I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. They completed my service within an hour. I used to go to a different shop, and they would take half a day or more to complete that, so I was very pleased with Beneficial Automotive when they notified me that my car was ready. I will definitely be coming back.

After being turned down by several different repair shops in the area, BAM got me in within a couple of days and had my truck fixed in two days (the 4wd was out in it and almost every other place locally said they didn’t work on that). It would’ve been fixed in one day, but the part that Ford sent them didn’t work, but BAM was able to overnight a new one that worked. Stellar customer service and an amazing turnaround at an affordable price. 10/10 would recommend!

I highly recommend Beneficial Automotive for any problem you might have with your vehicle. I called for an appt. and Angela was tops, answering every question I had . My brakes were installed and I picked up my Chariot about 5PM . The price was reasonable and the quality of work was First Class. Dont think twice, call for an appt today.

Do not go here to get an alignment. I took them a tahoe with all new upper and lower a arms and tie rod ends. They couldnt align it. They said perfect was with .5 degrees of outward camber and a severe pull to the right.

As always, these guys are great. They are really nice, extremely knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond checking my truck for anything that might need attention in the future. Remember, it’s 17 and needs a little more TLC than routine care. For that reason, I have no problem driving from the north side of OKC to have my truck serviced. I completely trust them with my baby.

I walked into Beneficial Automotive midday due to my car making odd noises. They told me they would take a look and that they werent sure when they would be able to get to it. However, they called me a couple hours later with the diagnosis. I gave them the go-ahead and they had made all the repairs by the next morning. Less than 24 hours later I had my car back. Very straightforward, they didnt try to sell me any services that I did not need. I will definitely be returning to them for my future car repair needs.

I took my vehicle in for some routine major maintenance items. Work was done exactly as promised and in a timely fashion. They also advised of some upcoming issues I needed to be aware of without any hard sell to do any of it immediately.

This is a great place for car repair. My Dodge Charger needed a part that was stuck overseas due to Covid. They were able to track down a used part, order it and get it shipped so I could get back on the road. Great value, great service and wonderful people. Will definitely use them again and I have let all my friends know about them too!

This is the best automotive repair shop we have used. We buy and sell pickups and work trucks. We have been extremely happy with them. Very very fast. We have used lots of shops over the years and sometimes we have stuff sitting for over a month at a shop. I dont know if we have had anything here take over a couple of days here. And that was a problem truck that had been to Dodge and another shop. We arent close either. We are in El Reno so it is about a 25 mile drive each way. Well worth the drive. As other reviews mentioned extremely fast, honest and professional.

Not one time have they disappointed or been made to feel I might be getting the runaround. Example: This visit I requested a tire rotation. After the other repairs and maintenance were completed, they informed me that I am in need of new tires and rotating them would be a waste of money. Angela explained that the money used on rotation would be better spent being put towards tire replacement. Honesty and helpful input, every time I take my vehicles to them.

I took my car in for some general maintenance work and picked it up again at the end of the day. When I got home, I opened the hood to check on the new battery and the hood fell straight back down again. For context, I had been using a trickle charger in recent times because I wasnt driving much during the pandemic. So I was very familiar with how well my car hoods struts were working and they were just fine when I unhooked the trickle charger, closed my car hood, and brought the car in to the shop. When I called to ask if they knew what had happened, they told me that they used their own prop to keep the hood up while it was there, that the car is old and struts dont last that long, and that theres no possible way that they could have damaged them. Unfortunately, unless there are hood strut vandals in the neighborhood or the slow 2-mile drive from my house had some amazing potholes I didnt notice, the only possibility is that they did damage the car and werent humble enough to even consider that option (you could hear the frustration in the guys voice that I would even imply something so ludicrous). I was excited to go to these guys because I had heard good things from a couple neighbors, but Im afraid I cant recommend a company where my car comes back in worse condition than when I dropped it off and the company blames me for it.Updated to add: A few days later, I fixed the problem with my hood. It cost me $22.76 and 10 minutes of quality time with my nephew. I promise I can tell if my hood is staying up overnight or falling down immediately when I lift it :)

In the days when some of us have to drive a car longer, its more than nice to have the team at Beneficial Automotive Maintenance around. More than specifics I could provide, there is the availability of a reasonably priced first and World Class auto shop we can afford. Why look elsewhere? I would rate them higher, but thats all the starts this system allows.

I took my 2012 F-150 in to have it tuned up late evening. The next day by 1:00pm my truck was ready to be picked up. Same day service!Thurman Lynch Allstate Agency recommended me to Beneficial Automotive. My car had a few semi-minor repairs that I was unable to do myself. I called Beneficial on Tuesday evening, and they told me to bring my car in Thursday morning, by 5:00 Thursday evening the repairs where finished and I was back on the road.I was given a list of some more minor repairs that needed attending and will plan on getting those fixed at Beneficial at the end of the first quarter.

My air conditioner on my car wasnt working. I took it in to Beneficial and they told me what was wrong (a hole in one of my hoses.) They then told me why my check engine light was on and fixed that minor problem. They are thorough and really care about their customers. My air is working great and they told me if I thought anything didnt feel right to please call and let them know. The prices are very reasonable as well! Thank you for your great service!

Took my 1999 Mazda B3000 truck in, I was pretty sure it needed head gaskets.. or had a cracked head.I had taken it to a couple of places, and they misdiagnosed it. (but I still got charged over a 100.00 each time).Beneficial diagnosed it right away, (Blown Head Gaskets) and fixed it up.. and $550.00+ cheaper than the 2 quotes I had gotten previously. (cause I was sure it needed head gaskets, or new heads). Definitely DEFINITELY would recommend Beneficial Auto to anyone!! Great work, Straight Shooters!

The best automotive repair shop in the area! We take all three of our cars there. We had a problem with my sons prelude, and they were the only ones who could fix it. They never overcharge. We recently had an issue where they replaced something that they thought was wrong, but it was not wrong. They refunded all of our money. I cannot begin to say how much we appreciate their honesty, quality of service, and professionalism.

I needed an new alternator fast. This place was the only mechanical shop that could do it same day. That is a plus for me. Customer service was great. However my bill was way too expensive. The labor cost is way too high. The parts are decent. The new alternator I was charged $263. Which is about $40 more than I could have bought myself but a business has to make money so the extra money I think is more than fair. The only down fall is this place charges about $100 per hour on labor. The usual place I go to (kwik kar) quoted me $560 to replace the alternator labor included. I would of paid that but I wouldnt of gotten my truck back until Monday. This place I paid $886 for a new alternator and serpentine belt. So quite a bit more. This is why Im only giving 3 stars. Thanks for the same day service but the price is just way too steep for me.

I needed some work done on my car in this place was suggested by two neighbors. After my first experience with them, I am certain it will not be my last as it was a quality experience. They were friendly, easy to work with, and the price was reasonable.

A friend of mine came here about 2 years ago because her heater wasnt working and so they flushed the heater core and changed thermostat. Then last week took it back for same issue which now has gone out again just a few days later but this time they replaced the water pump and she never said anything about a water pump lol. How did you get water pump from heater? Then tell her she needs a new car when there isnt anything really wrong with the one she has. Obviously it was heater core not sure why they didnt replace it to begin with. More money for them I guess she wont be back. She is an elderly woman that was taken advantage of. Beware.

I have used BAMs services several times and have found their estimates to be accurate and fairly priced. Their work is of high quality. I recently took my van in for a suspected engine cooling problem and was told that the indications were normal for the unusual (cold) weather conditions. There was nor charge. That kind of service is why I use and recommend BAM.

Great experience with Beneficial. Angela was very courteous and professional. Had air conditioner leak fixed. It was in a very difficult position and part was expensive to replace. But was told that before hand. Work was completed successfully and had car back the next day. I also reported a very intermittent Check Engine light. They explained what was causing it to come on every once in a while (about once every month or two) then it would go out. The part to fix it was expensive and they suggested waiting until it got to be a bigger problem, if it ever did.

Just wanted to update my last review from 2014. The quality of work and cost of service here are still 5 stars. I have still never had a bad experience here and never feel like Im overpaying. Took my 2002 GMC 2500 diesel in to have the injectors replaced. Was very impressed with the customer service and customer/client communication. They got my truck in and completed very quickly. Called and made an appointment on a Friday and dropped it off Thursday evening. They found and repaired a vacuum leak causing an intermittent SES light on my 2002 Nissan Maxima within a few hours. Very dishonest!!!! Warning!! Do not use. Shop said they replaced the transfer case in my Jeep and gave 90 day part warranty. One week later broke down on Turnpike between OKC and Tulsa. Took to another shop and they said transmission was bad and also it looked like the transfer case was never replaced because there was a bad fork inside it. The owner said it was my problem and wouldnt honor waranty because someone else looked at. The warranty was on the part not the job. Than proceeded to tell me not to call them anymore. Terrible. Do not use these guys!!!! Can you imagine being on a cross country trip to Florida and breaking down and than being told since you had the vehicle fixed in Florida and didnt have it towed back to Oklahoma that the warranty was no good. These guys do not honor their work.

I just got my car fixed there and was told I would need my intake manifold gasket replaced soon. They told me the price and then I began to call other shops to see what they will charge for the same work. So far BAM has them all beat by $100 or more. Would give 5 stars if they were open on Saturdays. But that is just nitpicking.

My wife brought her vehicle to Beneficial Automotive Maintenance with complaints of steam coming into the cabin through the air conditioner vents. We explained to Angela, the wife who runs the front, that we thought this was most likely engendered from a leak around the heater coil.Angela responded that on G6’s coolant leaks “generally come from the elbows or joints” and they would just have to see once they got the vehicle in. After dropping the vehicle off, Angela called us later that days saying that we had a crack in the radiator which was causing the steam. She went on to say that we needed to replace our battery as well. We paid $619.24 for both items to be replaced.As soon as we picked up the vehicle Friday evening, we tested the air conditioner. It still was blowing steam into the cab. We called the following business day to explain that we were still experiencing the same issues that we originally brought the vehicle in for. Angela said that it sounds like an air conditioner issue and stated that it would be “anywhere from $200-$800 to fix.My wife asked if we could get some sort of credit since this was the original reason that we brought the vehicle in. Angela said no and accused us of not specifying where the steam was coming out of when we first dropped the vehicle off. She said the reason they replaced the radiator was they did not know the steam was coming out from the air conditioner vents. When we first dropped off the vehicle, we had a lengthy conversation with Angela about how the steam comes into the cab and makes my wife cough. There is no way she could have thought that steam was coming out from underneath the hood or any other location. It was a blatant lie in an effort to justify the unnecessary repair they did.Long story short, they charged us $620 to replace a radiator that did not need to be replaced. I have been into this shop a couple of times for minor things like oil changes and Angela has always been caustic, but I could tolerate her because it is close to our house. This is the first major repair we had done there. Needless to say, we will not be going back, and I now have to spend time and energy going through small claims.

I read good reviews about this place and decided to give it a go, my car had* electrical issues, needed the power steering ball joints replaced, and also the power window regulator, I thought of getting the car towed to their shop(an expensive decision I would deeply regret until this day) but I was able to jump start and carefully drive it to their shop, dropped it off with the lady and left only to get a call from them 30mins later saying NO we will not fix your car I asked them what the reason was they said after a visual inspection they decided they will not fix it because the car has other problems(Duuh! thats why I brought it) and might take some time and money to fix. I figured the steering might be why they backed away( I appreciate the honesty though) and I told them to fix the window or the electrical short, the lady just shook her head and handed over my keys, took the car to another auto shop close to it and they got it fixed.**This is not to discredit them, Im just letting people know what my experience was like.. Im glad I didnt spend money on towing only to be told No, then I would have had to tow it to another shop because of their incompetence **

Took my car in for oil leak and 615.00 dollars later i still have leak they say something else wrong so i asked why they replaced a part that was not leaking and broke a part i had to buy, they said replaced what they thought was leaking (good answer ha) they need to learn about the dye real mechanics use to find leaks, they said they had eyes to look so guess they have bad eyes. And they also charged me 50% mark up on the parts i called GM and got prices, so really they got them even cheaper then i could so more like 75% mark up. So they wanted to pull transmission and get more of my money and see if they could find the leak so i called my ex husband which is a certified GM mechanic he told them no dont do anything else he would take care of it they charged me enough for nothing. AND by you know those coincidences NOW my air conditioner is blowing hot air THIS IS REALLY WRONG so i dont recommend these people.. i ask the owner Donnie so im out of the money and he said look at it like i cleaned your driveway whatever that means other then gotcha money and i really think they let my freon out, my air was working great cold and good until after i picked up my car and driving down the road all of a sudden no cold air hmmm. glad other people had good luck mine was all bad bad bad...
