Good. Home depot is the only store I can find the tubs that are large, see through, with handles and wheels. Top is heavy duty. They have great prices on tools I need

Huge selection, friendly helpful staff, clean, and well organized. Found everything I need, and stayed longer to look around. This is a big store. Very much enjoyed looking around.

I just came out of this Home Depot. I left with a huge smile. All I bought was potpourri and a lightbulb. I was looking for another item but it was unavailable. Im glad it was. I asked one employee and he hollered to another employee and before you know it i had 4 employees gather round and make suggestions on where i could find the item i was looking for. Then we started talking about potpourri scents. It was so great and really made my day to feel so at home and surrounded by such great people. Thank you to the employees that were working at 4pm today. It lasted only a couple minutes but left a wonderful impact on my day. Bless you all!

Easy to find parts, helpful staff, very COVID friendly.

Good service and very helpful staff. But I not happy with my tools rental, I have rented a tool for one week, on the fourth day something went wrong. I have to return for repair and I still need for the rest of the week, rental staff said that they will call me back when repair done, today . That’s three weeks later . I went to Home Depot shop and I saw the rental tool are good to go . I don’t have any of the staff calls me. Not happy !

The customer service is great. A few people asked me if I needed help which I always do in these stores. I went to Lowes and not once did someone ask me for help.

Im giving 2 ⭐s do to the young lady that butted into our cashiers business that had no right. And was extremely RUDE. She needs more training in customer service and manors. Glad her bosses know more then she does.

Ordered lumbers and was shipped to a different location and never received it.Try to find out a solution and it’s been months, still undergoing, every time called in they give you a 24-48 hrs callback and never calls back. You call in again, and it’s another 24-48 hrs over and over again never giving you a solution.

This is my go-to home improvement place. One of the two near me usually has what I need and theyre conveniently located. I took them up on their credit card offer and the additional savings are nice. Clean stores, consistent layout, friendly staff and a decent garden center make it a reliable choice.

I was surprised at what Home Depot in Moore had on sale this week. I was looking for a mini fridge, a small outdoor storage box & outdoor lighting. They beat out big box and competitors. They have been SUPER helpful when we ask questions.

I like going to the home Depot stores a little better than their competitors. However, their major competitor offers a 2% discount through one of the apps that we can use and home Depot does not any longer give any type of discount. Also the app does not always tell you where a product is located in the store. It will tell you its in the store but not the aisle. That means I have to either find someone to help me or actually call the store and ask which aisle something is on. I hate to call the store when I am in the store but this is what I will do sometimes or call the store to get someone to help me. Overall though home Depot is a good place to shop and theyre friendly people

Visited the garden center today, Moore location. Excellent customer service. Every employee addressed us and made us feel welcome. Also had a sale on trees, that was a bonus! Great trip!

This may seem like a simple thing, but while using the self-checkout, a young man named Keon conversed with us the entire time. I dropped a load here and the customers kept blowing their horns telling me to get outta the way. I was in the proper area to park my trlr. I really think they should b more courteous.

Typical big box hardware store. Had a hard time getting help, found what I needed, but had to waste a bunch of time hunting for it myself.

Associate help to lift item on to rolling cart and another one helped to load it into car. Very friendly service and efficiency.

The first Home Depot I went to was in Norman and it was a disaster area. Totally disorganized and ALL of the isles were blocked by carts and stock. Made it difficult to find anything and when I did, I couldnt get it because of all the stuff blocking it!!! I gave up and left.The second Home Depot I went to was in Moore. This place was very different. It was organized and the isles was open. I was able to find what I was looking for and the people were VERY helpful.

This was a great experience especially if customer service matters to you. The lady who was working in the Moore store on 5/5 21 was very kind and went above and beyond to help me. I am handicapped and she even went outside for me to talk to my dad. Dont get service like that at many places. I forgot to as her name. But she was awesome. Thank you.

Eyewitnessed one day standing in line the refusal of a 10% discount for a Korean War veteran. It was because his identification didnt match the modern day IDs. They hire people that are just incompetent its unbelievable. Its basically a wokeplace if you know what I mean.

I like this particular home depot because of the workers at this store are always helpful and cheerful, 99% of the time I dont need help finding what I need. The other 1% of the time if I ask a store employee where a particular item is that I cant find, not only do they know already they walk me to it, other stores I go to they just give vague directions to where it might be at. Id be lying if Id say theyd be right. This store and the Reno location are the only two HD stores I like to shop at.

Had no help in lawn and garden had to walk out in the middle of the parking lot to get a cart to put pea gravel on three people were standing back there whenever I got the card and when I looked up they were all gone so I had to load everything myself, the cashier tried to help on us finding something but she couldnt find it either and we went in the store and looked around and finally found it

Just went by the other day to pick up a few things and a worker with the last name “McCoy” was very rude and weird. He said multiple remarks and was very inappropriate to my wife. This guy needs to be removed from their team, younger women be careful. Very unprofessional and a bad name to this location.

The employees were helpful and pleasant. there seemed to be lots of stock cluttering the asles making it difficult to get through.

Yall had exactly what I needed, and the best part was I left my glasses at home, I stopped an associate walking by and asked if he could help me since I couldnt read without my gkasses. Without hesitation he stopped what he was doing and helped me. I wished I had caught his name as he deserves recognition and a bunch of atta boys. Whoever you are sir I thank you very much. Disappointed. Ordered online so it would be quick. The email and text said the order was ready. The customer service lady had to go find it on the shelf. It then took 15-20 minutes. Someone said it was ready. It wasnt.

Bought some of their Black Friday sale items. They have the best sale prices on the Black Friday items. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I really like the Ryobi brand of cordless power tools. I have several different ones. They all work great for a handyman around the house.

Phone rings & rings. If you finally get connected it goes to voice mail. No one knows whats going on if you order online & request installation. Its taking forever & my order is already paid. Poor customer service.

Went here to get 20 boxes of wood floor. Was told it in the back and they can get it and bring it to register 1. Waited for over 2hrs, while the whole time the check out employee is playing on his phone. I asked multiple time if he can check and he flat out said no.

I got some paint here and love the color. I told the lady working the counter, that I wished they had a place where they keep all of the customers colors. Maybe in their system somewhere. That would be amazing! I mean technology can do it I think!

This store was extremely clean, very well marked and layed out. The isles are wide enough to shop and never bother other customers. Thanks Home Depot for making it so nice to shop at your location.

Great folks at this Home Depot. A young woman, Elizabeth, was very kind to my little girl while we were checking out. She was also very patient with me as I was experiencing some technical difficulties with the self check out kiosk. It was my error, however, she made me feel like a million bucks. 10/10 would strongly recommend!

My boyfriend and I just moved to OK about a month ago. We left most of our furniture and large appliances back in MD and planned on purchasing new stuff here. Our first place to shop was Home Depot.... bad decision.Over the past month we have purchased a new fridge, a coffee table, and a grill. Everything has had problems.First refrigerator-we purchased a Samsung fridge around February 8th with the promise it would be delivered by February 12th. We have yet to receive it as of March 5th.Our coffee table- we purchased the coffee table around the same time as the fridge, it was supposed to be delivered by Feb. 18th. We received a phoned call from Home Depot stating they “lost our order.” They had to refund us and we had to repurchase. We had originally purchased on our Home Depot credit card but as they ran the transaction through the second time, we were charged on a different card...The grill- we purchased the grill on February 27th. Since we’ve had so many delivery mishaps we decided to buy one they had in stock. After about 4 hours of assembly (the char-grill was not easy to put together lol) we attempted to plug our propane tank in and the compressor is broken. We now have to return this grill, receive a refund, and then purchase another grill.Customer service pretty much sucks, they’ve done nothing to assist us with any of the issues we’ve had. The grill will probably be our last purchase from Home Depot.

The Moore Home Depot is the cleanest, friendliest, most helpful of the two stores in my area. Will gladly drive a few extra miles to this store.

The store in Norman seams to always be out of the things I go there for. The store in Moore is about 10 miles further but I go there because they have what I am looking for.

Gotta watch the employees scanning your materials. They will ring you up incorrectly. And when you try and correct them, they just dont care. This place will rip you off. I highly reccomend Fox lumber over these people.

Myself and 60 to 70 customers were standing outside waiting on the store to open. After it was five minutes past the time to open, we looked in the side. The employee who was to open the store was standing just inside on his phone.

Went to the appliance department and bought a new refrigerator. Julie, at the store on 19th street in Moore, OK, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back to her for future appliance needs.

We purchased a new refrigerator to be delivered. Just found out that the military discount does not apply for a item that is on sale. So therefore, if they mark $1 off of an item, everyone pays the same. Good information to know for future purchases. Lowes has never done this. Thanks for the heads-up on this.

The customer service employee tried to steal from my mother. The only way she was caught was when my mom Pinged her iPhone with her apple watch. Then all of a sudden the phone came out of her pocket and was laid on the counter and she walked away. Its a shame when the face of your company is a thief and a bold face liar. Would NEVER come back and highly encourage future customers to take their business elsewhere.

I rented a VP1550 plate compactor from Home Depot, Moore, OK. It wouldnt start. When I returned it and told the clerk, he printed a void receipt and handed it to me without a word. No curiosity about why, no apology about the waste of time, no expression of any kind! Done with me! Transaction over! Move on, buddy!!!I will not rent equipment from Home Depot again. Crossland, Midwest City has better equipment and customer service.

Plenty of appliances on display that you cant buy, that they cant order, yet that they conveniently have more expensive versions of in stock.

Very good and friendly service from real people who care about what they are doing for you and your needs. We were able to get my appliance with install and removal of old-appointment set up & extra warranty coverage for it in less than 30 minutes.

Fast and friendly and they was the only store in a 20 mile radius that had the size of pipe I needed 🙌🏻👍🏻

So, I have mental issues that make being around people extremely unpleasant. When I told the people at the store that my anxiety was already high before walking in, but that I needed to get a key made. They literally took every step they could to help make my trip as pleasant as possible. It was literally the best trip I have had into a store of any type in far too many years. Plus, unlike many other places I have had keys made before, they got it on one shot, so I didnt have to go back.
