When I need to go to Bed Bath & Beyond. This is my favorite location. They keep this place clean, organized, and stocked. They were having a fall clearance. They had plenty of things on sale. I never leave empty handed. A huge reason is I always have a 20% off coupon. Fall shopping is my favorite time to shop. Love all the holidays items. We bought a great pillow this trip.

I seem to find good deals and things Im looking for where I dont in other stores. Staff was great especially a very helpful young lady named Tiffany! Great store, great staff!

Several weeks ago my wife and I were returning duplicate gifts from our wedding registry. We had about $198 worth of merchandise to return. As we were in the process of the return, the computer crashed and we were unable to see if the refund went through to our card (the associate was putting this amount back on a debit card). The store manager told us to check our account in a few days and if it hadn’t gone through, to call back. The large return never came to our account, so we called the store. The manager told us that the associate was incorrect and that the return should go on a store merchandise card instead, which I do understand. We live about an hour away, and the store manager told us we have to come back in to receive this merchandise return card. It is not our problem that the computer crashed, and we shouldn’t have to burn gas making a two hour trip to come back for this mixup. No one can help the computer crashing, but it shouldn’t be our expense to come back and make this right.

Been to many of these stores, but this one stands out as well stocked and stuffed with good people. They were very attentive to my questions and helpful with anything I needed. They helped me find a particular toaster oven my wife wanted and I also got a 20% off code which was effective on that purchase. Saved me $30.00! A good place to shop and fulfill your needs for bedding, cookware or the like.

Outstanding service,they printed out a wedding registry. They even helped me find several of the items.And top it off I was able to wrap my gifts at no charge.The store was very clean,stocked,and most of all the young man helped me alot,the young girl at the register had told me about the free wedding wrapping.I work with the public,very very pleased with the customer service.I will be back.🙂

This is the Absolute worst place ever to shop at after a week they still can’t tell me where my strollers at and They won’t let me cancel the order so most likely it will get delivered when I’m not home and the odds of someone stealing it off my porch are very high also had no problem taking the money out of my account but can’t find my item and that they keep pushing the delivery date out more and more

This is such an awesome store and great one to shop at. I like this particular location due to the fact that it was clean and staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. There were several different options to choose from when selecting what you want. There are so many colors! Towels of just about every shade you can think of and softness to boot. Just like the sheets. There are many options of thread count to choose from that there is no way you cannot go wrong in picking a brand. Again, this is a great location. I highly recommend even if you are trying to kill some time.

Excellent experience staff helped me find what I needed quickly. The checkout was fast when being the day before Christmas eve. I was happy with the selection shelves were still stocked you could tell that they care and are not relying on being asked to look in the back for items. Kudos to the staff!!

Bed Bath &Beyond has a good variety of household goods. I have purchased good quality towels, bathroom shelving and accessories. They have pots and pans, candles, china. They have a lot of house decorations such as mirrors, wall hangings and many other choices. The quality has been really good on the things I have purchased.

I love the coupons that you can use for anything in the store and the lady that checked us out was so helpful is using the coupons that I had to the fullest extent! Have a love - hate relationship with this place. I love it because I always find something practical I can use. I hate it because I could easily spend too much if Im not careful about my purchase intent before going in. The service I received during this visit was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and friendly. Sometimes, thats not always the case, but I couldnt have asked for better during this visit.

Found 5-6 mattress pads in the clearance table without a price tag. Walked over to the register to get it scanned and was give a price of $55.99. Turned around and asked another employee if she knew what the original price was and she said she would find out. In the mean time, I looked up the same item on their website. It showed a regular price of $55.99 but was not marked on clearance. Shortly thereafter, another employee (short blond/blue hair) approached me and commented that their “promo” price was $55.99. I asked kindly to clarify what “promo” meant since I am not experienced in retail. Very rudely explained to me that the price is as previously mentioned and that all 5-6 mattress pads were just in the wrong place.The employee’s behavior (with blue hair) was unacceptable for someone that works in customer service. If they were not going to honor a clearance price, the least she could have done was to apologize and not make me feel like I was attempting to rip off the store. Unfortunately, because of her, I will be purchasing my daughter’s dorm room essentials elsewhere. I will not be returning there again!

ABSOLUTELY disgusting how staff smoke in front of the entry. Nice products. But no one wants to have their health impaired by someone smoking. Go to the back or across the street.

Lots of great items for your home. Youll find tons of things you never knew you needed. They are a great place to register for a wedding, and if you dont get everything from your registry they offer a deal where you can come in and buy remaining things for 20% off your ENTIRE order.

Very helpful staff! Got directions to the area I needed to find a particular item and then got checked out quick. My phone wouldnt connect to obtain my 20% off coupon, so the cashier told me to hang on to my ticket and I could come back and redeem the coupon as soon as my phone would let me. Got out to the parking lot and it connected, went back in and got my discount!

Have gone several times and end up having empty handed. Its a clean store but items not clearance seem to be in the clearance area, more than one with stickers. Its a hassle to get them to tell original price from what one would assume is now on sale...just to be rudely told I was wrong its not on sale. Instead of apologizing and stating they were in the wrong spot and the sticker wasnt meant for them. When you dont buy something they stare at you oddly making you feel uncomfortable. For an overpriced place that sells just about everything people want..Id imagine t to be a more friendly customer oriented atmosphere. Never returning or recommending.

No prices signed or located on the items. Have to just ask when you get to the register. Went to Norman Bed Bath & Beyond. Selection was better. Found signs or prices on items in that store.

When it comes to there store it is very expensive but if you find something you like price match with competition more then likely the item will be less somewhere else they will match it as long as shown the exact item. Only then Is this store worth shopping at 🤪.

Found the beyond in the form of a USB disco ball. Friggin sweet man. Having a party at work will never be the same. Also bought a paper towel holder that you mount to the wall. You cant find this stuff anywhere else.

This BB&B is somewhat small and disorganized, barely room to move a cart down the aisle. Staff was very helpful and did there best to help.

Looking for a wedding gift with friends found what we wanted and more.

We have had good experiences here before...Once I commented I didnt want to get a heavy item because the carts were outside and bam, a manager brought us a cart. I feel like things have changed since then. A few days ago we saw 2 items we wanted to buy but turned down because we had no idea what the price was, some slippers and a very firm pillow. No tags anywhere for the items we were interested in, no stickers, nothing. There were some carts of stock just randomly sitting around too, it felt very disheveled. As of January 2018 something is going wrong in this store.

Store was clean and the cashier was super friendly. An employee stocking the shelves was rude but she couldve been having a bad day. Major issue: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HIMSELF, the bathroom smelled atrocious, as if someone died, came back to life, and then died again!
