I was in today and the cashier who helped me was (pardon me if I don’t spell it right) Pulei. She was enthusiastic and helpful. She was very fast and after the long day at work her happiness was just infectious. Thank you again and sorry if I didn’t spell her name correctly.

I enjoy shopping at Ulta, however, they are always out of stock on many items. And this is not due to covid, this had been ongoing problem for years. I can understand names brand items but no excuse for Ulta brand items being unavailable. .

I went in to ask for a color consult on a new foundation with a brand I have never used. If I knew how to do it myself I would have gone somewhere else. The associate was more concerned about looking at her appearance in the mirror that there was almost no room for me to use the mirror. Then I, let me repeat, I put on the color she recommended. She couldnt even see it on me as she was standing on the other side, and said that looks good. ... It was 5 shades too light! You all are the professionals! Made me have a pink tint. Im sandy. A consult includes a sit down where they do it for you while they go through the colors. Once they find your shade they try to sell you the product and point out other products that would work well with it.. Ill be using the Norman location from now on.. Very disappointing.. The stars are only because the women at the registers were more helpful than the one too focused on getting back to talking about her hair to a friend of hers.. Im really upset right now. I came in because I really needed the help..

Taylor was so awesome, never had the experience of getting a great foundation match in one try of a new product and a new formula! She is super knowledgeable and made my experience great! The other staff also went above and beyond to pick out great product to start for my skincare and a great shampoo! Loved my experience today, definitely will be back! Xoxo

Im never coming back here. There were multiple customers in the store not wearing a mask and the employees did nothing about it. The customers were able to check out which means I didnt want to check out now and touch the counter they were all over. I watched how one picked her nose before checking out and touching the keypad for a card transaction. Im so disappointed. Not only were those people there but there were also multiple other customers who just had their mask down under their chin.

The employees follow your every move you make waiting in the hall looking that you see each product they asking everything is fineI understand the customer service but that persecution was uncomfortable, I saw that American customers the employees NOT followedI have years buying in ulta for the first time in this state and I do not like this store, I pay taxes, rent, everything I use and eat I earn my money from my work I dnt ask on the streets, I do not receive help from the government, I think as a client I deserve respect just like the rest, Its unfair you are Latin they see you lesswhen Americans visit Latin countries they like it, they are treated with respect and I lot smilesI dont like this store

Horrible people working there. I went 4/26/21 from about 11:15-11:30am and there were about 4/5 associates and not a SINGLE one of them asked if I needed help finding anything (which I did). I had my daughter in a stroller and 4 of the associates were just standing around talking and texting not even bothering to open the door when I came in or help open it when I was leaving . I was literally the only person in the store. Bethany was the cashier at the time and she seemed like she could not check me out fast enough to turn around and get on her phone. I live south okc so this location is closest but I will stick to Norman from now on. Trash employees.

The staff was great! I went in to pick up something for my wife. Of course, I didnt really know what it was. Turns out they were out of it in-store. They worked to find it online and had it shipped to our house for free. They were incredibly helpful.

Great store, nice selection, love the rewards! Clean, lovely new store, love having this here in Moore. I do wish the fragrance sel was larger but it does have a lot of brands I look for.

I hate thatvi dont remembered the general managers name. I think thats what her name tag said. General manager. Anyway, my experience was awesome and I went in there and told her I did know what was the best match and everything she recommended was prefect. Im glad they opened this location in Moore. Im pleased 😀

I had a great color, cut and style with Rachel. She understands curly hair and accommodated my needs while teaching me new tips. I appreciated the adjustments Ulta made to follow COVID safety measures. Shopping while my color set was fun too! Thank you Rachel.

Why close at 8pm at all ? It should be 9pm Monday-Thursday, 10pm Friday and Saturday like every other normal business. Very disappointed.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. i went here and the atmosphere was very highschool mean girl vibes. the girls at the counter and the manager there were extremely rude and giving me dirty looks. i noticed that some of the workers were talking down on other workers... the management is the worst of any ulta ive ever been to. just seems very scattered and all over the place, and it seems like there are some bullies on your team. and i also saw a roach on the floor. very disgusting.

I love this place but lately things have changed. With the world we live in now, it is just not as much fun to walk around looking at everything new. Will probably do most of my shopping online.

I really appreciate the staff at this location. When i was a junior in highschool getting ready for prom i had a really upsetting ( to the point of crying) experience with the Norman location with an employee. This location has always been friendly and helpful. Will continue to do business with them.

My old lady likes it, never been in there. I think its expensive, all I need is a bar of soap. Happy wife happy life

Don’t recommend shopping at this location. I was very obviously being watched the entire time I shopped which made me opt out of getting the pricier things I had come for. I can’t say that this was a racial thing, I came in with messy hair and sweatpants but that shouldn’t have influenced someone to literally, like LITERALLY follow basically right behind me the whole time. I will never visit this location again. Just do the extra distance for Norman or OKC locations, the staff and store layouts are better anyways. (:

Visited the new store two days ago and was so excited and very pleased. The store is beautiful and of course new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was well stocked and I was able to find what I needed which is a great improvement over another store. Check out was quick and easy and the lady was kind and so helpful. This will be my new store for all my Ulta needs!

I needed to buy a gift card for my grand daughters birthday. It was super easy with social distancing and Covid restrictions in place.

This afternoon I went into Ulta. First time ever stepping into this store.I left out of the store very happy.Infact I walked in the store very depressed because I believe Im going through a mid-life crisis. Im turning 46 and I felt old, wrinkly, not myself. Today but I walked in I told the female consultants at the counter that I was looking for a foundation that will make me look beautiful, something that will cover my wrinkles, dark spots on my face.Before trying to sell me or find me the right product, they told me that I look really good for my age and I did not have any wrinkles like I was saying. They made me feel beautiful again. After helping me find face products I told them that I also wanted to find a perfect smell. With there help we sniffed so many perfumes. They didnt have to help or follow me, but I was enjoying there opinions on each smell. To the ladies in Moore Ok off 19th St.I just want to thank you. I came home feeling beautiful!!!

Store left my children standing at the door in the cold, while ignoring them through the window.Given the situation they waited patiently, thinking it was a capacity issue. After nearly 5 minutes of freezing in confusion the staff finally told us the store has closed early. No notice, sign or effort. Mark me up for another customer lost to poor service.

I walked in here and no one helped me, I felt like I wasnt good enough to shop in there. Sorry but several snobby people in here working.

As much as I hate employees constantly coming up to you and asking if you need help I was disappointed that no one checked on us once. And the checkout process was so disorganized. I had to wait 15 minutes or more to get an online order as well because no one knew what they were doing and they had 3 different people help me, some had no clue what they were doing and some wanted to push me off on someone else so they could do other things. I prefer Norman

I had a mark on my neck and the ladies here teamed up to help me find a concealer that would match me during the covid era.

I had an appointment today for me to get my haircut at 3:00. I received a phone call asking me to come in at 3:30 because Rachel was running behind. I show up at 3:30 for my delayed appointment and was told that it would be another 20-30 minutes. I walked out!
