS hub) a few miles down the road and started having all my packages held there. I even had a couple with PO Box addresses and they were kind enough to call me to come and pickup rather than send back to shipper. I saved an additional $35+.Nice enough folks, but sticklers on each and every charge. At least the parking is free... oops, shhhhhh.

The personnel were professional and efficient. I appreciated their quiet and courteous manner. I had a lot of documents to have notarized. All were handled quickly and correctly. Thank you UPS.

I use this store not only for for personal shipments but often for business shipments as well. They have always been courteous and friendly as well as professional. I highly recommend them.

Sly gouging thrives.

Poor communication, misc fees, no receipts.I have used this facility several times and always been met with miscellaneous charges for UPS to UPS in-store pick ups. The last time I decided to use their services i was had an item with tracking number and verifying email come up missing only to have it reappear with a week later with a $5 /day Holding fee particular to this store (locally owned).recommend using the local UPS distribution center on 3700 N. Townsend.

This store is fantastic. They have new ownership or management or employees and are immigrants to USA. They are just fantastic.

Would give a no star rating. Paid $61 for next day air and didnt receive package. Called customer service and complained to no help. Extremely disappointed in service and price paid. It was sent on Friday and next day air means Saturday, they are telling me Monday. Totally unacceptable...
